Car still pulls on one side and I have no time to go for another visit, moreover, though i did an online appointment, it was not honored.Update : Firestone called and redid the alignment and advised for tire replacement, which I agreed to. This is so much better, however, Had it been done on 1st visit, I would have been happy to give 5 stars.

Took my car to Firestone for an oil change and tire rotation. The whole process was convenient. From making the appointment, to the services being completed quickly, and the friendly customer service; it all exceeded my expectations.

I brought the car in and was met with Teddy. He was professional, friendly and honest. I told him to check if I need brakes AND rotors. Being a female it's very easy to get taken advantage of. Teddy told me I only needed brakes. I appreciated his honesty. I had to return back to work and asked how long it would take. He said he can promise to get me out of there by 10:30, as long as there are no issues. He handed me my keys at 10:29. Teddy is great and honest worker who takes pride in making sure his customers are satisfied. Thanks Teddy!

I appreciated the availability to help me resolve an issue with my vehicle after having been turned down by various other Auto Repair Shops. Every one I spoke with was friendly and true to their word. The only draw back, it's expensive to go to Firestone but sometimes it's better to pay a little more for professional environments. Thank you.

One of recently installed tires got damaged during normal driving. Warranty covered the replacement of the damaged tire as the road hazard category, and the repair job was seamless & quick. Thanks for the great service.

The Lake Grove manager Pat is an excellent service rep. He explains everything in detail and is very professional. However, as usual, it was an extremely long wait time for a simple service . Over an hour for a NY state inspection- with an appointment.

I had a great experience with Firestone complete auto care I was concerned because I have a Tesla and I was hoping they knew how to handle the vehicle, they knew exactly how to handle an EV.I was very happy.

Teddy was exceptional in his service!!!Helped me with everything I needed and was calm and courteous in every aspect of working with him. Even when I approached the counter towards closing he was available to help.Don t understand the low reviews, Teddy has always been of great help to me whenever I visit this location.

I don t want go back anymore. I waited too long. I dropped my car at 1clock. They tell me can pick up before 3:00. My friend bring me to pick up the car. They tell me my car is the next one. Will take about 20-30mins the do the oil change. I waited there until 5:00 my car still not get done. I can t wait anymore. I went home. They call me at 6:30 tell me my car is ready. Oil change take me 5 hours. Never again.

Stay far far away from this place, bought four tires and was handed the keys and told all good to go. These scumbags didn t align the wheels and didn t tell me either SUPER SHADY , now I m stuck with 4 brand new defective tires installed by incompetent individuals . Absolutely destroying my vehicle

Hit a pothole and developed a rattle in the front right. Called Firestone in Lake Grove and explained to them I needed the car back fixed today. Will told me no problem, bring it in and they would take car of it today. I dropped it off at 11:30 and reconfirmed with Will that it could be done today. I called back at 3:30 because I hadn't heard anything and was told it was due in next. I said you close at 5:00 it's going to be fixed? Tristan said they would take care of it. Called back at 4:30 and Will told me it was being road tested, they looked at it and everything looked tight. I went to pick it up and on the way Will called back, the issue was a broken top strut mount. I got to the store and Will said they couldn't fix it today, they probably wouldn't get the part in until Wednesday. I asked him why he told me they would take care of it today, but didn't, and he didn't have an answer.To top it off they parked it in a handicap spot after the road test (glad I didn't get a ticket) and they didn't put the cowl back together.Bottom line: they make promises they can't keep to get you in the door.

Cashiers were very impatient and some were rude, reluctant to show you the list of charges before you pay. When I inquire the detailed results of the complete check of my car, they lied that it would be sent in the email- it was NOT there! And when I wanted more explanations on certain things, they made you feel like you asked too much or they were not responsible for answering questions. Don t go there, especially when you re a woman.

Honest staff all the time. Been going to Firestone for many years - when I asked about brakes repairs they were honest and advised not required. Always helpful. I usually arrive at 7am upon opening to get helped first or make an appointment. Pat and Teddy very helpful.

On a long hiking trip to Harriman State Park, I had a flat tire which the manufacturer's emergency kit failed but was able to make it home at least on Saturday. I went online and was able to easily make an appointment the following day at the Port Jefferson tire store.They were very knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. They had many tires in stock and was able to replace two of my tires (I had another one that also required the emergency kit but that one worked). They reported that they were rather busy and recommended dropping off the car rather then waiting which was my original intention, but then provided me a ride back to my home so that my wife could drive me back when they were done. They called me about one hour later to confirm the tires that needed replacement and were done two more hours later. They also rotated the tires and when I arrived to pick up the car service was again great and the car was clean, seats covered in a plastic bag, and paper floor mats on the heavy rubber all weather mats. Driving the car home the ride felt much smoother (previously after the repairs and attempted repair there was a vibration particularly at high speeds likely wheel balance problems).In summary, this was a location with good stock of tires, really available appointments easily made online, and superb service. They have become my primary source for tire needs.

These guys close at 7pm and didn t want to work on one of my tires that only takes 10-15 min and their excuse was the mechanic is about to leave? Terrible place

Put in a reservation and received a confirmation and reservation number in my email. When I arrived, the shop said that they don t take reservations on Sundays. He could see my reservation in the system but it didn t mean anything.

I wish i can give them 0 star or even less. Made an appointment, got there service guy told me they are back logged. So i have to wait good 2 hours. Nobody gave me a call that you appointment is delayed as they promised on their website or in appointment email.

I received an oil change and got new tires. Everything was done in a timely manner and at a great price. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I would definitely recommend this Firestone to anyone who needs auto care services in the future. I'd like to compliment the employees, for the excellent service they provided me today. Keep up the great work.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. I had a 1 year old lease on my car and needed to bring it in for an oil change. They gave me a list of things that were wrong with my car . The cashier insisted I needed new tires because the guys in the back said they were all completely worn down . I told the cashier there was absolutely no way. The cashier walked outside to my car with me and checked all my tires and said wow, they are actually perfect, I am really sorry about that . Not sure if it s because I am a woman that they were just trying to lie to me. I went there twice to try and give them a chance but they literally make up fake things that are wrong with the car just to charge you. Will never be going back

I was driving a rental and I got a flat driving in the 495 going to NYC , after calling 5 different tire centers , this place was the only one around having the tire that I need It in stack (2021 Nissan kicks ). They handle the situation properly to get me back on the road as fast as they could. Now the rental company took one hour and a half to approve the installation of the tire , but from what this guys part of the work , I have to say Kevin and Christ were very professional, thank you very much guys.
