I just arrived home with my beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI and I am in love! I highly recommend using Eric as your dealer. He was exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was as painless and as seamless as could be. They have an endless inventory of gorgeous trucks and cars. I am forever grateful and will be a forever customer! I purchased my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia fro Alfa Romeo of Larchmont. First of all, from the minute I walked into the dealership I was impressed with their knowledge and commitment to the brand. My first car was a 1974 Fiat 124 so I have always wanted to go back to the Italian Cars. I am so glad I did. I love driving my Giulia and get an incredible amount of attention. Eric was my salesperson and was there from the beginning to answer my question. I was a BMW guy for many years and now very happy with my Giulia and Alfa Romeo of Larchmont.

Out of all the dealerships that I went to, Thiago DeLima was the most attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Mike and Thiago were able to give me a decent deal (at the time) for my Stelvio TI.Even though I moved, Thiago doesn't hesitate to answer any questions that I have, and/or reach out to a party that may know the specifics.As for the car, it's been exceptional. The handling, balance, and space is what sold me.Hope everyone is doing well, and staying safe at Alfa Romeo of Larchmont. I send my best.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Thiago, my sales person, was honest, upfront, kind, and well mannered. Oliver, the finance manager, worked hard to get a deal that I would be comfortable with. I am so happy that I went to this dealership. I was looking into getting a used car, but ended up with a great deal on a new 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. If you are in the market for a car, please do yourself a favor and go here. Oh, and remember to ask for Thiago and Oliver, the gems of the dealership!

The easiest purchase ever!!! I had such a wonderful experience working with the folks at Alfa Romeo of Larchmont. From start to finish, my sales associate Eric was fantastic. He further educated me on the vehicle that I was interested in and made sure that it was the right one for me. Never pushy or imposing, but informative. I felt very comfortable working with him. Eric is the real deal. He offered me all of the available incentives and he was no nonsense, which I respect. You re definitely in good hands with him. Special shout out to Michael & Oliver as well. They were very helpful too! All great assets to the dealership.

I recently leased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this dealer. The experience was excellent. Since Alfa recently returned to the US, they are offering incredible leasing terms with a vehicle that competes with the Audi Q5 and others. Kudos to the staff and management at Alfa Romeo of Larchmont for a seamless experience. Eric In sales did a wonderful job making the leasing experience easy and fast. Usually it takes a few weeks to get license plates but I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car to find the plates on already. The manager did a great job working out the financial paperwork. Overall I highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Larchmont both for the customer service and the pricing and quality of the new vehicles.

I have been buying and leasing cars for over 40 years. I just picked up my 2021 Monte Carlo Blue Giulia and I had the best experience ever with my salesman, Thiago DeLima. He was extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure; he was honest and kept his word with respect to delivery day and time for me to pick up my new car. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

I have spent a few months looking at options for a new car, sending my Lexus IS back. I considered Mercedes, Acura, Alfa Romeo as they had the type of car and reputation I was in search of. My husband and I met Eric three weeks ago at the Alfa Romeo dealership, and I was immediately impressed. Having sales experience, I am typically a tough client to please. I visited the dealership with my research, and more importantly, my disappointments with previous dealerships of the past. Eric is very sharp, and knows his product. I never felt as though I was being 'sold', I felt informed. Never once did I feel the dealership or brand was something I should just 'buy' because of the name itself, as others do. From start to finish Eric was a trusted resource and remains such. He gave us many reasons to look toward being a future repeat client of Alfa Romeo ! The best thing I can do for you, is to tell you to spend time with Eric and let him inform you. The car I now have, the Stelvio, and line of vehicles available are beautiful, and stand apart from the usual brands we see on the road around the village. I can vouch for the brand as my family members, in the automotive business for their lives, told me to run and get the car! I listened to expertise, Eric's and theirs. Another great experience at Alfa Romeo. This was lead by Thiago. My wife and I wanted to make sure to drive our new car before Labor Day weekend. Thiago understood the timeline we were dealing with, was able to get all the logistics done before the EOD and drove in our new Stelvio same day. Thank you to theThiago and the team! The 2022 Stelvio upgrade is awesome.

Just picked up my new Stelvio from Alfa Romeo of Larchmont.Not only was the salesman Eric incredibly thorough in explaining the car features, but also he and Mike the manager, were incredibly patient while I decided on what car I wanted. They also gave me an extremely competitive offer on my trade and a great price on the car. I would definitely get another car from them.

From the moment I walked in the showroom I was treated with the respect and professionalism you would expect from a great car company.Mike Carazza the sales managerand Eric Nazarov my sales specialist and I do mean specialist, let me feel as though I was part of the family with no pressure and the answers to all my questions.This in fact was the second time I bought a new car from this dealership. The first time was in 2002 and just last week a new Giulia TI. When it came time to pick up the new vehicle Eric walked me through all the operating systems which can be overwhelming especially to someone my age, I was born in the first half of the last century. He made it understandable.My thanks

I got a new Alfa Romeo Guila from this team and loved the experience. I Was super impressed working with this team. Michael was very helpful, even through COVID issues limiting in person visits.The entire process was smooth with no surprises that I have encountered at other dealers. Was solicited by Thiago through the internet reaching out time regarding incentives available Alfa Romeo was promoting.One of which was the dealership taking over a lease we had on our present car.I was quite upfront regarding the fact that my lease was an Elantra with very low mileage, but it was an Elantra. I said I am sure your dealership would not be interested in that trade in. He assured me there were deals with that as well. When we drove up to Larchmont, Thiago did not offer to show us the various models, was not interested in a trade in as he said this is Larchmont and we sell high end cars. Then why was the story different? Why waste my time. We never got any further than thatWorst experience.

Disappointed with two experiences with this dealer. Attempted a while back to schedule service with this dealer and they wrote my number down and promised me a call back, never got the call and figured it got lost and mistakes happen.My 20 Giulia QV broke down and I had Alfa Roadside tow it to my nearest dealer which was Larchmont. They rejected the vehicle stating they never approved it to come and they didn't have time for it. Awful how an "Up-Scale" Franchised dealer doesn't have time for a top trim year old vehicle. I guess unless you purchase from them they don't want your car there.Thankfully another dealer took my vehicle in without problems and Alfa Roadside took it up there.

Eric is a great salesperson. He spent extra time explaining all of the options in the Stelvio I wanted. He never pushed, he gave me time to think about it and then when I was ready Eric gave me a great deal. When you want to buy an Alfa Romeo go see Eric at Larchmont.

Eric and the Alfa Romeo team were extremely helpful through the process of selecting the right 2019 Stelvio. Knowing the ins and outs of the car s specs and finances made the conversation informative and good car talk . If your looking for a place that will invest in you as much you are investing in the purchase, Alfa Romeo of Larchmont is where you want to go. Thanks again to Eric, Oliver and the team, the 2019 Stelvio is an awesome ride.

Fantastic experience. Salespeople were knowledge, and very straightforward and honest. No hidden surprises. Eric was a great salesperson, and Michael the GM was great in helping to close the deal.And of course the car is incredible!

We leased a new Giulia car three months ago. My daughter tried to drive the car last Monday and experienced problems. I called the dealer that promised the sun and the moon during the sales experience - they explained they could not take the car until the following Wednesday almost 9 days later- and instructed me to call roadside assistance.When I called roadside after spending almost an hour on the phone they declined to take the car until the following week when dealer was available. I agreed to have the car taken the following Monday. They did not come for the car this Monday- I called the dealer asking to speak to the owner as I did last week- after leaving me on hold for a long time I was told she was not in. I was also told they could not provide a loaner or rental car.In the end, White plains dealer was helpful and got roadside to come pick up the car and bring to their dealership.This car and dealership is no contender to bmw who are superb at Service. Larchmont dealership simply doesn t car and didn t call over the past 6 days to check or follow up. DO not buy a car from them unless you want below acceptable service.I will be back at bmw soon

Best car shopping experience ever! Leased a Stelvio Ti two weeks ago and I love it. Thiago, my salesperson, was excellent -- very knowledgeable and patient showing me all the car's features. No pressure or games from either Thiago or Michael. Highly recommend this dealership and the Stelvio.

If you want a great experience purchasing a great car, go see Eric Nazarov and Michael Carazza at Larchmont Alfa Romeo. This car is far and away superior to any other car on the road. As well as the detailed attention you will receive from them. Hurry! If your in the market for a new car this is the place to go.

I politely asked the person on the phone if he can match a price on a car, extremely rude and impatient. Car dealerships are run on customer service, and the guy on the phone did not know the meaning of customer service whatsoever. "Go there then" the exact words he said.
