I can't say enough about the amazing work Kaiser's does. Way back in 1998, I needed some body work and I had a difficult color to match. They made it look like it never had work done. I've had 4 more vehicles in since then, and as you will see from the pics, they still have the golden touch, no pun intended. There's no where else on the planet I'd take my Acura's, especially this one. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helps you through the process, whether using insurance or not. I missed my baby while it was away, but it looks so good, I'm so glad to have it back.Folks, you don't have to worry about how your car will look. These people are the best, they know what they're doing, and it just gives peace of mind, especially when you have a mishap with a beloved vehicle.Just look at the chip, and the finished product. Can't tell.

Kaiser Body Shop made a stressful situation easy. There was great communication regarding part delays from the dealer and Kristen kept on them to get my parts in a reasonable time. Cary did a great job with the insurance agency so I didn't have to lift a finger regarding the amount the person's insurance was willing to pay out.Enterprise also brought me a loaner SUV to Kaiser Body Shop and picked it up from there when I was done.What looked like a little cracked piece of plastic ran almost $3k because these bumpers come in 3 different pieces. The repair team did an amazing job and my bumper looks perfect. Don't hesitate to use this business for your collision repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I had the best experience at Kaiser Body Shop! What a pleasure it was working with Steve, Drew and Kristin! So professional and so nice. I was nervous to get any work done on my vehicle, but they all made me feel so comfortable and confident in their work. Did absolutely beautiful work on my car and were able to perfectly buff out all the scratches I put on my car while trying to get pine sap off (never again lol). Went to pick up the car and they said they were just giving a little complimentary car wash. Got into my vehicle and they completely surprised me with an interior detail as well! So thankful!! 10/10 recommend this shop!Service: Painting

Have had work done at Kaiser s multiple times. They continually do a great job. When I needed my back hatch repainted, the paint job came out perfect and completely matched the rest of the paint on my car perfectly. Recently they took care of damage on my front and rear bumper...they look great! They even went beyond in removing other marks from bugs and things on the bumpers. They are very professional and courteous at Kaiser, and they really care about their customers! I will definitely continue to use them when I need work done!

This is probably my fifth or sixth time using Kaiser s body shop and I have to say I ve been extremely happy every time. Honestly can t believe I m just getting around to write a review. The office ladies are so friendly nice and knowledgeable. Steve is great to work with gave me a on the spot estimate and is extremely reasonably priced especially for the quality of work that they do. I ve had a few new bumpers (fender benders) and just recently had my new car buffed out from some scratches from the previous owner and it looks great!! So happy thank you guys if I could give six stars I would!

My experience at Kaiser's was exceptional! The side panel of my passengers side door and my bumper had to be repaired. My friend referred me to Kaiser's and I am happy to have given them my business. Steve and staff made getting my car fixed a very easy and pleasant experience. I left there feeling that my car was in good care. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done! I would highly recommend Kaiser Body Shop to anyone. They were a pleasure to work with!

I just picked up my truck from Steve and the Kaiser gang. This is the 10th time they have done work on my trucks, my wife's cars and my daughter's cars. As usual the work was outstanding! They are second to none when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. Their ability to color match is amazing. I have had blues and Triple Platinum Metallic shot by them and the color matches are perfect. The vehicles are cleaned after the work is done better than the best car washes. Anybody who needs body work done and doesn't go to Kaiser's is making a Hugh mistake! They are the best ! Period.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful Kaisers was to work with. They were professional, timely with our vehicle, and made everything go so smoothly (even dealing with our extremely difficult insurance company). Our Explorer actually looks better leaving their body shop, than it did the day we bought it. I would never go anywhere else with my vehicle and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just collected my Subaru after the repair after a typical fender bender. I have been a customer nearly two decades, and Kaiser once �again proved its value. The quality of job is outstanding. The repairs were done on time. All the arrangements were made easy and comforting at the time of stress. Even though accidents happen infrequently, they cause a lot of stress, so it is good to know that the car is in good hands with Kaiser. They earned my trust and high recommendation.

From start to finish my experience with Kaiser Autobody was exceptional. The repair to my Toyota Camry was done beautifully and Steve Cioppa, Patty and Kristin were particularly helpful and kind. I had total confidence everything was being handled properly. They went above and beyond with giving me a ride home after my car was towed in and returning it to me not only with body work beautifully completed but with the interior of the my car cleaned better than any detailing I ve ever had done. It looks better than it has in years. I would highly recommend Kaiser to anyone who needs auto body work done on their vehicle. They truly exceeded my expectations with the excellent quality of their work and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Kaiser!

Every experience I've had with Kaiser has been exceptional. The staff is courteous and very attentive. They go above and beyond. I've dealt with Steve when I've gone to Kaiser. He has always gone out of his way to assist me. Any work I've have done has been completed as promised. My car looked as good as new (maybe better LOL) when they were finished. I would never consider going anywhere else to have work done. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their automobile.

I had my car repaired here after a collision and they did an excellent and quick job. A couple months after, I noticed something I thought may have been related to the repair and asked them if they would look at it. They found the issue, which had nothing at all to do with the repair and was actually a factory issue - but they repaired it for me anyway, for free. Steve made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the repair, even offered to make me coffee. I was blown away by the courtesy and care and recommend Kaiser to anyone.

I came to Kaiser Body Shop on the recommendation of my sister, who's been doing business with them for a few years. I could not have been more pleased with the results. I talked to Steve and he assessed my problem and had it fixed extremely quickly. I will absolutely be going to Kaiser for any and all possible services in the future, and will give the highest recommendation to anyone I know. Excellent work, friendly and knowledgable staff, and superb turnaround time. I'd give them 12 stars if I could.Service: Body & Trim

I've been here two times to fix scratches on my bumper and each time they did an exceptional job. Not only did they charge me a fraction of what the original dealership estimated but they gave me a discount. Also, they got my work done within one day due to my lack of transportation which was a huge favor. And the work they do on my car is so perfect it seems as if nothing ever happened in he first place. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Steve. They really know what good customer service means and how to execute it. If you ever need any repairs done Kaiser's body shop is your best option.

Found this shop in a hurry, when I was told repeatedly by recep. at TYT dealer "we don't do body work" = we ask you to leave.... so I pulled out my Google Map, did a quick search and I think I was so lucky. Everyone at Kaiser was comfortably nice, easy-going and professional!!! The repair was beautifully done. They even took care of arranging the rental car. Kaiser s was recommended to me by Northeast Acura after a minor fender bender. Everyone I had contact with was professional and helpful in getting the car towed, answering my questions and working with the insurance company. The repair is flawless and was completed sooner than I expected. I would return to Kaisers if I ever have the need and would recommend them as a body shop. Thank you Steve for making a stressful experience easier!

As someone who takes pride in the condition of my vehicles, I am cautious of who I trust. Kaiser is a shop that i absolutely trust and does incredible work. The staff is all knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The work is absolutely incredible but don't take my word for it, see for yourself and you too will be fully satisfied! If you want a body shop that takes pride in their work and will not let you down, then you should choose Kaiser!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kaiser Autobody twice. When dealing with a damaged car, something that is quite upsetting, their caring attitudes and professionalism makes the situation more tollerable. The facility is top notch! I could look at their die cast truck collection all day. This isn t just any collection, this is a first class and extremely well maintained collection. Everything was professional from the first introduction, working through the repair and then helping to deal with the insurance. The finished product was very well done and included all new Honda parts. The bodywork and paint quality is fantastic. I would never hesitate to recommend Kaiser to anyone that asked. I won t say that I would go back because I m a bit superstitious. (But I absolutely would). Great place, great people and great work!

Had an issue with my sunroof not closing, Kaiser was recommended as the place to go. My car was in the shop the following morning, and even though they didn't have experience with this exact issue before they still took the time figure it out....within 1 hour, while coming in at less than 1/2 of expected cost (which would have likely been many times that amount at the dealer). I can now highly recommend this body shop. Their customer service, quality of work and very reasonable cost are outstanding.

What is it that we all want from an auto body repair shop; above all honesty followed closely by excellent service and great work. Nearly all of us haven't a clue about body repair work as in what needs to be done versus what is an extra or unnecessary. I/we feel at a real disadvantage. Well if my experience today with Kaiser body shop in Latham is an example of their approach to the customer, you can set those fears aside. I pulled in after having scuffed the side of my garage with my vehicle's front end (actually, even worse, it was my wife's 6 month old new car). Before I could fill out a simple sign in sheet the car was looked at and immediately the garage paint was removed. Both the technician and the receptionist were incredibly nice. The technician noted a chip area and told me what it would cost to make it perfect. However, he also noted that if it was his car he probably wouldn't bother as you have to get within 5 inches to even see it. I agreed and not only appreciated the quick service, but I also really appreciated the honest advice. Kaiser will be my first (and likely only stop) in the future in the event I need vehicle body work. I would suggest you would be well served to do the same.Neal

I recently went to Kaiser for the first time. I had a leak where rain water was getting into the base of my trunk. I brought the car in to have it looked at. We determined the issue, it wasn't an invasive fix but it still took about an hour of the shop's time. Steve worked on my car right there to fix an issue caused by a Nissan dealership. He was of great help and did it all free of charge! That is such a rarity these days. I owe these guys. If you're considering bringing your car in, don't hesitate, they do great work and have a very clean pro shop. Nice, inviting, and friendly. 5 stars all the way. Steve saved me time and money. Thanks again guys!

Kaiser Auto Body offers you the best service that is cost efficient. I am a big believer in you get what you pay for and I have never been disappointed at this shop. Steve, a gentlemen in the office just recently assisted me when my car got into an accident. He walked me through the entire process step by step and was so very helpful when dealing with the Insurance Company. His knowledge about the field he is in was complete and thorough as well as informative. People like him are what make you want to go to the local businesses. If you need a repair, you can't go wrong choosing Kaiser Auto Body! A job done well and a job done right.

Kaiser is an outstanding business. I was referred to Kaiser by a top auto mechanic. I found the vibe at Kaiser immediately professional and friendly; the building, inside and out was immaculate. I met with Steve for an estimate on damage to my Nissan. He was knowledgable and efficient. He showed me options and helped me make an informed decision on the scope of the body work. The finished product was impeccable and reasonably priced. I was lucky to find Kaiser and I highly recommend it.

A friend recommend me to Kaiser's after being involved in a minor accident. Steve Cioppa was the nicest and most polite gentlemen to deal with. Instantly got right to work taking pictures of damage and estimating costs of repairs. Vehicle was taken in that day and was completed 3 days later looking like nothing had happened! I would highly recommend Steve and the crew at Kaiser's to anyone looking for body work to be done to their car.

I was so impressed with my total experience with Kaiser! I was sent to them by Mercedes because my Sprinter Van would not fit in the bays at Mecedes.My whole experience was top notch!!They were courteous, kept me informed all of the time, went out of their way to be sure everything was done to top standards, and even cleaned my vehicle stem to stern inside and out! I would highly recommend them for any any autobody job!!

So I hit a deer on my way to work with my 2012 Chrysler Town N Country.Steve was so helpful through the whole process. Additional parts and work was needed so he contacted Geico on my behalf and handled everything. Very fast turn around time and the van looks better than when I purchased it in 2016. Kaiser is awesome!! Went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. Steve did an amazing job getting some large scratches out of my car and making it look new again. Top quality facility, and they didn't try to rip me off. Kaiser Body Shop is the best Auto Body place in the Capital Region, my Car looks brand new, I am over the moon impressed. Steve is absolutely first class and his attention to detail to make my car look better than it was before is worth it's weight in Gold! - This will be my first and only place to get my Car fixed in the future and again, thank you Steve, you took the stress out of the whole process of getting my precious Car fixed! I needed some work done on my Tundra as a result of an accident and I was told to reach out to Steve at Kaiser. Best decision I could ve made. They met with me the same day of the accident for an estimate and ordered the parts that same day. Steve called me the following day and fit me in to get the repairs done. They literally repaired my vehicle one day after the accident and I could not be happier with the work! Very professional and friendly staff made the experience even better. I live 40 minutes from the shop, but I m a Kaiser customer for life now!

A coworker recommended Kaiser to me after I was in a car accident, and I'm so glad she did. The service I received was excellent! I'd never been in a crash before and was full of questions and concerns. Stephen was extremely helpful and forthcoming with information and useful advice. He did a great job, and I also appreciate the peace of mind he afforded me with his knowledgable, thorough, and friendly service.
