I am a customer of Keeler Motors however not of Keeler Collision(thankfully)! Recently I was hit by an uninsured motorist in a parking lot impacting the front end of my car! My Service Advisor Cory was an amazing partner throughout the entire process! He ensured I understood every aspect of the repair process acting as an intermediary between his service techs, the insurance company and myself! He communicated frequently keeping me posted every step of the way! He went out of his way to ensure my experience was beyond my expectations! His team of specialists did an incredible job on my car! It looks better than new! I found Keeler Collision organized and efficient! I would highly recommend Keeler Collision!!

Amazing service! The whole team was incredibly conscious of my time and needs. While they were waiting for a part on back order, they allowed me to use my car. Cory and Kayla were great at communicating. I received texts and videos of my car at different stages of repair. When I went to pick up my car, there were a couple things that I forgot to mention when I dropped it off. That wasn t a problem. One of the issues they resolved on the spot and the other I d have to come back after the paint has fully cured, but they ll fix free of charge. Exceptional service!

I am a MB customer for over 25 years, but until recently I was dealing with different dealership. It was my first experience with Keeler Collision Center and even though the reason for meeting them was not very pleasant, I have to say that the team is extremely professional and helpful. All the issues were addressed in the most efficient way, very short time and very painlessly.Cory was the representative I was dealing with and I am pleased to say that he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.Thank you very much

My experience here was a long process, which was do to parts, not Keeler. I would highly recommend using thier service. They kept me well informed throughout the process and even delivered the car to my house when it was done. It look exactly like it did the day I pulled it out of the lot. Thank you so much for all you did during this process!

Had my car back in 3 weeks with only OEM parts. Jake was great to work with and very responsive. Also, their agent worked diligently with my insurance company to get my $1300 out of pocket expense down to just my deductible.

Although we didn't like having to wait a few weeks before our car was even looked at, Keeler was always forthright and responsive to our questions. When the work was done and we were trying to find a day/time to pick car up they offered to drop it off here (an hour away) which was much appreciated.

Customer service excellent. Corey is great. My issue is with some of the costs and charges that led to State Farm not paying for about 25% of total cost. Some of it I understood i.e. 200 to check seat belts others I didnt. I'm done with state farm. Between 2 million/ billion dollar companies haggling over a grand that I got stuck with it. It doesn't sit well and seems near signed. I travel a bit to buy cars and use your service dept because I love the product and your team. More disappointed than anything at this point.

After being sideswiped by a truck overloaded with brush that didn t even stop to see what damage they had done, I was left with a beautiful car with scratches all down the passenger side. Keeler Collision was able to put her back into amazing condition with the help of my insurance company, New York Central Mutual. I would always recommend Keeler to anyone who may need collision repair.

My experience at Keeler Collision Center was the single worst experience I have ever had in getting a car repaired in my life. From the moment I arrived to obtain an estimate, I was keenly aware that their number one priority was to maximize the amount they obtained from the insurance company for a very minor repair. My car was scuffed in a parking lot by another car pulling in next to me, marring the black vinyl wrap around the corner of the bumper, cracking the small, separate bottom piece of the tail light lens, and popping one of the parking sensors out of place. There were no dents, no body damage, no paint impacted. It was the type of damage that was so minor cosmetically that I probably would have simply buffed out the vinyl wrap and lived with it, if not for the fact that the parking sensor needed to be replaced (or more likely, just popped back into place).The repair ended up costing $4200. Their writeup included ridiculous numbers of hours for a repair that could not have possibly taken more than an hour or 2 at the most and included completely made-up work like painting (there was simply no paint on the car that was impacted at all), hours for cleaning and testing and tech support. I believe this company is guilty of insurance fraud. They and companies like them are the reason insurance rates are so high in New York State. (And my insurance was not involved at all. The other guy was completely at fault and it was his insurance that was paying for the repair. No matter, as soon as Keeler understood this was an "insurance job", they kicked into high gear getting the number up as high as possible).I intend to never purchase another car at Keeler as a result of this experience. I am reporting their shop and my experience to NYS DMV and state insurance department. And I strongly suggest that if you need body work done to your car, you avoid Keeler and find a local body shop that conducts business in a reputable, honest manner.

Erika and Jake are AWESOME, so incredibly helpful. Especially when you're dealing with something as much of a headache as car issues, it's such a blessing to have people who are so helpful and kind. These two are rockstars and I dare say actually make it a pleasure to have car issues to wrangle :)The work done by the shop is also spectacular, they made my car look and feel brand new again. Wonderful experience! I had some body damage done to my car. The entire experience of the repair, from the estimate with Kearstin, through the entire repair process, I could not have been more satisfied. I was texted with progress updates every few days. When there was a delay in being able to complete part of the repair, Kristina was incredible. She went out of her way to get the rest of the repair done in the most efficient manner possible, with the least inconvenience to me. Kristina is the kind of person you want on your team! While I never interacted with the members of the Collision Center who did the actual repair, they did a great job. I highly recommend Keeler Collision Center.Service: Body & Trim

I had to go in the door of the Collision Center, which is located between BMW and Mini buildings, and it was a little hard to find. I had damage to my bumper and they replaced it perfectly, just like it was on my car originally. The initial attempt to contact the collision center was very frustrating. I was surprised that no one EVER answers the phone and all the calls go straight to voicemail.However, once I dropped off the car and got the name and number of my contact person, the communication was easy.

What an extraordinary experience at Keeler! A special shout out to Andrew in the Service Department, and Doug in the Body Shop. After my 328i xDrive had an encounter with an animal, the front end took a beating, including a crack in the aux radiator, which drained all the fluid from both radiators, and a trashed front bumper area including fog light, air ducts, sensors, etc. I heard from the team every day by text or telephone, the repair was completed on time, and they were tenacious with the insurance company --right up to the time I came to pick up the car. As you can see from the photos, as near as I can tell my car looks brand new. I could not be more pleased.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team there was exceptional! Christina and Brian were assigned to my repairs and kept me aware of all changes and progress. She was instrumental in getting my rental car and ensuring the car was ready as promised. She was professional, kind, and made sure the car looked brand new. The manager and his team were amazing how they transformed my car and got me in swiftly. I would recommend them for any repairs that you might have and know they are in your corner in working with the insurance companies. Brian was exceptional as he followed up to have my ceramic coating put on my car and also brought me a loaner and picked up my car. He was a true professional and gentleman!
