Went to go browse for a potential new car and ran into Jayden our new friend and guide, no I didn t say salesperson because he didn t try to sell us on a car. He guided us through some options with no pressure and made the purchase very smooth without any pressure. I would recommend Lia to anyone looking.

I purchased my 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE back in 2021. They were one of the few dealers who didn t have the high market mark ups. The cars were sold for MSRP. Our salesman was cool wasn t pushy. I ve been buying cars for a long time so I already go in knowing how much to say and what to look out for. I also have a friend who is a finance manager who I go to for advice. Really wasn t going to get good negotiations because as I said there were no mark ups and the stock was starting to drop. We did get some deals on an extended warranty and on a pair of wheel locks that were on the car. We got the advertised rate from Honda being my credit was excellent. It was a very straight forward purchase. We even got a gift card that covered me for like 3-4 oil changes.I do try and go back for service here even though it s an hour from my home. Never had any problems with the service department. They also aren t very pushy they give you quotes for any maintenance that s due that Honda recommends and you can either do it or not. I ve used my warranty they sold me for my tires due to road hazards. For going back to them for the work they do waive the $100 deductible for using the warranty. If I go to another dealer I would have to pay that so the ride is worth it.In all I ve never had a bad experience at the dealership. The only thing I did notice is that they had their Honda Civic Type R marked up by $10,000. So if you re in the market for one of those keep searching other places. I ve been doing it long enough and getting advice that they will tell you anything to justify that they have to and it s a complete lie. Do some research and you will find one at MSRP.

As a first time car buyer, Jaden and the Honda company made buying my first car extremely easy and non stressful. They went over everything and answered any question I had. My were also very accommodating, I changed the date of when I was picking the car up and it was no problem. I highly recommend asking for Jaden, thank you Honda of Kingston.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THE SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!!! AND DO NOT PURCHASE THE 2023 HONDA HRV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The rear glass on my 2023 Honda HRV exploded while my partner and I were in the car!!!!!!! Extremely scary experience!!!! Apparently hundreds of owners are experiencing this same exact issue and Honda is doing nothing about it!!!!!!!!!I went to the service center at Lia Honda of Kingston and the Service Manager was very dismissive!!!!! He did not try to hear me out or even provide assistance with the vehicle!!!!!!Honda used inferior glass for the rear glass and now I m left to spend so much out of pocket for a replacement because Honda fails to do a recall!!!!!!!!!PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT!!!!! PURCHASE THE 2023 HONDA HRV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark from the service center is the best!! I was coming back from a trip to the Catskills and the heat guard under my car unattached and was scraping. I was 2 and a half hours from home and found the closest Honda dealership. He was reassuring, kind, and helpful.I was there for maybe 30 minutes and they secured it for me and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Amazing customer service. Mark is an example of what customer service should be. Thank you again Mark!!!

I will never go to another dealership as long as I'm living in the Hudson valley. Lia Honda of Kingston has time and time again proven themselves as not only having the best service department but having the most friendly sales staff I've ever met... especially at a dealership haha. It doesn't matter which service advisor I'm seen by as every time they knock it out of the park. On my last visit I got an oil change, tire rotation, transmission, fluid swap, and state inspection set up by my amazing advisor Dennis. I even enjoyed the free coffee in the waiting room while it happened! My 2021 insight has never been happier and its owner too!

I am always so impressed when I have to go to Lia Honda in Kingston. It is never a drudgery! The atmosphere at this dealership is one of professionalism with a "we are here to help you" attitude. I had to bring my car in to be serviced and Mark Wertheim was assigned as the service advisor. I couldn't have been happier! Mark has such a winning personality. Not only is he "on top of his game" when it comes to his knowledge about cars but he is genuinely kind, friendly and reassuring which sets "just the right tone" between client/service advisor. By giving me "continuous" progress reports, during the time I was there, was extremely helpful and appreciated! So thank you, Mark, for making my visit such a comfortable one. Your customer service skills are first-class!

I purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot Touring from Lia Honda. I worked with Dylan Gallina. The process was very simple and easy, no pressure. He even went to Albany to get the vehicle when the one I was looking at was sold. The general manager, Matt, went over the vehicle with me. In my past experience, the salesman always tells me they will go over the vehicle in detail and then never does, so it was very nice to have someone go through the ins and outs. I would highly recommend them!

Just recently bought a new 2024 HRV with Luther Johnson and had the best experience. He was professional, friendly, readily available for any questions I may have had, and made the sometimes stressful experience of buying a car very quick & easy. Love this place! The salesman was very nice and pleasant. He didn't push me to buy any particular car. We discussed the one I was looking at and he explained to me that he had another I may be interested in. He told me it was completely up to me to what car I was going to purchase. Six months later I'm very happy with my Honda HRV

I avoid car dealerships at all costs. But several weeks ago, I had no choice but to go into the lion s den. My lease was ending in a week so I went to Lia Honda.I m so grateful that I connected with Nicole Leader. She was transparent in discussing my options and there was no pressure. She made it a low stress process. (The stress was the financials; not her fault.)I highly recommend her. She s honest, has integrity and keeps the customers needs in mind.

I didn't even make it to the door and I give this place one star. First I tried calling. Prompt said press 2 for sales, I pressed 2, I got the operator who transferred me to sales. When I was transferred to sales, I got a voicemail. I went on the KINGSTON Honda website, and saw an vehicle I liked, and used the text dealer feature. I got a text from what was most likely an AI response service, and made it explicitly clear I needed to speak with someone in the KINGSTON office. I wait over a day and a half for a reply, nothing. I text the AI bot and ask if someone will be contacting me, and they did, from the CONNETICUIT office. I called the KINGSTON office again, got the operator after hitting 2 for sales again, got transferred to sales again, left a message, and I did get a call back about an hour later. However, the vehicle I was looking at on the KINGSTON website, is actually in CONNETICUT. I explained I'm disabled, I can't travel, and asked if there was any way to accommodate me and have the vehicle transported. The short, irritated, response I received was "we don't do that at this office, I only have new Odyssey's." Well Lia Honda, you lost a customer before they even set foot on your property. If that's what I have to do to get in contact with a sales rep and how they treat disabled customers who need accommodations, then I probably dodged a bullet when it comes to your service.Respectfully,One unhappy not-even-a-customer yet.

Avoid this dealership. They have exceptionally poor etiquette in regards to how they treat potential customers. Not only are they price gauging used vehicles but the sales reps are super unfriendly and don t know anything about cars. We ve got mechanics and car salesmen in the family so we knew right away what we were dealing with. Additionally, when we addressed several points of this dishonesty and lack of vehicle expertise, they got absurdly defensive instead of accountable. They are proudly living up to the typical greedy dumb shark stereotypes. You re not gonna find your perfect deal here, baby. It s worth driving to a different Honda dealer in the Hudson Valley.

Terrible experience over the weekend with Robert service rep. Explained starter acting up intermittently and was practically thrown out of the service area he wouldn t even log me in for my appointment. I was told that there was nothing to do until the car wouldn t start at all and it would then be my problem and would cost lots of money and I would be without a car for days. That s the way out I was told and I not going to waste any time on this. Zero stats

Shopping for a car is always stressful and time consuming, most of the time you walk into a dealership and you're given the run around discussing prices and waiting for a sales rep to "calculate" numbers. I drove from Albany to Kingston in hopes of getting the new 2023 honda civic sport, which they had the sonic grey color in stock. I was greeted by Jaden, one of the sales rep. He took me to check out the new car and i fell in love, within an hour i was leaving the dealership with that car! Jaden was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The process of signing for my car was quick and easy, which in the past at other dealerships was not! Jaden brought me to my car and taught me how to use the different settings and thoroughly explained each and every button. I'm loving my new car and want to thank the team at Lia honda of Kingston and to Jaden who made it all happen!

Just bought my 2nd car from Lia honda of kingston and I can t see myself going anywhere else! The staff in sales, service, parts are all wonderful! My most recent purchase was a great experience my sales representative Luther Johnson went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Luther took care of us making it less stressful and answering any and all questions we had, he help us make the right decision for ourselves. Definitely will recommend Lia honda of kingston and especially Luther!

Thank you for the amazing service and professionalism by sales consultant Nicole Leader at LIA Honda of Kingston NY, for getting me into my new 2023 HRV EXL. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive to customers entering the building. The customer waiting room was spaceous, clean and offered free coffee while you waited. Mark, in the Service Department, was absolutely amazing! We were vacationing in the Catskills and the transmission seal plug popped off, which led to my transmission fluid leaking. I called Lia Honda and Mark answered. He immediately knew what it was that I needed. He transferred me to the Parts Department. I don t know who I spoke with in the Parts Department but they were amazing as well! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!Absolutely amazing! I ve never had an experience at a dealership as great as this. Thank you so much, Mark!

I recently visited Lia Honda of Kingston in search of a new Honda CR-V for my family. My lease was coming to an end and I wanted to explore my options. I was excited to check out their selection and find the perfect car, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unprofessional salesman.I had previously spoken to Jordan over the phone, and he sent me values of what my trade-in might be. Without seeing my car, he gave me estimates that were completely unrealistic. From the start, he seemed disinterested in helping me find an affordable vehicle. It was clear that he cared more about his potential commission. When I tried to understand why my payments would be so high, he gave me vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions. He did not offer any alternatives or try to show me other options that might fit my needs.I decided to meet him in person and see what my options were. He presented me with multiple figures, and again, my potential payment was astronomical. I was willing to put money down and trade in my vehicle, but he was still not willing to work with me. Throughout the whole interaction, he spoke about himself. He boasted about his house, his cars, and his life of luxury while living in Florida. Overall, he completely lived up to the salesman stereotype. He was arrogant, and dismissive, and repeatedly talked over me.I left the dealership feeling frustrated and disappointed. Jordan s behavior made me feel like I was not a valued customer and that my business did not matter to him. I had no confidence in his ability to assist me and ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. Before I left, I mentioned traveling to Albany to see what my options were. He said "don't even bother. We own that dealership too." Against his advice, I went to the Lia Honda in Albany, and thankfully one of their sales representatives assisted me in purchasing a brand new 2023 CR-V. My payments are a fraction of what Jordan presented me with. Unfortunately, Lia Honda of Kingston lost a sale and a loyal customer, due to a bad salesman.

I was at Lia Fri Sept 8th for an oil change.Besides great car service, Susan Kelley is a great asset to Lia. She is always busy, sometimes doing 3 things, or more, at once. She still leaves time to great her clients with her smile and info.She is a pleasure to talk to and I look foward to seeing her every few months.needs service.
