Not once, but TWICE, cancelled a truck reservation without warning on the day before our rental, which we had booked one month in advance. Although the local office in Kingston is responsive and supportive, they have no control over what Penske decides regionally. No one picks up the phone at the regional office ("voicemail has not been set up"). The national number kept me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. If you are not UPS or a big corporate client, Penske will screw you over without a second thought. This never happens with Budget and has only rarely occurred with Uhaul, who does offers decent customer support (i.e. they actually answer the phone.)

Awesome! Jason was more than accommodating and the vehicle I reserved was on site and ready to go. Mechanically sound and totally road worthy. I m moving in the Summer and I ll need a vehicle for the move. This is the only place I ll use for any rental needs I may have from now on.
