I got into a car accident (just myself) in duanesburg. If you don't know where that is, it's almost an hour from MFP. They were the first towing place the state trooper called (they go by a list and usually go in order, but they divert from that order if they're a compassionate human being). My car was totaled and MFP took it to Latham. When I went to pick it up, they would only speak to my father about the car (I'm a female), even though I was raised with a mechanic and know my way around a car. The tow was $270. There was another $190 charge (I forget for what) and they took my totaled car and forgave the $190 and acted like they did me a huge favor. Then the owner tried selling me cars while I was there and they were all junk. He tried to sell me one without tires! I will curse this company until the day I die. The owner is a money-hungry, sexist jerk. Don't support this business.

I called MFP not knowing who to call in Latham because my car broke down all alone on my way to lowes. Reluctant because of a past review, MFP was so responsive and professional . Not knowing where to bring my car , he kept the price the same for further tow . I will defiantly be recommending and using them all the time.

I was very much satisfiedwith MFP Express towing and would recommend anyone that may be in need of emergency towing like i was. It was late around 12 a.m. and i got an answer and they showed up within 30 minutes. Technian was professional and courteous.

400 dollars to tow me?! My car is in latham and this company is in latham. I'm asking for them to tow me to Keeler and they have the audacity to tell my insurance company 400 dollars?!

Be Aware If your vehicle is towed to this location and you make multiple visits in a day to inquire about your car they will charge you Gate Fee's for each visit you make.
