Although the service center technicians were polite to me, I have to give this location a lower rating. First, I waited a long time for anyone to come to the service desk (other workers noticed me standing there but did nothing), and the technicians were also talking smack about the other workers in front of customers, which was incredibly unprofessional. I also ended up spending $75 on an oil change, almost double what I usually pay at any Walmart. They replaced my wiper blades without my consent, I asked them to fill up the fluids not replaced my blades. I am letting this go, but this will probably be my last time using Walmart auto, as I feel the customer service needs some help.Service: Oil change

I have some problems with this place. Is it cheaper on tires than majority of everyone else. Yes, but also cheaper on customer service. Told them I had slow leak on bead of tire and they said we can't find any leak instead of doing as I asked and sealing the bead up with rubber cement which is how you stop a slow undetectable leak.

Waited on hold for a quick question, which is fine. Got hung up on. Called back twice, they picked the phone up and hung up.

Make an appointment. It does save time. I had a four hour wait. They were very apologetic and nice. I will go back for tires.

Went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Was told it would be 97 dollars, so I came back with my own tires.Now they want to charge 250 because of tpms sensor even though they say its part of the service.Very rude. Lazy. Didn't want to work. I bekieve they were trying to scam me. I went and got it done at another local shop for about 70 dollars. Ive had my car serviced at a lot of places, and this place is a joke. I would not advise anyone to take your car there.

Warrens auto care center is a really good place with some very knowledgeable people. Time and price friendly or if you had a question to ask one of the associates they will steer you right to have you start doing your own cars oil as well

Customer service experience was decent. However, afterwards, the brakes on the car made an awful screaming noise, and car was running badly. Our auto mechanic revealed that the oil pan had not been emptied properly, and thus overfilled. And the brake fluid had also been overfilled, causing the awful noise. This looks like a result of trying to finish the car quickly, and insufficient training. After visiting our mechanic (with minimal charge, because they're wonderful) the car sounds and runs well. We will not be going back.

Showed up for a simple oil change at 9am. Told 3+ hours wait. NO BODY else in line. Can't make a appointment because not getting new tires. I WILL BE GOING TO LOCAL GARAGE FOR NOW ON!!. What happened to 1st come - 1st served. Not a good place to go. They have no respect for their customers. Told that's to bad. Then go someplace else.

Walmart auto center will take your keys do an oil change and not even call you to come back to pick up your car close down the shop leave your keys with customer service and not even make you aware until you actually go to get your car and the shop is closed which then you have to walk around the huge Walmart store to search for who has your keys so hopefully they put something in place to fix that. Very inconvenient and there's other options for oil change if that's how they want to do business. Other than that they're okay I guess

Terrible. Phone rang for about 10 minutes before someone picked the phone up and hung up. Not that the service is that great when they do answer. I m not using them anymore. If someone can t operate a phone, they definitely aren t qualified to work on my truckService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst service ever they don t watch what they are doing two times the didn t seal the bead correctly and then take an hour to change 2 tires, and that s after they pull it in. And if they say 1 hour it s going to be 4 worst place ever lazy employees stand around and do nothing but complain about work.they over inflate and mess up tires too and then blame the customer. Horrible people.

Bill in the auto department was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly and they have good prices on tires.

Sunday January 17 2021 I've been calling the tire shop 4 times around 4:30 pm the website shows they close at 6 pm i come in around 5:10 pm about getting just one stem valve replaced they say no we are closing i said the website says you close at 6 and he says we are closing early is bs if you ask me i wish I could give them 0 Star

My flat tire sign was on , and an extremely nice gentleman checked the tires, filled them - no charge!! Very unexpected!
