Sal and the service team are always fantastic, and they have an excellent waiting room with WiFi and coffee. Never wait longer than 1.5 hours for my scheduled service. Great team!

I recently purchased an Acura RLX . I reached out to the service department at Acura of Westchester for some information regarding the cars maintenance history . Mike Vigliotti and Tom Maxfield helped get me all the information I needed . They went above and beyond the normal level of customer service. I trust that they treat all of their clients the same way . I was really impressed . Thanks a lot !

I traded in a 15-year-MDX for a three-year-old certified RX. I was in and out in under two hours. Everyone from the sales person, to the manager, to the financing Director were all top of their game, and pleasant as well.

Alicia, Shelly & The Entire Service Department Team Are Absolutely EXCELLENT!! Their friendliness, accommodations, help, easy & efficient attitudes & explanations made my experience 10x better especially at 8am on a crazy busy, Tuesday morning! They are understanding of each individual, their unique needed service and do their best to go that extra mile to make a person s experience a GREAT one. I haven t met nice people like them in a long time! Thank you all SO MUCH!!! :)

In general, I like these guys and they appear to do good work. Where I have issues is they have recommended unnecessary service in the past which rubs me the wrong way. And I'm not sure if their multi-point inspection is very accurate. I have at times gotten service at other locations and when I go back to Acura, the continue to recommend the same service, even though I recently had it performed (like tire alignment, fluid replacements, etc.) I question whether they perform the inspection or just go off recommended service based on mileage. I'll continue going there for oil changes and such but will definitely get second opinions on their suggested services.Service: Oil change

If you are serious about your Acura, especially if you are like me and rack up the miles, look for Sal Gambitta to be your service advisor. Although, I will say my experience with Tom Maxfiekd and Alicia DeMarco have also been very good. But Sal is THE go to man.He fulfills his role to the fullest and has done am excellent job in making sure my vehicle is update to date on all of its maintenance needs. This includes not only a full price breakdown, but an easy-to-read reference for future work, and no up-selling me on work I don't need. I feel confident and satisfied in the work done here.Also, as I browsed for some items in the parts department, everyone was courteous and took the time to explain the parts I needed.

Always good, rapid service. Tom Maxfield is my underwriter and always makes sure that everything goes smoothly.They revamped the customer waiting area and it is great. Much larger, flat screen TV and free coffee and bagels. Area is kept clean

The service attitude is very poor. In the United States, the first time I bought a car, I felt that the company with such a bad service attitude felt that there was no guarantee for buying a car there. Ask a few questions, the attitude of service is discriminatory and impatient, how can the service attitude be that your company loses guests, customers can buy the same car in another company, the loss is your own.

As a westchester acura customer, I have the right to inquire about my warranty and service on my car. but your service and help is to continue selling what is already paid previously. I would never buy another car from here again and I would never recommend someone to go at this dealership.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I have been to various dealerships for service and this one gave me the worst run around. I dropped my car off Tuesday early morning to be checked few issues and they said it needed few things ie bearing/alignment ..should be done Wednesday .::I received my car Saturday evening 30 prior to closing and they lost my wheel lock!! I went back Monday morning and waited 2 hours for them to take off the wheel locks and install new ones..:I went to another mechanic to inspect it and he said they stripped the thread off the spindle / bolts...remind you they said only half the repairs were covered for parts/labor...I had to pay for child car...ubers back and forth to work...only to be offered a loaner Friday night... just a warning Acura service is a hit and miss here .

This last time I went they forgot to add me to their schedule. Did not get my complimentary car wash. Generally speaking, they are consistently inconsistent.
