Rob installed a new radio with phone capabilities I received as a gift! He had it done in a couple hours, explained all the features! Needless to say I AM THRILLED with it!!!! AND it came with a CD player, I'm still a bit old school! He helped pick the radio that would fit in the jeep and had the wanted features! Rob knows his stuff when doing this work, and you'd never know it's not the original! THANK YOU Rob!!!

I called first and talked to Rob to get an estimate on a stereo and light installation on my bike. He wanted to see the light kit before giving a price. I went in to see him. He sorted everything out for me. He had some great ideas I had not even thought of for the placement of the speakers and lights. He was very professional. They did a Fantastic job at a reasonable price I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend this business. I posted a couple pics of the lights, ( daytime) . They look Soooo Awesome at night.

Friendly & helpful for U-Haul services. I returned a one-way truck and watched him prep a one-way trailer today...he did everything right and ensured customer was happy. I presume he runs the rest of his business in a similar manner. Buy some of his car audio equipment and Crank it Up !

Service is good but the same speakers he charged me $80.00 plus tax for I found online for $40.00 with free shipping. Won't put these cheap speakers in my Firebird as intended. They'll go in the wife's Outback. Won't buy from there unless checking other outlets again. At least I bought local, yes?

I'm a repeat customer, Rob installed my Nav system 7 years ago and I just went back to have him do another one. Awesome service, he's excellent at what he does and super friendly. Highly recommend!

So just after Danny bought his truck, we went to Immaculate Koncepts in Falconer to see if he could get some things done with the truck. We went in asking for quotes on things, and the guy told us it depended what we wanted done. Danny listed off what he wanted, and not once did the guy write or type out anything Danny had said. Danny even asked "aren't you going to write this down?" to which the guy said, "It's all up here in my head." ok....well anyways we went outside so the guy could look over the truck so he could have a better idea of what Danny wanted done (different muffler, different headlights, tonneau cover, and possibly a complete sound system). Once he was done looking, he went inside with Danny and took down his information so that he could call him the coming Monday with a quote. He never called...don't even think he planned on it. He never wrote down any of the ideas he and Danny talked over, he kept wanting to talk about our daughter and how cute she was over the truck, and Danny had to keep him on track. He definitely lost a bunch of money because Danny ended up ordering everything and doing it all himself, which is what we were trying to avoid....Not sure if the guy just didn't take us seriously enough, but has definitely lost a customer with us and anyone who asks us about them. n
