I ve heard about Kingston Collision since before we moved. They are amazing and really took the time to inform me of their steps. New hood, top/botton grill, emblem, front right headlight and other things. They coordinated w insurance and Hertz delivered a burner to KC. We may have hit bambi s bf but thank u for restoring (even better) her as she has been a pseudo ambulance for yrs. Thank you for making it easy.

I hit a dear, need a rental car the clock was ticking on the insurance running out. Kingston collision was booked solid. After speaking with them they were so kind and really felt for me. They fit my car in between jobs and it was finished before the time they said and before my rental money ran out. The work was perfect. I highly recommend this company a true local business with high integrity. Honestly I wish all companies operated like this one!

Kingston Collision is great. I recently hit a deer and had to have the whole front of my car fixed. They did such a great job, blending their work perfectly into the part of the car that hadn t been touched. They are also very nice people, and my car and I felt very well cared for! I can t recommend this place more highly!

Kingston Collision is by far a superior body shop, they fixed my truck 2 times in the 3 years i have owned it, the 1st time was for a deer strike in 2020 and the 2nd was in 2023 when a coworker backed into it while parked, both times they made my truck look as good as when i drove it off the showroom floor, the office staff Lisa & Jen are a pleasure to deal with and very nice and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them and it will be the ONLY body shop I use ever again, my vehicle was ready earlier than initially expected as well which was a huge bonus. I brought my 2018 Volvo to this body shop after an accident. They did an excellent job on the repair, which was extensive. What I appreciated most in working with them, was their very good communication skills, keeping me up to date on how things were progressing and helping me in dealing with my insurance company. Also, they arranged my rental car for me and made it so easy. Kingston Collision a is highly professional business, with friendly and efficient owners and staff.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

After an unfortunate driveway incident, Kingston Collision did an excellent job repairing and restoring my 2002 S10 ZR2 pickup. They went above and beyond coordinating with my insurance company and addressing every detail I requested to make the truck look showroom new while maintaining its' originality. They repaired OEM installed parts that are no longer available and restored them to factory fresh condition. Dave (owner) is a very personable 'car guy' with work experience as a painter and in the insurance industry, so he is uniquely qualified to achieve high quality results at a fair price that exceeds customer expectations. I had my car repaired at Kingston Collision after sliding on ice; everybody who works there was just so nice to talk to, extremely professional and honest. The repair looks as good as new, so so perfectly and carefully done. They gave me a totally stress-free experience by coordinating with my insurance and carefully scheduling service to minimize repair time, taking into account the current delays to source car parts. Great service, great people and fair pricing.I took my car in because it had a small yet visible dent on the back of the trunk, right along the edge of the frame. I still don't know how it got there but it looked like it was on a tricky part of the trunk where there's a ridge, not a flat panel part.I called them up and they had be come in later that day to look at the dent. The owner was super nice, took a look at it with me and told me his guy that removes dents would do the best he can with it but that I might not get 100% removal. I understand he just wanted to set the expectation and at this point I would have been happy to just get any improvement on it.I dropped it off the next day and later on when I got my car back, it looked like there was never any dent! Nothing, nada. These guys did a superb job removing it and pricing was fair. Everyone there is just really nice and they do great work. It's always nice when you find people that are great at what they do and have good vibes. I can't recommend them enough. If I need any body work of any kind I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Kingston Collision eases the experience of going through an accident. They were efficient, quick, and personally walked me through the process of assessing the damage, handling the reservations of the rental car, and getting my car fixed up. They even had finished the work very early! Every individual I came in contact with was calm and incredibly friendly, and funny too. While I hope not to get in another accident any time soon, if I do I know where I'll be heading. Thanks for making a stressful experience easy to wade through!Service: Painting

Kingston Collision is top-notch! Every step of the way they let you know what to expect and what to do regarding insurance, car rental, etc, and they are not afraid to go to bat for you with any of it. It was important to me to work with a Subaru-authorized shop because my Crosstrek is only a year old. I picked it up yesterday - it looks like new and drives exactly as it did before. Dave and the team at Kingston Collision took extra good care of me and my car after hitting a deer last month. From having a rental car right there on the premises, to insisting that my insurance company pay for the safer and more expensive manufacturers replacement parts - their service and communication with me throughout the process was excellent! And the car is simply perfect. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work. I hope I never need to, but if so I will definitely go back!

First time ever having to need body work done on a car. Hit and Run in a parking lot, extensive damage, never caught the person either. Kingston Collision was recommended to us and worked out great. Less than a year old car and looks like new again! Just glad to have my car back.

Kingston Collision goes the extra mile to understand their customers needs and exceed their expectations. I have a company vehicle I depend upon the execute my work as a Project Manager for a home renovation company, Xterior Solutions. I had damage to my tailgate that I needed taken care of. Dave and his team were responsive to my needs and understood how important this vehicle is to my job. They were able to quickly locate a used replacement in the exact same color. I am sure they could have found one even faster and charged me for painting, but that is not how they operate. Anyway, they got me in and out of there in a time frame that worked for my schedule, and even were able to transfer my contractor s licensing stickers from the old tailgate onto the new one. Excellent job, they really look out for you! Thank you!!!

Picked up my car today at Kingston Collision after having suffered damage from a hit and run. My car looks great! Very professional, honest people. Hopefully I don t need them again but would definitely recommend to anyone who does.

When your year-old car is suddenly not perfect, you want to put it in the hands of Kingston Collision. Easy to work with, caring, on-schedule and take pride in their work. An overall great experience. They make you feel like part of the family. Our Rav4 was returned nicely cleaned and once again in new-car condition.

Simply the best! The friendly, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable staff made the whole process easy: from the initial intake to dealing with the insurance company to obtaining a rental vehicle to the final repairs. And I can't say enough good things about those repairs. Simply put, my car looks factory-perfect. As you can tell, I m thrilled with these folks, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a completely stress-free experience, with perfect results. A-plus work!
