Our family just stopped at FISH307 for some weekend fishing supplies. They have everything you need for local species. We were impressed with the selection, as well as the friendly service. We will definitely be back when we are in town again. Highly recommend!

Great shop full of everything you need for targeting fish in the area, employees have local knowledge and expertise. Golden shiners are a little small for the price, but size always differs I'm sure. I will say the baits are extremely hearty, as we did not have one die our entire two-day trip with no aeration.

Ordered down rigger equipment about 350 dollars worth and it all came in one box with no in package protection. Scratched new rod holders and other smaller parts. This also doesn t count the previous order I had they failed to refund yet. Buyer beware.

I called today to ask if Fish 307 would match a discount from a like supplier. The answer was a quick no. I was ready to place about $900.00 in orders. I was trying to feel good about spending over $10,000.00 at 307 this year.

Not impressed, purchased a new 12v battery which was defective. It was an in store purchase. I live almost 4 hours away. Shipped it back for replacement at my own expense. Refuses to replace without return shipping fee.

I wanted to return the item I purchased. You have to call to get an approved return number. The catch is they NEVER answer their phone and do not answer emails.

I ordered two Talon brackets. The shipment was sent quickly and arrived quickly. The issue was that only one bracket was shipped. I notified Fish 307 via email and told them what happened. They sent the other one out THAT DAY! It arrived in Montana only a few days later. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Fish 307. I will be back!

This online store is awesome. They have a large category of minnkota trolling motor parts and deliver quickly and efficiently. I ordered a resistor for a circuit board, and a cover for my motor. These parts are hard to find but they had them, along with schematics. I received the parts within a week.

Owner was a complete a hole. I asked for an exchange on a dead electrical switch I was sent and was told in some colorful language they would do nothing to help the situation.

Bought an St Croix rod there and the first time I used it, it broke. Not their fault it broke but they couldn't have been less helpful in trying to replace it. I don't mind spending more money at a local store but that should come with excellent customer service.

Called with a part number to see if they had something in stock was told they had them and they said they were putting one aside for me as I had over an hour ride to get there. When I arrived noone knew anything so they go downstairs and after a few minutes the boss (not the owner) comes up tells me they don t have any. I explained to him I had called with the part number and they verified they had it and I had driven over an hour to get there. With no remorse no let s see if we can order one in no nothing just tough luck from the boss . Been shopping here over 10 years and have spent thousands and thousands at this place and I will never step foot in the place again and will make sure everyone I know won t either.

Richard was very helpful in getting my parts order physically checked and ordered. Courteous and kind and will repeat my business with them. I've done some ordering in the past and always pleased with their business practices. Buy your parts here! You'll be pleased.

My Minn Kota quit on practice day on Champlain. Minn Kota tech help couldn t help get me back up and running. Tournament was the next day. So they referred me to fish307 which is about an hour drive from Ticonderoga launch.I called them and the service guy said he would take a look at it if I brought it in.So I brought it in.Long story short, George Granger immediately started to work on it without a single minute of wait time. He found not one, but two fatal issues and worked on them outside in the sun on a hot day.He was remarkable, kept at it until it was working perfectly with time to get back to Ticonderoga and get part of the day on the water. He said their goal is always To get you back on the water as quick as possible. Well he did.Great job, George! Can t thank you enough. You saved our weekend!!

I love this store! Bought the best wool socks there in 2008 and still wear them, had a pair on yesterday. I live in Ohio and think about this store every year when I think about my travels, and have plans to go back with friends a.s.a.p. Their website is awesome, and I want to get my hands on some of the rude quote socks. My mom once said to never underestimate a good pair of socks, and The Sox Market makes good socks possible.

Cant get a hold of anyone for a question about a product I bought from them. Left a voicemail, email, and even spoke with someone else outside of the technical support and had them write my name and number to give the technical support guys to call me back since no one answers. 1 week later still haven't heard from anyone. Literally a 60 second question. I really appreciate the quick help. And the part i bought had 6 or 7 chips in the powder coat

First time stopping in at the store was just this winter and cannot wait to go back in the Spring! Really knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff, especially need to give a special mention to the General Manager, Luke who went above and beyond explaining products to me and helping me find what I needed! Pleasantly surprised about the low prices and fair cost of the items I glanced over or purchased as well! Thank you again to Luke and the owner Jeff, who spent a good hour of their time giving tips and advice on what works best at the bay's in Lake George this time of year!

The good: they have a large selection of tackle and you are supporting a local shop. The bad: the two young guys working could care less to help us. One asked me if I was looking to spend a lot of money. After I said no, he didn't have much to offer in way of advise. I normally fish for bass in the south. This is my first time fishing for lake trout and salmon. The boys looked annoyed that I was asking about how to fish for these and it felt like they were trying to get rid of me as fast as possible so they could get back behind the counter.Bottom line: good selection, terrible customer service/salesmanship from the 2 kids. You have tourists visiting your shop. I'm sure it gets old but take the time, make the sale, and talk to them without the attitude.Update: Had to go back out of necessity and spoke with whom I would assume is the owner. He was exponentially more helpful than the kids were and offered a lot of good suggestions.

Bought an ice fishing sled on sale the other day. Decided I'd like to get a larger one so I went back. Unfortunately they didn't have one, so I wanted to return it. They refused to refund me stating all on sale sales are final. Really? How was I to know that? The sales flyer doesn't say it. They didn't say anything when purchasing. I made the employee call the manager and he said they'd do it for a 15% restocking fee. Get out of here! I walked out. I've spent A LOT of money at this place, but I never will again. I'll also tell everyone I can not to go there. All over a $40 sled?! Pathetic way to treat your customers.

A few weeks ago I ordered a few spoons. They showed up on my door step in a timely manner and I was pleased with the prompt shipping and the packaging. A few days later another package arrived from Fish307. I couldn't remember how many spoons I had originally ordered so I opened the package thinking that maybe some had been back ordered. I was shocked to see a trolling motor tiller handle and even more shocked at the $200.00 invoice with a different name and address than mine. I called 307 first thing the next morning to let them know that I received the package. After a few minutes of reviewing order numbers it was decided that they had transposed a couple numbers and the gentleman at 307 asked if I would mind shipping the package to the rightful owner if he emailed me a shipping label. I agreed to to so but no email ever came and a week later a label arrived in the mail. Just a label, no shipping container, no thanks for being honest here's a T-shirt, no nothing. I rummaged around the house until I found a shoe box, stuck the handle in the box along with some newspaper and shipped it off. Today I get a call from 307, regarding my " most recent order " Tim asked if I would mind telling him what was in that order, and if anything out of the ordinary might of been in it. ( Instead of coming right out and asking if I received something by mistake that wasn't what I ordered I felt that he had already assumed that I had planned on keeping the handle He was all but calling me a thief and trying to trip me up and get me to admit to keeping this handle that I had already shipped off ). I cut him off half way through his interrogation to let him know that I had called the very next morning after receiving the handle and that it had already been shipped off. He then asked me for the tracking number. ( Again as if he didn't believe me ) I gave it to him and that was it. No, sorry you had to waste your lunch break to take the package to the post office. No, sorry I assumed you kept the package. No, we'll make it right next time, thank you , nothing.... I can get insulted for free by people I know, I don't see any reason that I should have to pay strangers to do it also...
