Nate was exceptional. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure that I got the right vehicle. He made sure I got the best financing and when my crv was delivered he made sure it was in pristine condition. There was.a minor issue but he made sure that everything was done correctly. Exceptional customer service. I would recommend Jamestown Honda and Nate.Thanks for an excellent experience!

I am very impressed at the ease of the process that we just went through to lease a car for my sister. Nathan Stancombe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of this process. Buffy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finishing the paperwork to complete this process. Several other people, including the manager, made sure to introduce themselves and ask if we had any questions and tell us that if we ever did to come see them immediately.

Me and my two kids came here for unresolved problems with my Honda pilot, that I bought used about 2 years ago. My Appointment was for 10:30 am, I got there at 10:15 so I wasn't late at any circumstance.When we walked in the door everyone was pretty friendly and I told them what was wrong, and my concerns.I waited till about 1:30pm to ask them if there were any updates. I went up to the lady sitting at the desk and asked her if there was anything, she replied "I'll go see" in a disrespectful way.I waited for someone to come and respond to me and the person that checked me in replied, "It takes several hours for the codes to show up, I told you this at the beginning." He did not tell me this.While I was walking away I heard him mumble to the other worker, "Its not my problem how long it takes." That is extremely frustrating to me.If you work at a car dealership and someone asks if their car is being fixed, it is your problem. Personally, I think if you work in customer service then you should give people updates on whats going on, not sit there on your phone and be rude when someone sits there for three hours without being talked to.I read other reviews and I'm not the only one who feels this way. Maybe when you get multiple bad reviews on your customer service, you should fix it and not reply back and apologize. I stayed there all day, until closing. My car still didn't get fixed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I tried going to my local Honda dealership and the salesman wasn't friendly at all and acted like I was an inconvenience. They also low balled me when it came to trading my vehicle in. I then decided to go out to Bianchi Honda out in Erie pa and they offered me $6,100 more for trade in than Jamestown Honda did and I also was able to get the car I wanted for less. 100% worth the 45 minute drive! Don't waste your time with this Honda dealership.

I worked with Kevin on a very unique adventure to find a new car fast! We were visiting from Maine and needed a new car before heading back (2business days). Kevin was amazing and walked us through everything. Will definitely consider Jamestown Honda for our next vehicle- no matter what state we are in!

My girl friend sold them a car on 10/23 was told that they would bring the check to us that next day never happened but we where patient and waited for one week and still no check called on 10/31 was told they sent it out in the mail that morning well it's now 11/6 and still no check and the thing is we are only 1 mile from them talk about liar's

Took my down-payment and told me I could come back in the morning to finish paperwork and pick up the car. Came back the next morning and they told me my credit check failed. THEN! They were unable to return my down-payment for 3 days! So, I didn't even have proper time to be able to purchase a car elsewhere before their credit checks hurt my score.

Made my appointment online and showed up as scheduled. The person said she was too busy for the previous two business days to check so even though I made the appointment, they didn't keep it. Then when I went in for scheduled appointment which was inspection and oil change, they told me my inspection failed for a windshield wiper. I replaced the wiper blades two days before the inspection. This dealership is a con operation run by inept scam artists. Never buying a Honda from here again

When I was searching for a car nine years ago, the experience at all the places I went to was awful. It felt like they were trying to sell you something and wouldn't give you time to think. So, this April, when I decided to look for a new car, I was dreading it. I wondered if they would make me drive with them in the car while I drove, what they were going to try to upsell me, and how much over MSRP they were going to try to get me for. I looked online and found the exact Honda I wanted here in Jamestown. Jamestown Honda wasn't around for my previous experience, so I figured I would try them. Of course, when you fill out the form to get a quote on your trade-in, they call you immediately. That was the only annoying part because the form asks how you want to be contacted. I checked text, so instead, I got two calls before them texting. I made an appointment, and Kevin G. was my salesman. He was very kind and knowledgeable and gave me space. He allowed me to drive without him (without me even asking), and if he didn't know the answer, he asked someone immediately. The price was listed on the car, and the process was simple, and although they did try to upsell the different warranties, Buffy didn't act upset or offended if you didn't take them. Kevin, Buffy, and the finance guy were all kind and professional. This was my best experience at a car dealership, and I would return for future vehicles.

The salesman acted a bit confused. He had no idea we were waiting for someone to speak with us. He then low-balled me on trading in my vehicle (2017 Civic). For what I was offered, I might as well have sold the car to a junkyard for scrap. I decided to go to Bianchi Honda in Erie, where a salesman approached us the moment we stepped out of our car. Not only was the salesman at Bianchi multitudes more friendly and helpful, but he offered me $4,000 more for trade-in. I will never go back to Jamestown Honda at this point not even for an oil change.

I am beyond thankful to Ron and Ashley and the entire service department at Jamestown Honda. About 2/3 into my car s warranty it developed a rattle in the front end which took multiple visits and test drives to diagnose. They patiently worked with me through my obvious frustration, over multiple months and tried several different possible solutions until the problem was resolved. Their persistence was/is commendable.

Wow! Never saw it coming this way.� An additional vehicle was needed asap for my family and after a couple days of asking tons of questions, and absolutely no pressure, I was shown some great options that I could afford. I walked away leasing a beautiful brand-new 2022 Honda CR-V.�� I have been truly blessed and I am truly thankful for the care I received here. Jamestown Honda has been truly kind to me from service to sales!

Highly recommend if looking for a car. Todd H. Was a great salesman. I live in Lancaster, NY and found my vehicle there. My son had a hockey game down there and Todd made it quick for me to try out the car and get me to the game on time. Everything went smoothly and the transaction quick. He worked fast and got the job done.

I have bought several cars from Todd H. over the years. There is never any pressure or sales tactics. He is very patient and helpful and often times has steered me in a way working the deal that ultimately saved me more money than all the research on the web could have provided. He s one of those salesmen that truly will go out of their way to take care of you. Highly recommend.

This was the first time purchasing a car from Jamestown Honda. It was the best buying experience we have ever had. Bruce was our sales representative and he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable and so incredibly kind. Bruce and the manager Bill went above and beyond and made the entire process as simple as possible for us. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. The service manager helped me get car fixed at no cost under warranty. He pulled strings and got car in with no appointment due to the fact that I was leaving for vacation. This guy was amazing I would recommend Jamestown Honda any day.

Great Service! Mike in Service and Curtis in Parts were great as we were researching and buying new tires for our minivan and getting the 40k checkup. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with numerous questions and concerns about best buys for wny weather. Then when we got the van to the appointment, we were quickly checked in, and provided transportation to and from a store while the van was worked on for part of the day. Only suggestion is coffee and a few edible treats in the waiting area. Definitely will be back.

I have had my 2014 Honda Accord (which I love) serviced at Jamestown Honda and I love this place, and agree with all the other 5 star ratings. They open up when they say they do, they are very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Their prices on service are also reasonable, and I was in and out quickly. I have had this car now for 5 years with 80,000 miles on it presently, and it still runs like a thoroughbred. It has the original battery and the original brakes and has always started without a glitch. It has been good in the snow. Their shop is both friendly and clean. It has also been very easy to schedule appointments there, and they are open on Saturdays which is good because I have a 5-day work week. Pat Dennison

Went above and beyond and stayed late to help us. We weren't in a perfect spot on our old vehicle, and they worked extra hard for us to get a deal done. Wife loves her new van, thank you very much. Garrett, Bill, and Nicole are all awesome. Highly recommend.

We will see, I put a down payment on a truck today. They're going to give it 105 point inspection. They say Monday at latest. If they have everything done, I'll pay the balance if not I'll will still be looking for a vehicle

Jamestown Honda is very understanding when it comes to listening to what you're looking for in your new car that you want. The associate that helped me was Garrett, I asked him some questions about a few cars and he gave me some options that he felt were the best and showed me the cars and told me about their key features and reliability. We have had a very positive experience at Jamestown Honda. William Beachner and Dan Adams are excellent people to work with. We were in the market for the ideal second car, and were searching for three months for a good used car, dealing with different dealerships around Erie region, most of whom we found to be very pushy for selling cars of questionable quality. Our search ended when we came across the right car at Jamestown Honda. Not only did William and Dan help us with all our queries, they went the extra mile to prepare the vehicle, were very thorough in their paperwork, and got us the best financing. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend Jamestown Honda.

Service center is not upfront about the cost of stuff. If it s not under warranty, tell us before you do anything. Customer service is the worst here. Go somewhere else.

I found Jamestown Honda while searching for a 2020 Honda Civic Type R on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership as an out-of-state buyer (Ohio) and spoke with a man by the name of Bill. After I confirmed that the car was there and that they were not adding a huge markup like so many dealerships are, I put a deposit down to hold it.Bill was great to deal with and managed to get everything done and in place before I made the 5.5 hour trip (he even suggested a great hotel for our family to stay in that was near the dealership). When I arrived at Jamestown Honda, the Type R was sitting in a service bay all ready to go, and I signed a few papers and was on my way.This was by far one of, if not the best, experiences of mine purchasing from a dealership. The entire staff were accommodating and helpful, the location and showroom were clean and shining, and there was not one instance of pushiness from Bill or anyone else. The level of respect and professionalism you'll receive from Jamestown Honda is definitely not the norm in the car buying/selling world today.I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda to give them a shot. I think you'll be as satisfied as I am.
