Bob and Sue are amazing people, very honest and precise with their work. My family has used B&S for over 20 years and never had any complaints!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called four times before they finally answered. I never scheduled an appointment and we left it at just drop it off and we ll let you know when we can look at it and unfortunately I couldn t get there but wasn t worried because I was under the impression it was informal with no appointment scheduled. I called later to schedule and appointment and Bob said take it somewhere else and hung up. I guess that s what s you get when you deal with pieces of human garbage.

Great people. Great service. Bob and Sue Sugg have been running their auto shop for years with the utmost integrity, honesty and diligence. They are committed to providing the best service at the lowest competitive prices around. They are kind, humble and honest people. I'd recommend their services to anyone in WNY.

I was charged almost 500 for a radiator flush. It was bad, and needed to be flushed. I bought my own thermostat for them to put in while they had it apart. They never called to tell me it was going to be that much. They never looked into anything else that could have been causing such an issue. It ran ok for 3 days. Then it started to over heat again. They said run back in. They charged me another $60.00 for I don't know what, and that lasted one day. I had to then take it to someone else to tell me they should have tested the head gaskets, water pump or even put a new radiator in it. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo. From everyone I have spoken with, this is so very common in this car with this engine. Shame on them.

I have been taking my automotive work to B&S for almost 20 years. Bob and crew do great, honest work. He is my only go-to for auto repairs. I recommend B&S 110%.
