They were fantastic!! I was told by my mechanic i would need an entire new transmission. Devistated with this news we sought out this place due to good reviews (verbal) and so i brought my car, and they looked it over. They gave me a rough estimate and gave me the "solution" they thought it would need to be fixed. And as it turned out, they were right! What i thought would cost me thounsands turned out to only be a few hundred bucks! LOVE this place and i highly recommend it!! Though i only really dealt with Bill, who was amazing btw, the experience i had while being here was fantastic. They were very efficient and friendly.

One shop told me my transmission went,had it towed to wholesale transmission to find out it wasn'tThey repaired my car showed me videos of what was wrong with the vehicle while it was up on the lift and communicated with me over the phone.....will recommend this shop to anyone as well a repeat customer

What a great experience. My daughter's car had an issue. Bill and Willie were able to diagnose the issue and give me multiple repair options to fit my budget. The repairs were done quickly and my daughter is back on the road.

Been going here for years for our fleet of family vehicles. Fair prices, and clear and up front diagnostics. They ll even show you via video chat and text what they found, while it is still on your vehicle, before doing any work.They continue to earn our business with amazing customer service.

This is the second time we have had a transmission repaired at this shop. The experience was excellent from the way that they diagnose and explain to you what is going on every step of the way. My grandson had an issue with his transmission, and they did everything they could to keep the cost down and get him on his way. Bill and Willie were as professional as could be and we will certainly do our business with this shop. We moved to this area over four years ago and had to start looking for a someone we can trust. I needed a transmission for our Kia 2 years ago and had the same experience.Service: Transmission

Great service. Very professional. Convenient drop box for early or night before drop off. Got my car in hours before scheduled time. Called and informed me of all issues. Fixed a couple things without charge. Reasonable prices and fast repairs. I was recently told by another transmission shop my 2017 Ford 150 transmission was smoked and in need of a complete rebuild quoting me $4k to say I was disgusted and in total disbelief was an understatement. At that time I reached out to Bill and Willie over at Wholesale Transmission and asked for his thoughts and opinion. After a short conversation I immediately picked my truck up from the other guy and took it to Willie so they could run some tests and diagnostics. A second opinion if you will. At this moment I m in complete panic mode because it s Friday morning and I m leaving in 6 days for my annual midwestern Illinois hunting trip. Two hours later Willie calls me and confirms a problem coming from the transmission torque converter but after he consulted with me and Bill we decided to do a complete transmission service first before tearing into a transmission rebuild. Drain. Flush. New Gasket. New Filter and New fluids. A much cheaper option at $300.00 and a complete no brainer. A chance we were willing to take. The other shop refused and said this was going to make my problem worse. It was either I have them rebuild my Transmission for $4k or come pick it up. Thanks to Bill and his staff my $4k problem was fixed in a few hours on short notice on a Friday afternoon before close of business. I highly recommend theses guys. Friendly. First time customer. As much as I hope I never have another transmission problem, this place will be my first and only choice for repairs. Willy was up front and honest about what the worst case scenario would cost me. I told him my budget and he gave me options. I was anticipating around a $2000 repair bill but he was able to correct the problem at 1/4 the cost. He even reminded me my inspection was due and took care of it while it was there. The car was dropped off on Wednesday and ready on Thursday! Prompt service, knowledge team, professional, and I had constant communication with them! One of the better experiences with a business I have had in quite some time. Not having transmission problems? Consider breaking it, and It is worth the experience!

Bill, At Wholesale Transmissions is a Fair honest kind person. Went through my mom's wheelchair van and repaired the brakes, A/C, transmission module, and a host of other items Run's perfect now.

Transfer case was frozen. They kept me informed what was happening. They also called to get my okay to fix something else. If it wasn't for the snow storm in November and thanksgiving would have had the truck quicker. I recommend this placeService: TransmissionService: Transmission

I have used Wholesale Transmission for both my personal vehicle and company work truck. They have gone above and beyond every time making sure everything was completed in a timely fashion to minimize downtime. I had my brakes done here, MISTAKE. They installed the brakes wrong, rear wheel locked up 5 miles away. When I called to tell them I was told to "just drop it off" leaving me stuck. Cost was $550. $550 to get stuck and I had pay someone else fix their mistakes. Chose wisely, this may not be the place to go to.

I get my rust proofing under spray done here annually . I like that they use Wool Wax which is like Fluid Film but without the smell. Bill is great, the work is done well, and everyone is friendly throughout the process.

I just moved to the area. Best thing about it is, I have found -EXCELLENT Auto care in WHOLESALE TRANSMISSION -professional, fantastic customer service and knowledgeable to work with when you have car issues. Reliable in all areas. Really takes the stress out of the process of getting auto repairs.

This is a full service mechanic. Stopped in after visiting a couple other local mechanics that couldn t figure out why/where my power steering fluid was leaking from. Bill, the owner, and one of his mechanics, Mike, found the leak immediately on one of the connections power steering cooler that was rusting out. They had my car fixed that same day and even took the time to fix some of the bracket connections on my bumper that had previously been broken off. I subsequently came back in for some routine maintenande and Bill accommodated my scheduled with no questions to get me in and out. Just great service and work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I started having some difficulties with my vehicle while traveling down Walden Ave and Wholesale Transmission was the first place I saw to pull into. I m glad that I found this particular shop because of the support I received on my vehicle. Bill took the time to take my vehicle to find the cause of the trouble and even brought the vehicle into the shop without an appointment to determine what the issue was. I received down to earth service and I would recommend this shop to anyone that happens to be in the Lancaster area.

Bill and the Technicians were top notch. I have an older BMW .Many shops turned me away. Not only did Bill research my car they nailed the problem that the dealer missed. Transmission shifts as smooth as new the new harness, pressure valve and fluid solved the problem...!

I had my 2010 Chevy Equinox in to the shop and it was making a lot of noise. I took it to Continental Transmission they quoted me $3,000 then I proceeded to tell them no that won't work for me. The staff wasn't the best so I decided to go to another shop close to me which was Wholesale Transmission in Lancaster. They ended up finding the problem and it only cost me $325! The staff is super professional and I will be going back here for all of my automotive needs.
