I want to say a huge thank you to you guys for being there the last couple of days! My fuel gauge is a little messed up. You guys were absolutely amazing with my road side assistant! Thank you so much! A huge shout out of my may, goes to George he is an amazing person definitely cares about the customers! George made sure I was alert before he left etc. Thanks again George & willa wrecker I really do appreciate you guys thank you

Thanks Adam! I have a lifted Dodge Ram and a few issues on my end. Excellent communication and surprisingly very fast service. So nice and professional too, which is a huge plus. I went to their website and I'm surprised on how much more they offer other than Towing. I'm new to the area, and if I can't figure out what's wrong with my Dodge, they will have my business again.

I was stuck with a vehicle that would not start. George from Will's towing arrived before the promised time. Along with a coworker they were able to n tow my vehicle and salvage my day. Very attentive to my problem. Saved the day and would highly recommend them for time of need.

I m from Rochester and broke down on Wellesley island . Will s towed my car back to there shop within two hours of my talking to them . By end of day they had diagnosed the problem and by the end of the next day it was fixed ! Got me out of a jam and I appreciate them for doing so ! Recommend!

The lady at the window is a cocky all I did is ask a question about a couple parts for ny truck an she had a aditude North star is better at least North star don't rip people off

A couple weeks or so ago I ordered a turn signal lens for an Audi a6. It was described as having a "small crack". True- but the crack was barely noticeable. The lens was wrapped in plastic wrap, and of course tagged as well. Packaged with care, I could see, and of course, a perfect fit. I talked to the nicest person on the phone, and the lens was shipped out right away. If only getting car parts was this easy and friendly at other yards! Not a big company, and this shows in their outstanding customer service. Prices are crazy cheap- compared to other yards, and I'm very pleased. No complaints whatsoever!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Total incompetence. Needed my truck towed after hitting a deer, driver from Wills showed up. Told him where I needed the truck towed and he told me no. I m sorry...in all of my experience and others that I have spoken to about this, that is not how it works. You tell them where to tow it and they take it there. The driver said he could tow it to his shop and our insurance would have to take it from there. This was 3 hours ago. Our insurance called Wills and they said they were towing it to the car dealership. They didn t. We called again and they said it wasn t at their shop. Ok...so where is our truck? Called 10 minutes later and all of a sudden they do have our truck sitting there but refuse to tow it anywhere until our insurance company calls them (which they already had). After dealing for hours (and still going) with all of this, my husband called and asked to speak to the owner. His daughter said he was busy and continued to be extremely rude to my husband telling him someone needs to pay her for the tow this morning. Not our problem. Your job is to tow our truck where we ask you do tow it. Your rudeness and incompetence is beyond inexcusable.

Excellent customer service, call today for a tow and they were there within and hour. Highly professional technician name Adam, took care of our car. Very professional service I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow

UPDATED 6/25/18 - Well we had to use them again this year, for the same issue, just on the other side. Tom was so accommodating, picking the trailer up, fixing it and dropping it off before we had to leave Saturday. I really wish I could give them more than 5 stars. If you ever have an issue you in A- Bay or the Clayton area, call them!!!2017 - Wills wrecker came and towed our boat trailer and truck, from the Wellesley island marina, to fix the brakes on the trailer. Tom kept us informed of what was going on the whole time, and although time was not on our side, and they weren't able to fully fix it, to no fault of their own, I'd highly recommend them, especially if you are up in 1000 Islands on vacation. Great people.

I am impressed with the professionalism and sincere caring that every member of this business has shown to us. We are on a camping trip, and my 2001 Ford Econoline van was overheating. We received emergency roadside service and then took the van in to their facility. They were caring, knowledgeable, and efficient in every way, and we are extremely grateful.

Great customer service! Called today looking for a part (wiring) they took our number to call us back once they looked at their inventory. They called us back made sure it was the part we needed and even tested it to insure it worked. I would definitely recommend them!

Will's wrecker that's in pluses if you need parts for your car I'm sure they have it or they can get it I don't know how much cars they have Outback for parts but if you call and probably be a lot better than try to drive up there cuz you're not really allowed in the store without a mask but they try to make it right for the customers and keep their business open I really don't have much other than that to say but they do repairs there as well call them make an appointment or ask questions a second opinion doesn't hurt

Was vacationing at Wesley Island and the fuel pump went out on the truck. They got us fixed and back to enjoying our trip in no time. Thanks Wills Wrecker!!!

Wow. Terrible terrible service. I called to get some info about selling them my car and the woman I spoke to was as rude as can be. All I asked was if they pick up cars and she rudely stated that they do not do it by appointment, only when they re in the area. I told her that doesn t help me and the last thing I said was thank you. I got no response and heard the phone slam.

I go Wills for my oil change, tires rotation or new ones. Everybody here is wonderful with me I ve never had a problem
