I recently had a workplace incident with my Jaguar XF, and was recommended Nordone & Sons by Jaguar White Plains. With a fair and expeditious estimate from Sam Nordone (Jr. - one of the sons), I was able to bring my car in at the earliest possible date, and have a full trunk repaint and repair completed within 4 business days. I have to say, Sam Jr. was exceptional as far as response time and handling communications and concerns, and due to his care and response, this business is definitely one I would trust for future repairs. As a young female, I have been apprehensive of body shops overcharging, but this experience was a great one - on time and on budget, and overall reaffirming. I can't speak to how the entire business is run, as the aesthetics of the office area could be slightly improved and Sam Jr. was the only manager on site, but the service which I did receive was top notch. I had the pleasure of visiting Nordone & Sons Auto Body after encountering a frustrating situation where a bolt on my vehicle had been stripped. From the moment I made the phone call, my experience with this body shop has been nothing short of exceptional.What truly stood out to me was their willingness to go the extra mile. Not only did they successfully remove the stripped bolt, but they also did so without charging me anything. Best customer service of any business I ever dealt with. My jeep grand Cherokee looks like it's brand new. I didn't have a ride to the car rental and Sam drove me there and back when my jeep was ready. My jeep was ready in the time frame that he gave me. I will recommend this body shop to anyone

I recommend this auto body shop to ANY and EVERYONE!!! Sam is the BEST!!!! Kind and very professional and a family owned business for over 30 yrs! A tree fell on my car causing major damage. Sam and his team worked hard to get my insurance company to cover all the damages. When I needed a ride to the Bronx because I didn t have a rental car insurance Sam kindly drove me all the way (from his shop in Larchmont) to my destination without any charge to me. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that I receive the BEST service possible. I would recommend Nordone and Sons to ANYBODY. This family owned business is a gem!!! They ve helped me more than once and I ve never left with anything short of complete satisfaction. Their work is impeccable, their prices are reasonable and their customer service goes above and beyond what is usually seen nowadays. I highly recommend them to anyone who s looking to get quality work done on their vehicle without getting ripped off.

I stumbled upon this business as I recently moved into the area.... Their warmth, kindness, helpfulness and professionalism were simply outstanding! Not only did I get the service I required and more, but I was made to feel like a member of their family! Its a great auto shop - a seemingly small family business, doing big things and making great impact. Its also an asset to the community! I recommend them 100% and won't go anywhere else if they can render the service I need! Well done guys!

I highly recommend Nordone and Sons! I recently had body work done to my 2015 Corvette Z06 and they have exceeded my expectations. About a month ago my car was hit at Curry Chevrolet by another customer in their parking lot. Curry claimed zero responsibility for the damage and as a result I decided to get the damage repaired by a reputable body shop by folks I could trust. I couldn t allow Curry s body shop to work on my car after the experience there. I wanted someone who took pride in their work so I went to Nordone. My car looks brand new! The body and color are perfect. The car looks like I just bought it off the dealer showroom. The Nordone team took me step by step through the process and provided me with updates and pictures of my car while the work was being done. I highly recommend anyone who needs work or paint correction done to their car, specifically sports cars, to visit this shop. Ask for Joey or Sammi and either of them will take good care of you. Thanks to the team for making my car brand new again!

Great people! They went out of their way to help me get my car fixed as quickly as possible, service was not expensive and the advice I got was what I needed for my car and how I use it. I have had bad experiences with other mechanics before. This auto repair shop is clearly run by honest (and efficient) people.

Best possible experience with an auto body shop! I gave them a car with some front end damage, and they gave me back a car that looked better than the day I bought it. I was recently in an accident (to avoid hitting a deer, hit a guard rail instead!). Could have been a lot worse as their were not other cars, pedestrians, or animals involved. Virtually the entire passenger side of my car was mangled (miraculously was able to drive home to NY from rural PA). I received several estimates, but Nordone had the best price. More than that, Sammy Sr. scheduled me during downtime to keep everything smooth and easy (special thanks to Felix). Joey frequently texted updates and pics. And the Nordone brothers even picked me up and drove me home! Most importantly, they did a flawless repair job where you can't tell that the car was ever damaged. They also took the time, at not charge, to repair various imperfections/issues: scratches, dings, curb rash on the wheels, and a broken trunk lock. The icing on the cake was a professional quality detailing that that made the car look brand new! I wish I never had to visit a body shop, but I couldn't have been in better hands:). Thanks again to Nordone & Sons for going above and beyond the call of duty!

Absolutely love this shop! Everyone is so friendly and so attentive. My car got hit by a snow plow and Nordone & Sons saved my car I thought i'd never be able to drive again!
