I just bought my very first Volkswagen and to say my experience was great would be an understatement. Rico, my salesman was beyond wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and had my best interest in mind through the whole process. I can t thank him enough for making a stressful time for me seamless and easy. They were all so good to me there, and I LOVE my new car! Would highly recommend them.

I had the best experience buying my new Atlas today. Make sure to ask for Jesse!! He is knowledgeable, genuine, patient, and just a true gentleman. He stayed late and took the time to go over every single feature with me, sync my phone etc., I actually love my new car even more now ha! Still smiling from my experience. Thank you Jesse.

Couldn t have had a better car buying experience with this dealership. Hats off to Joe for being proactive and attentive during the initial sale, Anthony the sales manager for ensuring an efficient and timely delivery of the vehicle, Stephen Wells for being a subject matter expert and sales professional and Ashley for her attention to detail and smooth handling of the financing. All of their efforts had me in and out the door in an afternoon with a new ride that will bring a smile to my face for years to come. Couldn t be happier with the way this deal came together thank you all.

I finally went ELECTRIC with a beautiful Volkswagen ID4 just two weeks ago. Initially I went with my mom to see the Taos that she had test driven and decided to buy -- I think she wanted my encouragement. That's when we met Jesse; our sales person. From the moment I met him I knew he was trustworthy - His slow and measured approach to selling demonstrated his authentic care for us as customers. Because of this we ended up buying TWO CARS! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with the sales team of Romeo Volks Wagen. Rico our sales consultant was incredibly patent with us while we struggled for hours with insurance to make some corrections. This is our second purchase with Romeo and we will most definitely be returning to Romeo to work with Rico again when I m ready to get a new car.

Tyler was the sales rep assigned to sell me a used 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Because of his age I expected this to be a bad experience, but I could not have been more wrong. He was enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. He made the process painless and simple. I only have positive things to say about Tyler and the Romeo dealership. I would buy another car from Tyler.

After nearly one terrible month of car shopping, I wondered into Romeo VW and soon walked out with the keys to my new (slightly used) Tiguan R-Line. My experience working with Casimir was the best part. I felt like he really listened to my needs and wants, and worked pretty tirelessly to get me the best. Car buying is daunting. Flat out. But I felt like I had the fun in between the drudgery of it and plan to keep coming back in the future.

We had a fabulous experience! Anthony was friendly and informative when we first called to inquire about a new Tiguan. He guided us to Ashley. She was terrific! She was super knowledgeable and helpful. We loved dealing with her! The whole process was efficient and smooth. We love our new VW and would absolutely return when we re ready for a new one!

Kirk was awesome helping me buy my first car pretty much on my own. He has great social skills and made the process not as intimidating as I expected! He was also very helpful in figuring out insurance. Super kind, thoughtful and helpful and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to make a purchase!!

Casimir went the extra mile sending me options for an inexpensive used truck at Romeo. Even after weeks of no success he never gave up. Although we never found that truck, he found me a nice used car within my budget. Thanks Casimir.

Jim was awesome !! This was by far the best and easiest transaction I ve ever had buying a car :) he was so knowledgeable and helpful! He even went in the car and helped me set up my car play and show me how the features work. He also called me to follow up a few weeks later to make sure I loved the Atlas and I didn t have any questions. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! A+++

I bought a VW Tiguan here over a year and a half ago, and every time I ve come back for service Andrey has gone above and beyond addressing all of my car s needs. He was always patient, professional and caring. Super friendly, and helped me understand what I needed to do to better take care of the car.
