I've had a starkly different and positive experience with Romeo Chevrolet after a few challenging years dealing with Depaula in Albany. The team at Romeo Chevrolet is a breath of fresh air organized, honest, and extremely customer-oriented. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you visit; he listens attentively to your needs without being pushy and works diligently to provide exactly what you're looking for. We purchased an excellent used Acadia and managed to bring it home within just two days. The finance manager was also impressive, securing a good interest rate swiftly and efficiently.

Listen . All I ll say is that if I m going to drive two hours to buy a car, this place better be worth it. And it was!!! I found my dream High Country Tahoe here after getting skunked at other dealerships. And these guys had it. But what pushed this purchase over the edge was Ashley, my sales girl. She was top notch! Not only did she make sure everything was explained thoroughly, just Ashley in general was so awesome to deal with!! She followed up with me personally on more than one occasion, and I m super lucky to have a friend that is two hours away.

I had warranty issue with paint chips I had previously tried to get it fixed but got a run around. Fast forward to now I spoke to Melanie and she got it all handle. She is absolutely phenomenal such an asset to the company. I truly believe if it wasn t for her going the extra mile my car would have never gotten fixed. She is so efficient and assertive! Again a huge assist don t ever let her go! This woman deserves a raise! I d also like to shout out Devon anytime I have ever spoke to him he has been very pleasant to deal with. He treats you with such respect he is a wonder young man who clearly enjoys his job and values customers.

I have to say that Michael Mendez was fabulous!!! He was extremely professional and patient with my 82 year old mother. He explained everything to her and even helped her transfer packages from her old vehicle to her new vehicle in the rain. He was knowledgeable and helped her find the perfect car for her. One that she could climb in and out of with ease. We were very comfortable with him and he made the whole experience easy and less stressful.

We had a fantastic experience at this dealership! I would like to highlight the sales manager Jordan Ray for how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful he was. He really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. The other staff that we interacted with were also fantastic, they were very helpful with every aspect of the buying process.The process of purchasing was seem less and almost effortless. I would recommend Romeo Chevy to all my family and friends. George , Steve and the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasant to deal with. My salesman George DaSilva went above and beyond to help us in every way possible including coming in on his day off so that he was there when we picked up our vehicle. George was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to you, made you feel like you knew him forever. I plan ongoing back there for my next car buying experience. I recently came into your dealership looking for information on a couple different vehicle's I was in the market for and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by one of your salesman, Patrick Meyer. I was a little nervous and worried about looking for my first new car alone and also with hardly any information about the process of doing so. Patrick was absolutely incredible in explaining everything to me I wanted to know about the cars I wanted to look at and all the different options that are offered too. He was very personable, patient, and extremely helpful during the whole process. He made me feel at home and relaxed throughout the whole experience and I will definitely be back in the near future to purchase a vehicle from him.

Ethan is the best sales rep. He made sure that the truck was still there when we arrived. He also made sure that we were satisfied with the truck we chose since we drove out of state to purchase it. Jordan the business manager made sure we were satisfied and drove away happy. I definitely would recommend to come see them if you are interested in a car or truck purchase.

I drove off with a new car vehicle today from Romeo Chevrolet. Mike M. Was the most amazing consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and Dawn the Secretary is the sweetest most hospitable employee there that made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She is very sincere. I give Romeo a 5 star. Next vehicle I purchase will be from this Great group of people! Highly recommend!

My husband got a truck from here less than 2 days ago. As he was test driving it he voiced his concerns about the way it was driving. the sales associate said he will have it taken care of before purchasing. Once he agreed to go through with it the previous owner never gave them the title so my husband had to wait until Romeo received it from previous owner. (no big deal things happen) they corrected the problem within 24 hours. THEN after the signing and on our way home he noticed the problem he was concerned about (vibration in front end) was not fixed, NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT- the starter is going bad (my husband did not realize this because the sales person made sure the truck was running before he saw it.) when my husband contacted the sales person and he said oh yeah the vibration, my bad when he mentioned the starter problem that it squeals while starting the truck. The salesman laughed and said squeals?what, like a pig? Hahaha when he contacted this business to fix this problem they said they can t guarantee there will be no fees which is RIDICULOUS in my opinion! it should be fixed at no cost- because the problems were address by the customer before purchasing and was NOT resolved before sale as promised. Reason we came to this branch of Romeo because we had an excellent experience at their Nissan branch A MONTH AGO. Seems like money $$$ is the main objective. customer service and satisfaction is no where close on their list.

The team at Romeo are extremely knowledgeable about the details of my truck, and made me a deal that was too good to pass up. As a dealership, they also order the right features that customers really want. I drove over 2 hrs to get there and it was definitely worth it. Pat went the extra mile to answer any questions, and Mike, Arianna and John made sure every detail was sorted and made the car buying experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended, true professionals!

I couldn't wait to get a new car and what a wonderful experience I had with their sales manager Jordan Ray. He did an excellent job showing me different options that I wanted and found me my perfect vehicle. He was great with working with me and showing me all the functions of the car. I'm new to the features and sometimes have a hard time with the new technology. He answered all questions and walked me through everything.I would not hesitate to tell someone to go here and will definitely buy my next car there.

First time buying without a test drive from 3 hours away. Efforts made by Sales Staff (George D) made this a smooth high confidence deal and every imaginable question was answered including virtual effects where needed. Pickup was equally smooth and no surprises. Vehicle was detailed and well presented.

Top notch dealership. I live 3 hours away on long Island and all I wanted was an experience that told me I was wanted as a customer. From the first phone call with sales consultant Ashley to the final conversation with finance manager Steve, they made me feel like I was the only person who mattered and made the process seemless. When I got to the dealership today, we went over the vehicle signed the paperwork and I was back on the road heading home within an hour and change! Thank you Ashley for your hard work and patience!

Update: called patty who said she would look into the issue and call me back that day. Turns out she s out of the office for 2 weeks. Yes everyone deserves a vacation but COMMUNICATE. Failed to call me back, there is no estimate on when the truck will be fixed. Very very poor service.My boyfriend Bought a truck the last day of December. The sale felt rushed to close before the end of the year. They said everything was topped off and ready to go. Checked a week after buying and no fluids we topped off. The truck is already having issues. Dropped the truck off on Saturday to have it looked at they said they filled the fluids and the light went off. Picked it up and they didn t fill anything. Check engine light is still on and they say they have no appointments for a week and no loaner vehicles. You d think a company would want to keep customers and provide excellent service. Stealership is what this should be called.

Jeremy was an awesome salesperson, never pushing a sale on me. He only had my best interests at heart. He explained every detail about the vehicles functionsand he made absolutely sure I was making the decision. John in the business office was also one of the nicest people. I was very happy with my recent purchase I have bought vehicles from this dealership before and it has always been a good experience. My sales guy Mike Mendez was really helpful and helped me find a truck that I was really looking for that met my needs.
