Not sure what was the guy name, but i think he was chris. He was super helpful, went over the details of the parts he s changing and why i should go with that choice instead of the original part. He also fixed one of my tires with zero charge, I didn t even know i had a nail in my tire, but he noticed and fixed it. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely go back for any maintenance my car needs.

A rare find, Rich actually loves being a mechanic/owner of an auto repair shop. He treats your car as if it was his car. He replaced both CV axles for a reasonable price, with no price gouging. Rich explained the whole process from repair, repair time and cost, no surprises. I lost quality/cost with my previous repair shop but now I found Jacc's Family Automotive and I m not looking back.

When the guy at AutoZone told me my alternator was about dead, on a Saturday afternoon with no idea where to go or who I could find to help me, I'm so grateful that he said "maybe you could try Jacks Family Automotive down the street." So I took his advice and went down the street to "Jacc's" and met Rich, and I still can't believe he took my car in that day and put in a new alternator, with no appointment, when he had already been having a very busy day before I showed up. THIS is above and beyond service, and I don't think the Mazda dealership will be seeing much of me now that I know I can support a fantastic, local business. Thank you, Rich, for making my day.

I've been going to Jacc's for a little over a year now and the service is amazing! Not only do they provide great service, but they are great people! I am due with my first baby and when I went to go pick up my car after an oil change, I found a thoughtful note and generous gift in my front seat! My first experience at Jaccs Family Automotive was GREAT! Rich took the time to physically show me what was wrong with my car and fixed another shops work. Jacc's Family Automotive is hands down the BEST automotive repair shop I have ever been to! I don't think words can adequately describe how amazing this place is! Rich was a total God send for me! I was stranded in Buffalo, on a Saturday, with a car that was leaking oil profusely and was not able to be driven. Rich not only made sure to fit me in, but did amazing work on my car! He was compassionate about my situation and treated me with such respect....which a lot of women don't receive at car repair shops. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure everything was safe for me to head out to my next destination. If you are in the Buffalo area, I highly recommend using this business for ALL of your car needs! I can guarantee you that you will be well taken care of by this business!!! It was quite refreshing to feel I was dealing with someone so honest and quite fair with his pricing!! I just wish I had a place like his close to home!

Rich at Jaccs auto was amazing! I had a kitten stuck in my dashboard. way up high and he took me in, despite closing amd helped me get this baby out! couldn't say enough good things! Thank you again rich and Kyle!

I am mostly a DIY mech. Looking for a part to get my car fixed efficiently I tried calling dealers and shops to no avail. By the end of my work shift not only did he order it. It was in his shop ready for me to install. Handed him the cash and fixed it after borrowing a screwdriver. Sensible. Prompt. Friendly. We sure this is a shop?

If you're looking for an honest, hard-working, and reasonable mechanic - Rich (owner of JACC's) is definitely your guy. I've used JACC's for basic maintenance (oil change, tire plug, battery replacement) to recently needing my front struts replaced. Rich's service has always been prompt and professional. If you want to pay the high cost of the unnecessary glitz and glam of a dealership who doesn't care about its employees or giving you personal service - have at it. Give JACC's a try you won't be disappointed in the service or the price.
