I recently needed new tires and Louie was incredibly helpful. He explained the different options clearly and made the decision-making process easy, even for someone who doesn't know much about tires. I'll definitely be back at this location in the future. Thank you!

I noticed my tire was leaking air and needed to be plugged. This place is close to my job so I made an appointment to bring the car early Sunday before I had to be at work. I arrived a little late but was still accommodated right away. The serviceman found a nail in my tire and patched it up for me very quickly , I was there maybe 15 minutes and was able to make it to work on time too. Very nice people there!!

It was a great experience. I had a flat yesterday, got there today. The wait was nowhere near what I expected. However, Ariel, was amazing, he made sure I was well taken care of and looked over the work done.

Excellent customer service. I walked in and was greeted and assisted right away. Ariel was at the front desk and was pleasant. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to plug it up and get me out the door right away. I will definitely come back to this location.

My tires kept deflating and brought it in for a tire checkup on a Tuesday. Had to wait a bit for my checkup but the actual check up itself was quick and speedy. Friendly customer service, would definitely come back.

The staff was very knowledgable & informative. Ariel helped me pick out the right tires, and was able to get me an appointment the same day. Prices are very affordable. I will definitely bring back my car to this location for any future services.

I m always hitting a curb here and there (gotta work on that lol). This time I hit one pretty hard in the mall parking lot and noticed a tear in my new tire. Knowing I have to drive a lot this weekend and next week I got concerned about whether the tire is damaged and could blow out. I drove over as a walk in first thing when they opened. It is a Saturday and I didn t expect to be taken care of as quickly as I was but within less than an hour I got a phone call saying that my tires were okay and that my car is ready for pick up. There was also no charge for this tire check. I appreciated the immediate and fast service along with it being free of charge. Now I can drive with one less stressor and worry on my head. Thanks guys!

We called because our tire light was on, they took us right away. We ended up getting new tires at their recommendation which they had in stock and installed while we waited. They couldn t have been nicer or more efficient.

I came into Mavis Discount in Larchmont, and the staff was amazing. They helped fixed my car right away. I did not have to wait long at all. Great customer service. New favorite tire place!

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Mavis. I dealt mostly with Ulysses, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly, but the entire staff was friendly and professional as well. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great service from start, from parking to understanding the problem to fixing and wrapping up.I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon and was taken care of very quickly by the great staff, they fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes!Just amazing service, definitely recommend this Mavis to everyone, specially if you're in the area like me. This is now my go-to repair spot.

Had ordered tires on Amazon to be installed at the Mavis tire center in Larchmont. Arrived at Mavis before appointment time and was told that my van was Too heavy to be put on the lift. And then was informed that I would Have to take my tires and have them installed somewhere else. So I asked for them to get my tires so that I could go, gentlemen came back and said that the tires were not delivered. They did not have them. I would have to get in contact with Amazon. I leave get on the phone with UPS get home to find out that the tires were delivered on Friday signed by the gentleman who said that the tires weren t delivered Lou. I drive back over Lewis and the garage. He sees me at the counter does not come to have a conversation with me. Someone else finally comes to the counter. I tell them that the tires were received at their location on Friday and it was signed by Lou. Three minutes later gentleman comes rolling my tires out. Called customer service very helpful very understanding and they said they would send the regional manager a email. At about 1230 I get a notification from Amazon that my service was complete and I was charged $31.98 for the service that I never received. Call customer service again explain to them what happened they seen that I was charged sent another email to regional manager. The regional manager Dan if I m not mistaken, he was no help, doesn t understand no customers frustration. Dan said to me, if you re going to badger me there s no need to go on with this conversation . So I said that I would leave a horrible review for your company Mavis tire. So if you happen to have a full-size van, a full-size pick up, do not bother going to the Mavis tire and Larchmont New York, because they will not be able to do any service to your vehicle!

The team here is so kind. I cannot recommend enough! First of all, they didn t talk down to my girlfriend the way most auto repair places tend to treat women. I had an emergency issue w my vehicle that needed quick repair and they got in done in less than six hours. Top notch service and they even replaced a broken taillight as a courtesy. They should be your first choice!

This the best shop to get work done on your car. Ask for Eulises he does very good work. very knowledgeable when it comes to cars his a problem solver help to take care of my AC compressor and I got some other work done here. If you need a shop I would recommend this shop.one stop shop thank you for keeping our vehicle safe.

Appointment was for 8am, manager didn't show up until 850am. I sat in my car for 1hr. Very unprofessional and nothing but excuses as to why. Service by technicians was good and they were friendly. Will not return to this location.

My go-to for my car needs. The team there is professional, courteous, and knows what they are doing. My last visit was not scheduled and Lou and team didn t hesitate to take my car in and take care of it. I would highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience at this Mavis Tire location. The staff was extremely professional and was clear in what items needed to be done to my car. They worked quickly and efficiently. I m so happy with how it all turned out and will definitely be returning again in the future.

Beware of this so-called mechanic shop they have a knack for turning minor issues into major wallet-draining catastrophes. First, they tried to sell me a new tire for an air leak, claiming it was the only solution for a mere $210. I took my business elsewhere, got the tire plugged for 10 bucks, and it's been smooth driving since. Recently, they failed my inspection, insisting I needed 4 new tires due to mysterious bumps, plus 2 fluid flushs. But wait, there's more! They piled on unrelated repairs, totaling a whopping $2300. I took my car elsewhere for inspection, and surprise, it passed without any unnecessary expenses. This shop seems to have a talent for creative automotive fiction save yourself the misery and dodge their nasty, money-grabbing clutches.

A huge thank you these guys are great!! I stopped by on a Thursday evening (after trying three other places, all of which said it was too late to help) thinking I needed to have my tire replaced. They inspected my tire really thoroughly and reassured me that it was fine and didn t need replacing!! They could so easily have not said anything and charged me to replace the tire I was so impressed by their honesty! They were also really thorough the two guys who were working both came to take a look at it. And on top of everything, they were so friendly and kind! Even though I didn t end up needing to change the tire, they have definitely gained a loyal customer I will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommended.

I had tires installed on my Honda fit today. My appointment was supposed to be for 5 PM but I ended up coming first thing in the morning and they took me. I was in and out in less than an hour and I am 100% satisfied.

This was my second time there and I have to say both times I was impressed. Huge thank you to Luis from ordering me the tire to getting me in and out of there in less than an hour. As well, as taking the time to explain the difference between patching versus replacing a tire. And as a woman I did not feel like he tried to rip me off with their prices or try to sell me other unnecessary stuff. The price I was told prior to service was the price I paid after.

This shop is probably the best or at least one of the best in Westchester. The facility is very presentable and the staff well trained and courteous. This is not just a tire place; your cars performance and appearance is important to this store/shop. Take your favorite auto to this shop and not only will it be teated with respect, but the management team will remember your name when you return for future work. There are 4 high end cars in my household, including a 2007 BMW Z4 sedan, and they all are serviced at this shop.

Just got my tire changed from Mavis and was helped by Ariel. He was very helpful and professional. I walked in and was assisted immediately and was given a quoted time to exchange my tire. The tire was replaced at the quoted time but we ran into troubles trying to get my tire insurance to cover the replacement. Ariel went through several representatives to solve the issue. While waiting for answers Ariel handled several guest while reassuring me that he s still working on my situation. Once my tire insurance cleared I was on my way home. Thank you for your help and patience.

The workers at Mavis Discount Tire were extremely knowledgeable about tires, and took the time to explain different options and help me find the perfect fit for my car. Their friendly and attentive approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for the exceptional service. One of the workers named Pablo was especially helpful. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I was really impressed by the whole team! Highly recommended!

Needed a tire in a pinch due to the complete neglect of our roads in Westchester County (I wont rant I did that enough today) I was able to get in touch with Ariel from Mavis in Larchmont, after being put on hold for 20 mins at another location, and I m glad I did. He gave me a few options of tires to chose from and quick and efficient service no up charges no nonsense just assistance and that s refreshing this day and age thanks again guys!

a very good experience yesterday buying tires , which was overdueLouie was friendly helpful and accommodatinghe made it easy and when he reccomended that i needed some brake work on my 9 year old carhe was knowledgeable but not pushy and very respectful of my need to do one thing at a timethey did. great job and my car drives so much better with my new tires and balancing alignment etc
