I've been a customer of Keeler Motor Car for over a decade and I believe they are the best dealer in the Capital Region. When it comes to sales, they are not at all pushy during the selling process, and once you decide on a car, they are fast and efficient. I really appreciate not having to spend hours and hours and hours waiting, negotiating, signing papers, etc. My most recent transaction was quick and easy. I spent maybe two hours total turning in a lease and getting a new lease.My experience with service has also been exceptional. They communicate well, they do not nickel and dime you, they are just reasonable and easy to work with.A big shoutout to Augi, at BMW. He consistently goes above and beyond to help you out - for example, taking my plastic floor mats from my old car, powerwashing them, and putting them into my new car. It's the little things like this that make these transactions so pleasant.

I am a married, mid thirties mother who went here with my husband to test drive a new car. They were holding the car he wanted to look at for the owner's friend(this actually isn't the first time that has happened at this dealership), but did have another one. When we asked to test drive it, the salesman, who mostly ignored me, basically laughed at us. He said the GM would have to approve a test drive and made it seem like that wouldn't happen. He did laugh at me and told me how wrong I was when I said you can't buy a car you can't test drive. Would highly recommend not going here unless you're friends with the owner.

I am writing to share an update to my previous poor review due to issues with my certified car I purchased 3 months ago! The manager Rudy reached out to me and told me to bring the car in. They replaced a set of brakes and two new tires free of charge due to a mistake on their end! This is how customer service is done! My faith in Keeler is restored and I'm very happy with the service I received. Getting a video of your car while being serviced is also wonderful! Thank-you Rudy and Jenny! Have spent thousands of dollars the last few months fixing my Mercedes. Got my car back yesterday and it feels worst than when I brought it in. Every time for some reason I pick it up and something else magically goes wrong. I spoke to the service department last time I brought it in because after spending nearly 8k + to fix the car it would have made sense to get into something else. They went ahead and fixed it anyways after I told them that and never had a sales person reach out to me. Very disappointed with how much money I blew when it could have been a down payment on something else they could have possibly gotten me into. Now after picking it up yesterday it s still making the same loud noises.As a single mother being in a reliable safe car is really important ! And for some strange reason every single time I go get it fix with them something else messes up again!

HORRIBLE PPF(Pain Protection Film) & Ceramic (0 stars out of 5)Days after purchasing my 2024 BMW M4 Competition with Keeler with 0 miles. Car got PPF and ceramic coated with them. I was always skeptical about getting PPF and ceramic with dealer but it was convenient and built into the price and I was assured that it would be perfect so I took a long shot. Upon receiving it noticed a bunch of bubbles on the PPF. PPF (paint protection Film) Wasn't tucked properly and peeling everywhere. And to make things better the Ceramic coating was terrible. I requested a refund or to get it fixed and they sent me a measly $500 to shut me up and asked for me to leave a 5 star review to get that money back. I was satisfied because I though I can take it to a shop and get it fixed for that money. Every shop I have taken it to has laughed at how bad the job was done and said I would have to redo the entire thing and spend anther $5000+ after just getting it done on a BRAND NEW CAR.Now sales team says they cannot do anything and ignore my messages. Please see picture references I have plenty. Horrible Service

At 80 years old, we've had our cars serviced at many dealerships. Keeler is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being able to use, as we have done for the past four years. They drop off a loaner and return our Mercedes to us seamlessly. Their work is meticulous. Jeff is our service manager and he goes out of his way to provide convenient good service in the most economical way possible. I don't usually write reviews but felt that our experience has been worth trying to show some appreciation as well as to share information.

Second time purchasing from Keeler MB and sales rep Rod Williams made my trade transaction easy and enjoyable. Makes you want to trade more often. Keeler service has always been very accommodating as well. I ll be back for another new MB in a few years.

I first scheduled a visit with KEELER MINI to fix a tail light on my MINI COOPER CLUBMAN S. They were very accommodating with my busy schedule and the service was great and a got a very diagnostic. They found an issue that was covered under warranty, ordered the part and later picked up my car from my home, gave me a loaner MINI COOPER CLUBMAN and even delivered my car to my workplace. Very impressed with the customer service, start to finish. They even made sure my car was sparkling and clean! It is definitely worth the trip to work with these people. I feel like I got the Queen's treatment and my car was left in capable hands. Thank you all so much!

This is the first time that I've had a 100k service done on a Benz. I usually buy a new one for any given reason. I am not going to get rid of this car, mainly because I have had excellent service done on my car only by Keeler. I have also stayed with the same service writer, Chris Adams, for the past 3 vehicles. Obviously, there is a reason. There are just too many positives about his attention to what you need and to details of delivering. He is just one of the reasons why I only do business with Keeler Mercedes Benz along with my father before me.

I always get the best car buying experience with Dominique Cadet from Mercedes! He was able to find the car we were looking for, even though there were none of them in NY! I'm and at the quality of customer service given to each experience. If your buying a car regardless of price as each dealership has cars affordable to all budgets. I would go to the Mercedes side and as for Dominique Cadet, he won't steer you wrong! Even with new electric ventures he has gone above and beyond.

How fortuitous that our latest Mini leasing experience took us back to Keeler, the dealership where we were introduced to our first Mini back in 2012, and like before, this experience was equally as pleasant. Our Sales Associate was Anthony, who was very personable, thorough, never overbearing, and most importantly, transparent throughout the entire process. And Johnny, our sales assistant, who was just as personable; he provided us with an excellent test drive experience, which pretty much confirmed for us that another Mini was in our near future, and provided us with a very thorough review of our new Countryman S ALL4 prior to us driving off the lot. Thanks guys!

I recently leased my first Honda from Keeler Honda. This dealership had high ratings, and I was not disappointed. From my initial contact with them, the sales staff was very professional. They answered all my questions & located the exact car I was interested in. The car came in slightly ahead of the anticipated arrival. Nathan Eden walked me through the signing process & made it easy. He followed up later to make sure I was totally happy with the CR-V I had leased. I can highly recommend this dealership. The process of buying/ leasing a car here is very transparent & straightforward.

We bought an S class loved it but it had a couple issues minor that needed work. They argued with us each time something needed to be handled that it wasn't covered when in fact it was. After 3 times of this happening, my husband ditched the car. They were supposed to refund the entire warranty monies we paid, got the amount wrong and 8 months later, still haven't rectified. This is despite me going in and speaking with Peter who is a manager and assuring me it would be taken care of. I was going to bat for this dealership because I wanted a GLS and in fact ordered one. Given however no one bothered to follow up after a visit essentially begging them to fix the issues, I decided my husband was right and we would be better off buying elsewhere and we did. The cars no doubt are amazing but you would expect excellent service and care to be taken and that was NOT the case for us.

Purchased a 2008 BMW 328i used, several weeks after owning it we noticed a smell and give it to a mechanic who confirmed it needed the valve cover gasket replaced. After reading on a few chat rooms online about an extended warranty on these vehicles up to 150000 miles or 15 years whichever comes first I decided to inquire a little further with BMW of North America dim. Turns out any of the three series built between 2000 and 2010 were all built with the SULEV engine which qualified US to have the repairs done for FREE including labor! I read horror stories from other people about the dealerships they went to and dealt with giving them a hard time..... I called Keeler and braced for the worst. I was pleasantly shocked when they responded almost immediately to my voicemail and had my car in and out within 24 hours never questioned or doubted me once they simply replaced the gaskets needed replacing and sent me on my way... What would have been a $2,400 unexpected repair, was free without a fight! Latham Keeler Motor Company is extremely professional highly recommend them to anybody and everybody

Just took delivery of a beautiful Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan from Keeler Mercedes-Benz and could not be happier! John Zumbo made this EASILY the best car buying experience I ve had no frills, very reasonable, and diligently intent on helping me find the perfect daily driving machine. From the point I walked in (and received undivided and enthusiastic attention even within 45 minutes of closing) until a couple of days later driving off the lot, I could not imagine a smoother transaction. Calls were always picked up the first time and emails were promptly responded to: important details other dealerships readily overlook. Not once while speaking with John or tying up loose ends with Steve Adam did it even cross my mind that these guys were trying to figure "it" out on the fly, trying to pull a fast one, or otherwise not intently focused on the customer finding a total solution. True professionals at Keeler Mercedes-Benz--these guys know a few things about EARNING a long-term customer. It would be a mistake to waste your time looking anywhere else; I certainly won t in the future.

Went to look at a BMWs today, we went to several places and on my travels went to Keeler. Before test driving and X1 and an X3, I asked several times for an appraisal on my car to be done while we were out driving, informed not until the test drives were over and we sat down and crunched numbers then it will be appraised. I then informed the salesperson Hank that I'm shopping around for the best deal, I just want it appraised, the heavy handed tactics to get you infront of someone for the high pressure sale is pathetic, We then left and went to BMW of Albany and got treated very, very well. I got a great deal on my trade and purchased an X3. Good job, Keeler, for ruining the experience of car shopping and sending me off to a different dealership to do business with. The reason for the two stars was that nobody complained my son was sitting in the showroom cars and enjoying himself.

Inquired about a QX80 on Wednesday morning, had a call back from Nick about 30 min later. Set up an appointment for the next day. Came at noon and drove the car home at about 4pm. Very pleasant and easy experience. They took my QX56 as a trade, offered a fair amount, and took care of us. Thank you.

Just got my 3rd Honda Odyssey Lease from Keeler Honda in Latham. Richard Knight was great! He was very patient, honest, informative, and always got right back to me with any questions I had. He even responded to me while he was on vacation! Now that is dedication! The whole process from finding the right car to financing through Honda went very smoothly. My husband and mother-in-law also have cars through Keeler Honda. Would highly recommend them!

I bought a 2016 Volvo v60 from the pre owned lot from the salesman named Giorgio a few months ago in august. I brought the car the other week to a Volvo specialist for its first oil change since I got it from Keeler. And the mechanic has discovered that car has been heavily neglected. And Keeler didn't do any type of fluid flushes beforehand to the car. And the dealer failed to mention that the car has a huge oil delusion problem. I was told this car was serviced regularly. I cannot believe I was genuinely mislead about its true condition when I bought this car. That now the car has a rod knock and could possibly even need a new engine. It was obviously neglected by the previous owner and the dealership flipped it quickly not putting a penny into it. All my fluids have never even been changed! I would not recommend Keeler Motor Company. BUYERS BEWARE
