From the moment I walked into Romeo Nissan, I was greeted by friendly and helpful employees. When I first walked in, I was in the showroom. The woman at the front desk directed me to the Service Department and told me to be sure I had my mileage ready to give to the person checking me in. I didn't get her name but she was very nice and directed me with a smile. In the Service Department, Tina Stokes greeted me with a big smile and happily checked me in. When I went to the welcoming waiting area, I received a text from her telling me I could text or call during my visit if I needed anything at all. I did use the text feature and she responded quickly. The waiting area had complimentary coffee and tea, a TV that wasn't obnoxiously loud on a neutral station (game show), comfortable chairs, tables, and a couple of vending machines. It was impressive. I had a great experience at Romeo Nissan and will certainly be back for any further work and/or a new vehicle in the future. I have a recall item to take care of that isn't urgent and required me to bring in both keys to the vehicle so I wasn't able to do it today but I'll be back in April to do that and regular maintenance on my Rogue. I highly recommend this dealership's Service Department.

As a long time customer of Kingston Nissan, now Romeo Nissan, I was very happy to still see a familiar face, when I went in for service. Tina Stokes greeted me with a smile, was super helpful and caring throughout my appointment. My car was serviced accurately and quickly. This is the best service department I have ever dealt with and I am so happy to see that will continue under new ownership. If I could give more stars I would!

Tina in the service Department was wonderful! It was late in the afternoon low on gas and my gas tank wouldn t open. It was stuck. So I brought it to the dealership and they took me right in. I was hungry because I hadn t eaten all day and she literally gave me a healthy snack and told me to relax they were going to take good care of me And I sat in the lounge and had a cuppa tea. Then, when I was getting ready to leave, I saw and awesome hat in the Nissan retail store. And told her about it. Because our company had purchased many cars from them, they gave me the hat, which was thrilling!! So they fixed my car within an hour and I got a hat and food too! who could ask for more? Thank you so much Tina for making my experience great if you re in the market for a new Nissan, this is definitely the place you want to shop!!

Had rodent destruction to my 2023 Rogue electrical system. Dealt with service representative Tina Stokes. Tina was very cordial and professional in dealing with this problem as well as an insurance company payment glitch that had the potential to become a Category 5 headache! She took care of the situation in 15 minutes, remarkable. I have nothing but great things to say about the service department and Tina. We have purchases and leased a score of vehicles from Kingston Nissan. We always had a wonderful experience dealing with their service department and Sales Representative, Tammy Crandall. We just had the same type of experience with the New Owners, Romeo Nissan.I recommend if you are looking for a new car with a great service department, check out Romeo Nissan.

I am so happy that Dez is back at Romeo Nissan...she helped me get my Nissan Sentra back in 2021... I couldn't have done it without her. She addressed all my issues and got me to drive out with my beautiful car. I was so happy to come back and see her at the service department.. Eric Mannese and the entire Nissan Service dept.wont disappoint. So many dealership service depts need to be re trained in customer service. Not at Romeo Nissan. Every day I hear another horror story from my customers about the terrible service and repairs they paid for that did not even fix the problem.
