Awesome service. I have used Gene Swanson Keystone since I moved from Texas to Lakewood 2 yrs ago to service the Toyota Tacoma and Lexus. I'm glad I found his auto repair shop.

Gene was able to get our vehicle in for an inspection on the same day we called PLUS it was done earlier than anticipated. It s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy garage, which Swanson Keystone is; always a class act.

While I was picking up my vehicle at Swanson Keystone, a young man called in, trying to schedule an alignment for his car. Gene asked the young man why he felt he needed an alignment, and discovered through conversation that the issue began after the young man purchased new tires. Gene advised the young man to take the vehicle back to where he had the new tires put on, in order to remedy the issue, rather than taking that young man's money.You cannot buy that kind of honesty!

I recently took my car to Gene Swanson s Keystone in Lakewood, NY, for its annual NYS Inspection. It turned out that the car needed some work before it could pass inspection. Long story short, the parts were ordered and the work was done, in a very timely manner! Gene and Julie and everyone there are very capable professionals, as well as being super pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Gene & Co. to everyone! In the meantime, I have had another occasion to go to Gene and Julie s for some repair work on my car, and I am just as satisfied, if not more satisfied than I was before! Everyone is pleasant, efficient, and they do great work on your car. I simply would not go anywhere else for a car repairs!

Work is always done professionally. If there would be a problem, Gene would make it right. Gene and his crew are usually quite busy. If you need something done, best to call ASAP!!!

Gene and Julie Swanson run an efficient, friendly operation. They got me in the same day I called, diagnosed and fixed my car, and called to let me know it was ready, all in 3-4 hours! I highly recommend their business for anyone who wants a trustworthy, knowledgeable vehicle repair shop to call when needed!!

scheduled my wife's 2009 Sonata for an oil change & front end brake noise that was metal on metal. The parts supplier sent Swanson's the wrong parts for a part of the brake job which slowed down the repair. However they keep me informed of the delay & assured me they would get the job done as soon as possible. it is really nice knowing that I now have an local mechanic that can get my vehicles done right the 1st time I bring it in for repairs instead of the run around that I've been dealing with at other area shops for years. really looking forward to having Swanson's working on my vehicles from this point forward.

I have been taking my cars to Gene since moving here in 1990. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Gene is fair, honest and an all around nice guy. His mechanics are friendly and proficient and follow Gene's good example.
