This company has stood by me from the beginning to the end. Don is one of the most kind and honest person that I ve had the pleasure working with. He stuck by me through the bad times of dealing with my issue. He gave me guidance and advice to carry on. Hats off to Ulster RV Service.

Amazing service! Our family was traveling through the New Paltz, NY area on I-87 when our tire came off, shearing the bolts from the drum. We called two other RV repair centers who were unable to help, before finding Ulster RV Services. He provided information about the area and then responded to a parking lot where we had been towed. He had all the necessary parts and did the install in 30 minutes and in the rain! He went above and beyond. It is always a tricky situation breaking down or needing maintenance in an unfamiliar place, so we are extremely grateful for his awesome service!Service: Tires

Don replaced the lift system in my pop up camper. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system & camper in general. He did great work, was very responsive in communications, and did the job for a reasonable price. Will absolutely be going back for any future maintenance & repairs needed. I highly recommend using Ulster RV Service.

Was having an issue with my slide out. Turned out it was a very small issue with one of my slide out wires not being connected to my motor. It was great though because I called him yesterday and he was able to come out the next day. Nobody else that I had been calling was able to come out in any foreseeable future. Nor did CW have any openings until the end of October despite having an extended warranty and Good Sam. The guy that owns this business actually used to work for CW so any maintenance problems that you you have he most likely will be able to fix as long as it doesn't require anyting to go into a shop for it. Reasonable price as well for hourly mobile service call of $125 an hour.Service: Electrical

On October 18th ulster rv came out to my camper to give me an estimate for damages done to my camper. The gentleman was extremely friendly and stated he would e -mail the estimate to me asap. October 27th, I messaged him just asking if he was able to complete the estimate. Got no answer. Today is November 7th, still no estimate and not even a response saying he wasn t going to do it. We ended up going to jp rv in Walden!

I drove into Kingston, hit a curb and blew two tires on my trailer on a Friday night. I was on the side of the road and unfamiliar with the area. I called and Don came right out and worked to find tires for me. It was not easy. He made sure I was set and safe. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great guy!!! Fixed skylight on my camper and came out right away! Great price! I will be using him again.
