This isn't another big brand box shop. I've never been to another shop that everyone there just feels at esase. Because they're problem solvers. They have their own way of being flexible and helpful to everyone. You can see it in how the employees conduct themselves with positive attitudes. Which means everyone actually knows what they're doing. A shop of solutions not stress.

Took our subaru in for an Axle repair. After the repair they called to tell me the timing belt jumped and bent the valves so the car was no longer starting. He told me they opened the motor up to confirm this. We just had the timing belt replaced not to long ago, so I got the car towed home to have my dad look at it. A cable was loose so it wouldn't start. My dad tightened it back up and it runs just fine again.Although I'm upset the cable was missed, which cost me to pay for a tow home. They did do a good job replacing the broken Axle and getting it done at a good time.When the owner saw my upset post he reached out the same day to try and make amends. He offered to pay for the cost of the tow if it would help "buried the hatch" as he put it.

Very Fast, Very Good Work, Great Price Value! Had to wait for my car one time and the owner took the time to make sure my 4 year old son was happy and comfortable. Munson himself seems like a great guy! Will always go back for issues with my vehicle and for my entire family!

Great place! The first car shop that hasn t tried to take advantage of me as a young women who doesn t know much about cars. They are honest, strait forward and do the job well. I d highly recommend them to anyone. I won t go anywhere else now. Owner is a great guy.

Excellent and friendly customer service, fair prices, and good diagnostics combined with effective fixes makes this shop my favorite in the Ithaca area. Oh, and they are great at listening to the customer's needs to be able to provide different options (top of the line fix vs small budget get-by-in-a-pinch fix).

Great service and up front about costs. I highly recommend Munson's. Honesty seems to be a priority.2 years later and Munson tire is still treating me great. They go above and beyond expectations every time I visit.

Got oil change and they forgot to replace the cap on the oil tank. Got low oil light two weeks later and had to get another oil change.Update: got a call offering a refund. Mistakes happen and the way they handled it was appreciated and honorable.

Honest car repairs. They dont sucker you into buying things that you dont need. Charge a fair price. Can be a wait to get in but Mitch often comes in early and gets stuff done if I need my car back asap.

The owner, Mitch was wonderful!! Very honest and upfront with what needed to be done with my car. Even though they were busy, they found time to fit me in and get my car fixed.
