Omg Brett was amazing. My mom and and someone that is family to me. They have been threw them for awhile. Never again will I go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. I was approved right away and I did the application online. They responded fast and work fast to get us something that is 5 year newer than the vehicle I had! Should have listen to them sooner.

Bought a 16 cruze here in November 23. Car had nothing but issues since the day we drove it home. When test driving the car, it ran nice but there was a slight squeaking sound when braking. I asked the salesman, Justin, to have it looked over before we bought it. He assured me it was just lot rot and everything was perfect. Exactly a week later, the car is having trouble braking, there s a horrid grinding noise and it s barely running. The auto center got it in the same day, and the water pump was shot. Two weeks after that, the car was having engine issues (sounded loud, chirping, shaking, traction control light and stabilitrack service light.) Took it back to the auto center, they fixed it and I thought all was good. Until three weeks after that when the car wouldn t start. Had it towed via AAA for the auto center to work on it. They fixed it yet again. Two weeks after that, I scheduled an appt for new brakes, since the grinding noise was still there. Auto center replaced them, and then that same day, AAA had to tow the car from the side of the road since it had started overheating, smoking, shaking, and leaking oil. Auto center said it was a cylinder misfire and that it was all fixed 14 hours after it had been towed. The silver lining to this place is that the Auto Center techs are nice people, and the owner, Dan, is reasonable and understanding. Dan offered to buy back the car since the other option was going through with a lemon law claim. Justin, however, was rude and had a habit of talking over me, and then threatening to call the cops when I asked him to let me finish talking.TLDR: Owner is nice, Auto techs are nice, salespeople aren t great and the cars aren t either.

I've been getting my cars worked on by this establishment since around 2006 from the old Ron to the new Ron, and they have never let me down. Good prices, friendly staff

Last truck I bought was not a good vehicle many light came on and had to spend over 4,000 to fix. And then 2 more light came on. I sold truck. Had it only 10 months

I highly recommend Litehouse auto. Justin and Brad were very helpful; they had a good inventory of used cars to choose from. Justin was very patient helping my daughter option financing. She bought a great car at a fair price.

Awesome buying experience with Brett and Lite House. Very easy going honest dealer. No high pressure salesman or sales managers to deal with. Being 6 hours away I asked Brett to give me additional pictures of the truck and include any little defect he could find. Within minutes my phone was busy receiving many pictures. Saw a couple very minor paint issues. (Not even noticeable in person) We went back and forth with phone calls, emails and texts for a few days discussing this truck and my trade value. At no time was I pressured to make the purchase. I decided to take the 6 hour ride a few days later to view in person and take a test drive. All paper work was filled out in advance. After the test drive a deal was done and less than 30 minutes later I was on my way home in the new truck. Very surprisingly when time to sign the papers I was not hit with a hard sales pitch to buy any unnecessary extras. Even the Doc fee was the lowest I have ever paid. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Lite House Auto. Thanks guys for one of the best buying experiences ever. The big name brand dealers should take tips from you on how to sell cars and treat customers.

I personally worked with Bret and Justin, they were super great and helped me get a vehicle within a couple days. The process was smooth sailing, they were really nice and met all needs. Definitely will recommend them to my family and friends!

We had the most enjoyable experience with Brett and Justin. They made our vehicle buying easy and the selection was great. They came highly recommended and we can see why, the atmosphere was family oriented and you can feel the warmth from the associates. Sold me a lemon after I had to tell them to fix obvious issues before I would purchase like bad brakes and a hot A/C. They act very nice, and I want to believe they truly are. I don't know if something just got missed on their part or what, but I'm really disappointed.

Found a great deal while shopping online. I reached out and heard back within the hour. I checked out the car in-person the next day, and had the paperwork and financing all set before I left on a Friday evening. The whole process took about an hour. This is exactly what buying a car should be like.They had the car inspected. They replaced the rotors, brakes, oil, and wipers at no cost to me. They had the registration, insurance, and other paperwork ready to sign before noon the following Monday.Everyone that I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the process, the experience, and especially the car that I left with.Thanks Justin, and everyone else involved!

I bought I used 2018 Chevy Equinox from them recently that had just hit 100,000 miles. I was able to get an extended warranty for 3 years 75,000 miles. The staff was super friendly and helped me get a loan. (I don't have the greatest credit rating)A week later I had to get inspected bc I live in Pennsylvania and found out rotors need replaced. Litehouse Auto offered to pay for them! Car has been great otherwise. I'm really happy with the results from here.

Great place to purchase a vehicle they gave me a good trade in price on my old rusty truck so I didn't have to roll a whole lot onto the loan of the new Durango. Every single person in there worked together to so it was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a great vehicle.

I got a great deal on a good car. It drives well and has taken me a lot of miles already. The LiteHouse guys were very friendly and helpful with my car search and price range. They did not give any impression of being pushy, nor did they make me feel rushed in my decision.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car at LiteHouse. Every person I saw and spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Our salesperson answered all of our questions and really took time to make sure we found what we were looking for. He made sure we found the car that we would LOVE. My daughter found a car that she loved and she is so very happy to own. This was my first experience with LiteHouse but I will certainly come back here when I am in the market for my next vehicle.

I just purchased a beautiful F150 from the folks at lighthouse auto. The experience was awesome! Absolutely no pressure put on me to make a deal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very polite. I would and will recommend lighthouse auto to anyone looking for a good deal on a gently used vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful dealership! I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I am so happy with the vehicle I purchased!!! The staff were kind courteous and very helpful. I went through autocredit 2 years ago and they made me dread dealerships, after a family member recommended Litehouse and I seen how customers are supposed to be treated I will never go through the Autocredit nightmare again!

Great people! They gave me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The car was very clean when I picked it up. Out of the 28 cars I have owned over the years this is the first one bought from a dealer and I am very well pleased.

I live over a hour away, have Axle leak. Was fixed before I purchased the vehicle, and I've taken it back to there preferred garage 2 more times. Now I'm told it's apart and can't get it till tomarrow. I'm stuck a hr. From home. What kind of a dealer has 1 loaner car thats always in use.

In past several months we have purchased two very sound vehicles from LiteHouse. Dan and his team made sure we were taken care of and were happy. It's a car buying experience, with that said it may not always be the easiest thing to do, but they work hard to get you where you want to be.

This is my 2nd vehicle from LiteHouse. I drove my 1st one for 7 years and when I decided to trade it in my Escape was still in good shape it was just time for something new. Straight forward and up front. Prices are posted on the vehicles. Makes it easier to decide on what you may want to buy. No haggling over price is nice too. This is my second vehicle I bought here. I am very happy with them both. Will be back again.
