Very professional service team. Tom Maxfield does a great job and pays attention to detail. We are lucky to have such people that pays attention to the customer in detail. No where else offers such service.

I absolutely recommend this place! And I recommend looking for Andre Phillip Santana, he is the best, worked so hard to get me the best deal and even helped me with things that weren t part of his job! He really goes out of his way to help in any way possible! I ve been an acura costumer for 12 years now and I have nothing to complain about the others but Andre really treat his costumers like family!!!! Thank you Andre!!!!

Just had lots of parts including timing belt replaced and David was great help. He was able to accommodate to me, keep me updated, and overall the experience was exceptional. Will definitely come back again!

This review was long overdue. Andre Santana Helped me with my 2nd lease with Acura of Westchester for my 2023 Integra A-Spec last year. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. He worked so well to get me the best deal and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. He even went above and beyond and followed up with me after . Brought in my car first time ever with Acura of Larchmont.My service advisor was Ms. Alicia DeMarco.Best service and transparence ever.The night before service, I was being told by core workers; dealerships are daylight robbers nowadays especially to women.I was misinformed I believe.I was supplied with a video as the service progressed, I guess they read my mind, I was freaking out. I was patiently waiting for my mind to be blown off by an exorbitant bill, guess what!?, I came out an impressed and happy camper.Thank you Ms. DeMarco and the whole mechanics crew.See you soon

Long story short, my dad s 2017 Acura goes in for repair, he has an extended warranty. The engine blew. The warranty company comes in, they refuse to pay, they re giving Acura a hard time on the job assessment. After 2 months of being in an Acura loaner car. Tom calls and says it s $3500. Then he calls back saying it s $9,000. Tom turns around and says he never said that it was $3,500, then offers a payment plan on the $9,000. but now you have to qualify for this payments, soft credit check. Wait it s not over yet. My dad says no, then they bring it down to a settlement of $5,900. He reluctantly agreed. When he drives off the windows won t work My dad is a senior on a fixed income. Terrible. We will never come back here ever. They wouldn t let me talk to Tom because they know where I would have sent him. Point is, find another service dealer . Robbers and thieves

Just picked up my new car today. I got the TLX a spec. I ve purchased so many cars in the past. This is by far the best experience I ve ever had with the dealership. Everyone was friendly. The deal went through in a matter of minutes Mike was my sales rep. He was phenomenal to work with. The manager there was really nice to work with as well. He help me move the deal along.

If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. The staff is unprofessional and rude, they don t listen to your concerns, they re shady in how they conduct business. When I was buying my car, everyone was great, they returned my calls quickly, and never had an attitude. Once you buy the car, you might as well never try to contact them again. I wanted to have the sunroof button fixed and was told it wasn t covered by my extended warranty that costs $125/month? I tried calling to cancel my extended warranty back in 2022. I got the runaround for days and I had to call almost 10 times in a row with no response and it was only when I used a different phone to call from, they answered on the first ring. They purposefully ignored my calls, and now trying to contact them again a year later to confirm that my warranty has been canceled, I m again met with attitude and hung up on and told someone will call me back . Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. This dealership is not worth the time and stress you have to go through. It s a scam, and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Poor service, was absolutely confused trying to find the parts department. Walked on sales floor and was completely ignored by staff except for one employee in the back who was polite and helpful. The parts department guy looked like he was drowning in boxes, overworked and not sure what he was doing. Was told my order had not been paid despite pending charge on card used when ordering online and was charged again on a separate card. Was guaranteed I would not be charged twice. Next day I was charged on the original payment method. Called in to resolve issue and the employee on the phone immediately put me on hold and kept me on hold for over an hour and never returned to the phone. So now i have to dispute with my bank. I was planning on finishing a engine build with parts from here and previously discussed purchasing a vehicle from here in the spring but after this horrible experience my first and only time coming here I will not be coming again. Please do better.

I would never buy from this place again. They sold me a car with a bad engine. They told me they wouldn t cover it. I had to call Acura and they made right and replaced the top half of the engine.I also sold me the car with a lien on the title. It s been a mess, I had to pay a higher interest rate because my bank couldn t place a lien on my title. Now I want to get rid of the car and I can t because of the lien on the title. This is not right. I called the dealership and they were not helpful. I have to do all of the work for the dealerships mess up. Bottom line. It is an ethical to sell a car with a lien on the title if they re selling.

Frankie was an incredible sales manager. He took his time to get me into the car that I wanted with a payment that was affordable. He went above and beyond to make it happen and I appreciate his efforts. I will send all my friends and family to Frankie! It's nice to know that there is still some good people out there. The sales staff at Westchester Acura have always been friendly and accommodating, but they are salespeople, I expect that. This was my first interaction with their maintenance department. I found the people there equally friendly and accommodating. Great service as well.

My experience was great. I had to take my car in for service on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week to begin with. Not to mention, my appointment was also a wait. My service advisor and the awesome team in the service department made it happen. I was out in no time. I really appreciated that a lot. Please continue your good work. Juan Jimenez made my car leasing experience the most amazing experience I ve ever had compared to any other dealership. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He knew every detail of the car and answered all of my questions. Michelle Lally, the manager, was also a great help. Everyone was super polite and welcoming. We got to learn about our vehicle and test drive before our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and seeing Juan!

When I dropped my vehicle off at 730 am staff was prompt and friendly. I needed a shuttle ride unexpectedly and it was no problem. I was informed once the diagnosis was completed and was able to pick up the vehicle the same day. Aleisha and Carlo where both very pleasant and helpful.
