I had a WONDERFUL experience here! Everyone was so welcoming and helped me find the perfect car! Nate in financing was EXTREMELY helpful and Wendy in sales was the PERFECT sales associate! I didn t feel pressured once and felt so comfortable that I was getting the best car for the best deal. I highly recommend EVERYONE come here for their purchases! My family has been working with Jeff Lynch at Keeler Honda since the 80 s. I reached out to Jeff in the morning, made an appointment, and by the afternoon I was the owner of a beautiful new CRV. Jeff has a gift of really listening to your wants and needs, and helping things happen for you. Fred in the financial office couldn t have made things easier. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Keeler for their kindness and integrity!

My experience with Brendon at Keeler Honda was awesome. He genuinely helped me get the best price for the car I wanted and put in a ton of leg work to make sure I walked out with that car today. He truly went above and beyond. I am more than satisfied with his service, explanations, guidance and his ability to persevere every obstacle we encountered. I left feeling like I found a dealership I can honestly trust.

I usually hate dealerships..I don't trust dealerships, I know they need to make their profits. But the experiences of purchasing a vehicle and having vehicle repairs completed at this dealership have been wonderful.The staff here go out of their way to be extremely kind and thoughtful.For example, I showed up too late to drop off/pickup my car because I had the times mixed up, but a service representative there (who was about to head home) took the time to help me out, saving me from being without transportation/car repair.Costumer service:-Katy Pierre, a service representative is always extremely friendly and understanding, making the process of car repair less stressful.Car repair:-The mechanics here are amazing at their job, and provide you with a video that details the exact problems that you have with your vehicle.-The complimentary vehicle included with car servicing is awesome!Car purchase:-Michael Dorsey made the car buying experience fast and easy. He worked with me on making a great deal on a purchase. Anytime I have shown up for a repair, he goes out of his way to make sure I'm being taken care of.

I went over to Keeler Honda to see if they would give me anything decent for my trade. This is the first time, I have been there. I've been all over. If you need a car, do yourself a favor and head on over there first! They gave me the best offer by far out of all the local Honda dealerships. I made the biggest mistake going to another local dealer for my previous two Honda's!The best part was my salesperson Wendy! Definitely ask for her! She will do her best for you. She is a great salesperson! She's smart and knows her products! She's not pushy at all and she's got a great sense of humor! It was actually fun buying this car and we had many laughs. She also gave me a reference that ended up saving me so much money on my insurance!So Keeler Honda is my new go to Honda dealership

We had an exceptional experience at Keeler Honda and working with our sales person Jeff Lynch. We traded our 12 yr old Honda Civic with 150,000 miles for a 2024 Civic! A snappy red color and all the bells and whistles of a new car!Jeff is very, very knowledgeable about Honda's and that comes with decades of experience. We appreciated his thoroughness from start to finish. Definitely our continued purchases of Honda will be at Keeler and with Jeff Lynch!Thank you , J&B Nelson

Keeler Honda was one of the easiest and smoothest dealerships to work with. I walked in on a Monday to look around and see what was available. Bill helped me find the most perfect car. He gave me lots of information and answered any/all questions that I had. I decided on an HR-V, and I couldn t be happier with my decision, with a huge help from Bill and the other people I worked with at Keeler. They made it so easy to get the car in my hands, only 3 days after I decided on purchasing it. I will 100% recommend this dealership, especially Bill the sales associate, to all my friends and family.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Our salesman Jeff was great! Super knowledgeable and helpful when choosing a vehicle. We were able to walk away with a new HRV same day! Also, Fred in finance was able to help us get to where we needed to be financially! I had the best experience here and I highly recommend Keeler! I will be back again to buy my next car from them in the future! Hands down the best Honda dealership in the capital district.

Bought a nice Honda Passport recently. We really enjoyed working with Tom Fenton, Rudy, and Mykel Dorsey. Would have given 5 stars except there was a miscommunication with the Certified inspection information. Also, I didn't appreciate the high pressure of the Warranty Salesman in closing the deal. Almost cancelled / left because of it. In the end, he made everything right, in which we appreciated.

Brendon Sias was my Sales & Leasing Consultant for my new Honda CRV hybrid lease. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in, walked me through the entire process and communicated on a very expert level. I felt very comfortable with his pragmatic, yet friendly approach and I was pleased with the customer service he provided. Richard & Rudy at Keeler Honda. As any one who has ever bought a used car knows its a dance from the very first note. Brittanie, Richard, Rudy & Joe were all professional and very pleasant to work with. We had two issues with the vehicle which took care of right away. We would recommend Keeler to anyone looking for a car purchase.

My lease was coming to an end next month and I happened to look online for pricing for leases this month. Once I realized that the price was right in the range I wanted it to be in I contacted Brendon Sias immediately! Within minutes he got back to me and asked me to come to the dealership! This was my 3rd time working with Brendon as my cars salesman and every single time he has not disappointed. When I think I m getting a great deal he always blows me out of the water by getting me something better! So lucky for me I got a 2024 Honda CR-V EX-L which was the same car and trim that I had in my previous lease, but 4 years newer and cheaper! I am one happy lady!! I would recommend Keeler and Brendon to anyone looking for a car! I will continue to go back for my future cars! Everytime I visit Keeler I feel very comfortable and everyone is so friendly. This last time there they gave my children each little Honda stuffed animals and they loved them! Very thankful to always have a great experience!!

I came into Keeler on a whim knowing that it might be a bit harder to get my into a new vehicle due to the negative equity on my car but Brendon told me from the get go that he was going to make something work for me. Between him and Joe working things out I was able to walk away a few hours later with a brand new car in the payment range I had requested. Brendon was super thorough when going over all the little details of my car and I am so so happy with my choice to stop at Keeler Honda in Latham

I would encourage anyone looking for a new Honda, to please go see Brendon Sias at Keeler Honda. What a great experience I had leasing a new car from Brendon. There was never any pressure, just information provided by Brendon to make sure that I got the best deal possible. I thank him personally for renewing my faith in buying or leasing a new vehicle.

My experience at Keeler Honda was great. Mykel, the sales consultant I worked with, was very informative, patient, and helpful. I was able to purchase a car at my price point and able to trade in my former vehicle. The process went very smoothly, and I thank Mykel for helping to facilitate it all. He was great to work with. I also want to give a special shout to Rudy for his help with my car-buying process as well. I really love my new car.

Recently bought a car here and am so thankful that I ended up here! One of my co-workers recommended Mykel Dorsey here at Keeler Honda and he was extremely informative and flexible. Buying a car is a big deal and I'm someone who needs time before making a big decision, and Mykel was very patient with me in the process of that. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and being respected in that way really stood out to me, especially as a younger customer. My son has been searching for a certain vehicle and we found it at Keeler Honda. Our salesperson, David Mackey, was outstanding. Warm & friendly with zero pressure. Great communications! David even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. Fred from finance was also very helpful. Everyone was honest and straight forward. It made purchasing the vehicle a pleasure. Would certainly deal with David again.

I don't purchase new vehicles often. I tend to wait until I have no other option and I'm forced into action. Purchasing can be intimidating and overwhelming and so I tend to avoid it until I have no alternative. That said, I might be rethinking my approach after working with Brendon Sias at Keeler Honda. I had a very rough idea of what I was looking for, but Brendon took the time to ask me questions, offer suggestions, and show me my options so that we could really figure out exactly what vehicle would fit my needs and my budget. When I decided what model I wanted, he and I carefully reviewed and compared each of the certified preowned vehicles on the lot. He coached me through reviewing the exterior of the vehicle, assessing the interior of the vehicle, and helped me compare and contrast my options. When I made my choice, he and I took it through the on-site car wash to ensure that I could really effectively assess the exterior. It made me feel empowered to make the right decision - something that can feel out of reach for women looking at cars independently. He helped me review carfax information, explained the purchase/finance options, and pushed the paperwork along so that I was able to get my new car quickly and pretty much effortlessly. He even took the time to look through my trade in vehicle to ensure that I hadn't left any of my personal belongings inside. I adore my new car, I feel comfortable with the upgrade in features from my old vehicle, as Brendon again took the time to walk me through everything before I drove off. I cannot thank Brendon enough for his assistance. I never felt pressured, disregarded, or dismissed. Thank you also to Keeler management for encouraging your representatives to put customers first. If you need a new vehicle, please don't hesitate to got to Keeler - I'll most certainly be headed back when I need a new car in the future and I'm going to tell everyone I know how great my experience was.

Had a great time at this dealership. I worked with Brendon Sias, and he was great! Got the exact car I wanted and the price was better than either Honda dealer I had been to (Mohawk and Saratoga Honda) by almost $100. If I ever need another car I will be back.

My teenage son took his car there for his first oil change yesterday. Apparently the experts at Keeler Honda don't know how to shut a hood, so he drove home with his hood unsecured.How does a car go out of your shop with a hood not secured? I noticed it the first time I looked at it in my driveway? This is absolutely unacceptable and could have caused a severe accident. Quality control is terrible if no one in a car dealership notices that a hood is open when a car goes out of your service. I can't imagine what kind of work you do under the hood that no one can see.

After searching online and several different dealerships for an SUV that fit my budget with the safety features I needed I made my way over to Keeler Honda to test drive. Making my separation from Jeep was a really tough decision for me but Brendon Sias was incredibly knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and answered all of my questions about safety features. He included details about how the features work and any restrictions which made me feel confident that I understood what I would be getting out of this vehicle. When I emailed Brendon the next day to confirm I was interested he was kind enough to call me on his day off & inform me that he put my name down for the CRV I chose. They got me in quickly the next business day and I went home feeling safe with my purchase. The price was the best I saw through all my previous research and the coverage that came with a certified vehicle through Keeler was a nice bonus. Even the options for warranty that Fred introduced were reasonably priced and I knew exactly what they would cover. They both made it comfortable to ask questions and I never felt obligated to get my car from them.Happy to be a new Honda owner, thanks guys!
