After years of great experiences at Larchmont Jeep/Dodge & Purchasing/Leasing 8+ Vehicles, we will no longer support this "Dealership". We are Larchmont Residents & Natives, on our LAST Lease got taken advantage of & not treated like years of past, if you are an elderly woman or Single woman buyer beware. They took advantage of us, after trying to reasonably resolve the issues with the Sales Team & Store Manager, our phone calls got ignored & a VERY SIMPLE Resolution could have been achieved easily & quickly, but Larchmont Jeep chose to sour a longtime/LIFELONG Customer, Shame on you Jeep/Dodge!!!

I highly recommend going to the Larchmont Jeep team! This is the 8th Jeep myself and my family has had. My family started working with Eleanor in 1999 and always come back for more. Just picked up my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Overland this month. Eleanor makes the experience easy and always keeps us happy. If you are looking for a long standing relationship and outstanding customer service you are in the right place!

I went to Larchmont Jeep because I was disappointed at another local dealer (no one acknowledged me). Within 2 minutes of walking in I was greeted by Lou. The original Jeep I chose (a 2022 Rubicon 4xe that was on the floor) had a technical problem. After much hair pulling, Theon the Sales Manager suggested a black 2024 High Altitude 4xe. These guys were great at holding my hand thru an initially bad situation. I absolutely love the High Altitude 4xe that I got and I have Theon & Lou to thank for it. I highly recommend Larchmont Jeep if you re looking for top notch service and who isn t?

Great experience thanks entirely to sales agent, Garfield Heron. He was attentive to my vehicle and budget needs, informative and easy to communicate with and importantly, genuine and kind. Eddie in the service garage was very helpful with my understanding of new features.

Definitely would recommend anyone buying a usedor new vehicle. Brien in sales and Jack in finance. Theyare very professional to the point. Jack got me a lowInterested rate on my truck. Can t say enough good things about those guys. Need a car go see those guys!

The Service department at LCJDR is TERRIBLE! You can never get a prompt appointment here. If you call in Feb, the next available appointment is March or April, just unacceptable.

10/10. Would highly recommend. I went into this thinking it would take hours, more than a few back and forth s and give me a headache. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the car, so I was worried it d be for nothing. I couldn t have been any more wrong. The car I fell in love with on their website was exactly what they said it would be. We were able to do everything online before I even arrived so I was in and out QUICK! My 4xe was charged, clean and ready to go. Mike showed me everything on the Jeep and the finance department was on their game. No drama, no headaches. I would go back there.

Excellent customer service, Barbara handled my call and ensured that my experience was the ultimate of satisfaction that it could be. My car had broken down and the service staff were friendly and took care of my car in a timely manner. Upon picking up my car Barbara passed me over to Cynthia to finalize my paperwork. Every time I go to the dealership everyone is so friendly, even Mike who sold me my Jeep, never forgets to check in and make sure that I m taken care of. This is the place for service, a friendly atmosphere and more than efficient with time management of servicing my Jeep.

This is the only dealership I will ever buy a car from ever again! I had the best experience. My salesman Mike Carrion was amazing and so helpful from the first time I met him. I visited the dealership a few times before I decided what I wanted to order. I never felt pressured to buy anything, or like I was being treated differently when I went back with a million questions. Mike was very knowledgeable and was willing to talk me through everything I needed help with. When my new jeep finally came in, he even came into the car to walk me through every single button in the vehicle so that I felt comfortable as a first time Jeep owner. Jack in the finance department was also so great to work with. He was willing to answer any question I had (even if I thought it was too dumb to ask). I have already recommended this place to anyone I ve talked to. I can t say enough great things about my experience here (coming from someone who hated going to dealerships in the past!)Thank you so much to Mike and Jack!

I visited the dealer to get some pricing on the new grand Cherokee L, I explained to Michael (mike) the sales rep that I was working with my insurance to get my previous car paid off because it unfortunately got stolen. Without any hesitations, mike asked me how long was I going to take to make the decision to purchase the vehicle without even knowing if the car I mentioned was the right vehicle for me. Later, he visited the managers office and came back saying let me know when you ready to purchase the car so we could give you numbers because offers change all the time . At that moment my family and I walked out, hoping to never have to come back again to this dealership. I guess it was an inconvenience for them to at least give me a ballpark on the car I wanted.UPDATEI visited another Jeep dealership the same day, put a deposit on the brand new Jeep grand Cherokee Limited and came back 2 days later to pick up the car. Save yourself time and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

Went in to the dealership randomly on a Sunday and was lucky enough to have Fernando greet us. He showed us a few pre-owned Grand Cherokees and we immediately fell in love. He set the right expectations with us and answered all our questions! The overall shopping experience was AMAZING & the customer service from Fernando, Jack and the rest of the team was nothing short of STELLAR!! Definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of Larchmont Chrysler for 20 years, and as such I highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking of buying a new car or servicing your old one. Everyone at this dealership from sales to financing to service is a professional and treats you with courtesy and respect. Rich Ruggiero and his team not pressure you into purchasing a vehicle, but rather guide you as you make the best decision for yourself. and afterwards John Vinci and his team (especially Barbara!) will provide excellent service service and advice about caring for your vehicle.

I had a great experience at Larchmont Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I was dealing with Louie, who was very friendly, helpful, funny, and patient. It felt like I was dealing with an old friend that made me comfortable, and he was able to work with me at getting a great price. I recommend that dealership very highly! And I will definitely be back in the future.

The service staff is very friendly and attentive. Oscar is amazing! Explained in detail any issues. And if an issue was above his scope of helping, the service manager gladly stepped in and resolved the issue. Wait time was adequate. Concerns were heard and addressed. Even though it is out of my way, I will be returning for all vehicle services.

Not feeling this place at all. Only street parking, no lot. Also, no appointments at all when I asked the service clerk. She wasn t mean it was just more of the way she didn t try to help me out with the situation I was having. I felt like she could ve at least tried to give me a service date instead of treating me like it s impossible to get a date. She said no dates available. Like that s the end of that story. What s the point of going to a service center that doesn t offer service or help the customer? Place isn t good I won t go back. 2 stars to the gentlemen, I think (car salesmen) who showed me the direction to the service room. The service lady needs to do a lot better. Visited April 21, 2023 in the morning.

I've purchased or helped friends purchase many cars from many dealerships. It's always the same hustle from these sales guys, they just want to shove whatever car they think you like down your throat at the price where they can make the most money, and the "incentives" and add-ons. Can't forget about getting that rustolium for underneath the car! Well I was expecting the same thing at this dealership but went anyway. I walked in and the sales guys were all working at their desk, it just took opening and closing a few car doors for Jesus to show up and ask to help me find a car, here we go I thought to myself. Instead what I got was an experience like no other before. Jesus and this family owned dealership gave me a wonderful no-pressure experience to purchase the car I was looking for in the color I wanted. I'm very happy with choosing this dealership and working with Jesus to purchase my 75th Anniversary GREEN Jeep Renegade! I highly recommend looking for Jesus when you go to this dealership, tell him I sent you! ODiN

Not a good experience, I am waiting on a part for over a year and a half now, seen 4 different managers in this time. Also waiting a year and a half for a check because they over charge me. And on top off that when I brought my truck to them to get fixed they scratch the side off it and cracked my side mirror, so I'm not happy with them.

I called for a service appointment because my Chrysler Pacifica s air conditioning is blowing hot air at the beginning of July in 95 degree weather. Next available appointment is in August. Very very disappointing, I m not purchasing a Chrysler vehicle again since I had so many issues with it already and even with warranty it s not being fixed.

When buying a car or getting it serviced...you have to trust the people you work with and this is a place you can rely on.I have found the folks at this family owned business friendly, direct and honest. Their low pressure no-nonsense approach worked well for me. They communicated my service options well and in a timely manner. Additionally, they did their best to be cost conscious. What a great combination.I have worked directly with the General Manager, Eleanor Gulla, and have found her to be a genuine person with great integrity.3/17/23 - Got a new car....same reliable & great customer care
