Considering that we just needed one night on our way to final destination, we were not looking for or expecting 5 star accommodations, the stay was very good value. Would definitely stay again. Bedding, linens, towels were all newer. Room dcor and fixtures were older but very clean and worked well. Staff were very nice to deal with. Quiet location, great night's sleep.Food & drinks: The full service restaurant at the Inn was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Nice that we did not have to drive to find a place to eat after checking in.

This is an awesome hotel with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Complete with a view of Conesus Lake and close to local parks. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding. Each staff member I encountered was very professional, friendly, and courteous. The attached restaurant has excellent food with reasonable prices. I will definitely recommend this motel to family and friends.

Nice and clean good value. Only negative is the very poor lighting. Very dim in both the bathroom and main room. Older compact fluorescent bulbs need to be replaced with higher intensity LEDs

My husband and I came for a weekend visit with our family. The staff is unbelievably kind, welcoming and accommodating. Every thing in our room was fresh, neat and clean. Great showers, comfortable bed supplied with the expected stuff. The adjoining restaurant was delicious and equally welcoming. We don't need to look anywhere else next time we visit.

Clean room, though annoying cigarette odor in hallway, very friendly staff, big fluffy towels - changed whenever you want. Nice to have the restaurant right there, $3 coupon vouchers toward meals. Breakfasts definitely their best showing, lunch/dinner pretty average. However, the handicap room where my walker-using mom stayed had a couple safety issues in the bathroom. Big walk-in shower, but the fold-down seat was far from the shower controls; the detachable shower head was mounted almost at the ceiling (had to stretch to get it down for her) but there was no hook to keep it near her when she was sitting on the bench. She just had to let it dangle, and it was a reach to get it back in hand to rinse. Also, beyond one safety handrail in the shower, there were none to hold onto coming out of the shower. Suspicious bulge in the ceiling above the toilet - old or impending leak from upstairs?? We mentioned these to the desk attendant, who seemed appreciative of the feedback.

Cheap and dark in hallway. Room smelled so strange that it prompted us to turn on the A/C unit. Light are so bright in room it goes everywhere. Stayed there for 1 day and the bed are so hard like almost a rock. If you ever plan to go there, sleep in the bathroom because it's the only best part of the room. But be careful because the noise in the bathroom spooked my brother. The light on wall near the bathroom are not covered which makes it cheap. The cable TV are so low res it put a black border around the image. The TV stand are so scratched it makes it look like a free one from the road. Wouldn't recommend it. Go to Hilton hotel instead because it's better .

Nice room, decently comfy bed. No breakfast, but you do get a $3 breakfast ticket for the restaurant next door which is also very good. I didn t have any issues at all. The $20 pet fee is right on the limit of what I d consider reasonable, but much better than other places.

This was not the quality I was expecting, but we only needed a place to sleep one night and the location was right, so we put up with it.After taking off sandals and walking across the room, the carpet felt so dirty we wore shoes any time we walked around the room. The room had a strange odor, prompting us to open the window when we were there and awake. And the bathroom was unimpressive and I don't think it was cleaned from the prior guest. The room smelled of urine, the shower head was apparently leaking so that the shower and bathroom floors had puddles, there was something stuck to the shower floor and a disintegrating bar of soap in the shower holder. My adult son wouldn't even shower when we were there and I took a very quick shower, careful to not step near whatever that was on the shower floor. Thank God for clean towels, for me and the floor!

People here are sweet, and the restaurant is a must. If you love omelettes, you'll love what they have to offer for breakfast. My 2 month old baby boy loved the ceiling fans in the restaurant.

I rate this low because they lie about a free breakfast both on Google and other listings. They offer a voucher for $3 off a menu item. There is no breakfast to be had for $3. it will be at least double or more. The room was like fridge when I entered, so I turned on the heat for half an hour before going to bed. I turned the heat to low.A few hours later I awoke in a sweat and the room was now like a sauna. There was no thermostat where I could set a temperature. In the morning when I went to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to go looking around for someone. I found someone in the kitchen of the restaurant to help me. While I was waiting to leave, several other guests had to go looking for help to check out also.I commented about this in their online survey that was emailed to me and I got a canned response that did not address any of the issues that I responded to in the survey.I will not stay there again due mostly to the dishonesty of their advertising.

We reserved rooms at the Rodeway because the hotels in Geneseo had raised their prices by over $50.00 a day for the summer, and I am so happy that they did because the Rodeway is much nicer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, and the restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. While the hotel didn't provide a free breakfast, they did give a generous discount for those staying at the hotel. Our bathroom was upgraded and was very nice, and they are planning to upgrade the rooms next. We will definitely return to the Rodeway whenever we are in town to visit.

5/5 I m so happy with my decision on choosing to stay at the Rodeway Inn. It was clean, affordable, and I enjoyed the little diner attached to it! The staff was so helpful, they didn t give me any issues when I ended up being 6 hours later then planned, just gave them a call and no hassle . Overall, I couldn t be more satisfied with my stay & will continue to do so anytime I make a trip to NY.

I love it here. The rooms are I'm great condition and well maintained. The shower is always hot and the staff are friendly. The beat part is that the hotel is also a restaurant called leisures which is an amazing family diner can you say fish fry friday?!

The staff was super friendly. The room was large and clean. The restaurant made a fantastic breakfast, which was discounted for guests. And they're pet friendly. Definitely recommend.

Due to no fault of the inn, our stay was very disrupted by rude, inconsiderate people from a wedding. Needs soundproofing - and the facility could use an update! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower. The other guests... No control...

We had a late check-in the weather was bad. The hospitality was excellent, the restaurant had great food the bar had an awesome atmosphere and made us feel like we were right at home. Highly recommended for a stop in the middle of your travels, the hotel is situated just across the road from the lake.

Very disappointed. We always try to stay at "name" motels when on the road assuming that each individual operation must maintain certain standards so we know what we can expect upon arrival. This motel has issues. It is older and needs some TLC and upgrades. The clerk starting vacuuming the lobby at 10:30 PM Sunday night and the machine's noise was enough to get me out of bed. I tried to shut the door from the wing our room is on but the door was sprung and would not shut. There is no ice unless you ask for it at the desk. The shower head and water supply was good, but the shower itself had no shelf or dish in which to place soap, shampoo, or rinse, so you have to put them on the floor of the shower and stoop down every time you want to use one of them. The furniture is adequate but shows its age. The screen on the dirty window was loose and so bugs came in when the window was open. The staff was functional though nothing beyond that. All in all, a disappointing stay. Rodeway needs to either step up its game or monitor its franchises more closely.

Not a bad stay, but it was extremely awkward navigating this hotel. Be aware: there is no elevator, so if you posess lots of luggage or have trouble with stairs, make sure to secure a first floor room. Also, the hotel is not labeled (there's a sign at the plaza entrance, but the building itself is labeled Legends Restaurant, not Rodeway Inn), so locating it at night was a bit of a challenge.

We just used this as a place to crash while staying the day at a relatives cottage on the lake and it was fine for that purpose. Customer service was good, facility was old and our room smelled a little weird. Bathroom door wouldn't close, but everything else was acceptable.

Rooms clean heat and tv works as you would expect in any hotel. The 5 stars is the warm welcome and customer service. The girl at the desk offered to bring my food from the restaurant. I was so tired and I couldn t handle the idea of eating in the restaurant. It s rare that you find anyone going above and beyond for a customer.
