What a pleasure it was to work with Vinny and the team at J&F to get my car fixed! From the moment I called after my accident, I felt taken care of. Their early morning hours made a huge difference for my schedule, they picked up the phone every time I called, they were prompt on email too! The absolute best customer service, not to mention my car is now in perfect condition! Thank you, J&F, for making what might have been a totally unpleasant experience, a breeze!!

Vinny and Mike were so thorough and honest throughout the entire process! When an additional part was needed, they undercharged me for it to stay as close to my original estimate as possible. My car was done and ready for pickup in almost 24 hours. I really highly recommend J&F and will absolutely be returning to them in the future!

This is the only place I will bring my cars to for auto body work. Vinny, is honest, upfront, thorough, and fairly priced. His quality of work is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend J&F.

Needed body and mechanical work done and brought my car to J&F after a recommendation. I couldn t have asked for better work and service. They set expectations and exceeded them with outstanding service, communication and of course, the work itself. My car was returned to me extremely clean on the outside and in, it looks brand new. Had a great experience with J&F Chatsworth. Vinny and his team did an excellent job repairing a Toyota Sienna. Car looked brand new, communicated throughout. Vinny took great care of me when the power steering fluid began leaking on my car during a road trip from Boston to NYC. We pulled into J & F Chatsworth Auto Body based on the recommendation of a friend. The problem was identified within 30 minutes, the part was ordered, and we were back on the road in a couple of hours. I'm so thankful there are great, honest, efficient shops like J & F Chatsworth. I've been using J&F for years. I am buying used car for my kids and asked Vinnie to look over a car from a dealer in NR before I purchase it. He spent 30 min looking it over and didn't even charge me. Vinny at J&F has done body work on 2 of our vehicles and we couldn t be more pleased. He and his team do fantastic work, and they have been super helpful through the process. From coordinating with the insurance adjuster to updating us throughout the repair, their customer service is fantastic. We would highly recommend and will be using the J&F team for all of our vehicle repair needs.

Fantastic experience. I had an annoying rear end collision in my Jeep Wrangler so I brought it to Vinny at J&F. He helped me with my Insurance claim & made the entire process headache free! My experience with J&F - specifically Vinny was exceptional. Very professional and guided me through the entire process with my insurance company and their adjusters. Plus my car looks brand new!! Couldn't be happier. When I picked up my car and inspected it -- I told Vinny that he had a customer for life! Use these guys!

I used J&F Chatsworth to install a hitch on my new car. The entire experience was excellent. ; Job was well done; price was fair and transparent; and they were on time and ready for my job when I arrived at the scheduled time. Vinny did the work and was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with service, quality and price by J&F. We had a lot of trouble with another car repair workshop.This other garage did an overpriced repair in such a bad quality that my car had to be repaired immediately again.I was deeply disappointed, and that garage never stopped asking for more and more money.Then I went to J&F and they repaired the car very quickly. They explained everything to me in a good and understandable way and they made me a reasonable price, which gave me a tremendous relief. I am so happy that I found J&F and recommend it to everyone.

I have been using J&F for the better part of 15yrs, so that should tell you something! I always get quality work, at a fair price. Whether it is an oil change or major body work, the experience from beginning to end is always seamless. They care about my vehicle, unlike going to the dealer where all they want is my money. I can t say enough about Vinny & Joe, top notch family owned business second to none. I have referred them several times over the years and each time I do, people always come back to me and thank me for referring J&F. Thanks again for always doing the right thing!

J&F Chatsworth auto body was amazing!After my car accident Vinny was quick and able to check my car the next morning. He took care of everything including setting up the insurance company inspection. Vinny kept in touch with all updates. The entire team helped me with all my questions and my car came back to me like new! Would definitely recommend.

Today I stopped by J&F because it had a good reputation, and that reputation proved to be very well-earned. I showed Vinny the scraped-up bumper of my Subaru, and with some nifty handiwork he made it look almost perfect right on the spot. He was honest with me that to get it from almost perfect to perfect would require some additional time with a machine painter, but that wasn't something I felt was necessary to do, and he wouldn't even accept payment for the work he'd already done on the spot. By all rights Vinny should have charged me something. I'll certainly be back both for regular servicing needs and (as necessary) for any significant repairs.

The entire staff at J&F Chastsworth were amazing. Vinny made repairing a collision a simple task. He worked closely with our insurance agent and had my car back to me quicker than he expected. Will definitely use J&F for all car repairs/services in the future.

Vinny and Joe are the best.I always feel like my car is important to them and whatever situation I've gotten myself into they will make it all better. It's not just the repair but how they make you feel it will be ok. The fact is most body shops I've worked with over the years I wouldn't go back to even a second time; J&F is now the ONLY shop I will take my cars too.Thanks guys for amazing work and for your support!

I went to J&F for the installation of new tires. I called ahead and spoke to Vinny, who I was referred to by a friend. Everything about my experience was great. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they had my car done in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and awesome. I would definitely go back for any work I may need on my car. Thanks guys!

Joe, Vinnie and the rest of the crew at J and F auto-body really look out for their customers. They ve helped me with numerous problems over the years from regular maintenance/ parts installation to bodywork etc, and they do it all with exceptional quality and service. Ive taken my car in to their shop during busy work weeks quite a bit (often times as a precaution) and they always take the time to make sure everything is ok so I have the piece of mind to go about my day. Really appreciate you guys!

J & F is the best auto body shop around. Not only are the professional but they are truthful and not looking to just make money. They go over and beyond for their customers. Vinny made calls for me, free of charge, to help me when the dealership wouldn t-And he wasn t even doing the work! He truly cares about his customers.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Vinny and his team recently did body work on my 2019 Mazda CX5 and my 13 Grand Cherokee. They helped me every step of the way. All I had to do was give Vinny the claim number from my insurance company and I was done. He called me a few times to update me on the status of the repairs and followed up with me after to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. My cars look and drive as if the accident never happened.

Had a great experience with vinny and his team at J&F Auto Body. He looked at my car on the spot when I brought it in and sent me a proposal within a couple of hours. Was very responsive to my questions and did his best to keep the costs down. The car looked great when I picked it up and I appreciated the follow up from vinny a couple of weeks later making sure everything was good with the car. Will definitely be coming back if I need to!

I recently got my car fixed at J&F Chatsworth and worked with Vinny and it was a really great experience. The repairs were done very well, and the best part was that Vinny took care of everything related to dealing with the insurance company--even fighting to get full coverage for the repairs. We recommend J & F highly. Vinnie and his team are FIRST rate. They are professional, expert in auto mechanics, and great at communicating the issues and progress. A family owned business (for over 40 years)J & F Chatsworth Auto Body, exemplifies hard work, honesty, graciousness and professionalism in this field. They really know cars.We had a very complicated and unfortunate situation with dealing with Landrover USA, and the local dealership. Our new Landrover Defender was in an accident resulting in repairs among other things, to the front wheel and suspension.Landrover USA and Jaguar Landrover Dealership of New Rochelle were arrogant and frustrating to deal with and Landrover made many mistakes regarding the ordering of parts, which took 6 months to receive because of inept handling.However, Vinnie was relentless in staying "on top" of Landrover USA and the dealership in this horrible situation.It is only thanks to Vinnie's clear emails in keeping Landrover USA accountable and his patience that we finally have our car back. Once the parts were received, Vinnie was able to fix the car good as new in 3 days.We have trusted them with all of our cars over the last 15 years.NO need to go anywhere else.
