EDIT: Jiffy Lube reached to me to hear my feedback and come together for a resolution. I am happy with the recourse provided, and I am glad they reached out to work it out.Accidents happen, but they quickly reached out to rectify the issue and I appreciate that.Original Review:Had an oil change and fuel system maintenance performed.Looked under car after driving home and the skid plate was only hanging on by one bolt.A customer shouldn't have to worry about their car being assembled properly after paying 200 plus for service.

I love the workers at Jiffy Lube in Kingston! They're kind, professional, and respectful. They let me know what was necessary and unnecessary to repair on my car. I felt like they weren't trying to nickel and dime me at all. I highly recommend them to everyone, it's like having a set of older siblings who're looking after you and your vehicle. Also the new headlight cleaning service is great. $60 gets you a lifetime of free cleanings and my headlights look brand new!

Brought my car in for a state inspection, made it very clear that all I wanted was a state inspection. Workers decided to pull out my air filters (Not part of a state inspection) and push to sell me on getting a new one. I can (and did) change that myself. They decided to pull my windshield wipers off and not properly secure it back in place. I had to fix that.Unless you want to be inconvenienced by incompetency, definitely do not let these people touch your car. Apparently they can't even handle an inspection. I wouldn't trust these people to put ham on white bread, never mind do ANYTHING to a vehicle.

Upbeat employees, finished state inspection/oil change in a literal jiffy on a Saturday with no appointment. Plus a free car wash! I'm actually shocked that my first JL experience here was so pleasant. Thanks!

I paid $200 for the complete package oil change top off the fluids and everything and this was for my company vehicle. So not only did they not do half the job now my company doesn't trust me getting oil changes anymore. They did change the oil.. I could say that but I wonder if they changed the oil filter and everything else because they didn't fill the antifreeze they didn't fill the power steering. I just stopped and got antifreeze and power steering. I just put the power steering in and this van feels so much better do you think for all the money that I paid that they would have topped off the fluids it's just really worries me that if I caught them this time I wonder if they ever did it the other time I'm done with this place I'm really surprised that they have above four reviews I mean seriously?

I had a visit to Jiffy Lube today and I was treated so well by Eduardo and Eli it made a favorable impression of the business. This was costumer service beyond reproach. . These two men I would hire in a nanosecond. They were so professional in their recommendations and explained what was required to keep my vehicle in good running condition.

Here for the standard oil change and state inspection. Was told at the outset that it would be about 1.5 hours wait and I agreed. We re over 2 hours and they re just getting to my vehicle. The tech workers were apologetic, explained that the they have only one operating inspection unit and can only do one vehicle at a time. So, this review is focused solely on the owners/higher ups. Make sure your workers have ALL the operating equipment they need so that they can be successful at their jobs. Great customer service from the techs, but someone higher up needs to do a better job! .Service: Oil change

Called 2 c if they had an opening for an inspection they said "1st come 1st served daily" wasn't a lie & they were fast & friendly. Only negative is that the entrance is actually to Hoffman car wash wich sort of made it a bit confusing other than that I'll b going back again in the future.

I needed an inspection and oil change. With no appointment I showed up. And within an hour and a half I was on my way with new oil, Inspection, and a thoroughly cleaned car. The staff were friendly and professional, overall as positive an experience as possible. The price of the oil change was half of what the local Honda dealer quoted me two days earlier. , and I got a free car wash.Im very satisfied and will see you again next year. Hoffman is great - I rarely believe I need the cabin air filter - but otherwise its quick efficient and they are nice

I have to say I had a great experience. Nobody forced any kind of services on me. They had put wipers on a few months ago and they were already worn out so they replaced them at no charge. My floors were vacuumed and my dash was clean. The service was done quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience.

The staff was great, service provided exactly as it should but it was SO cold in the waiting room. I guess the heat is malfunctioning? I work outside, and was still dressed for my 8 hour shift in the cold when I came in to have my oil changed. It was difficult to be in there. I understand that systems malfunction, but I feel there could have been a warning at the very least that customers would be expected to wait in a room that wasn t climate controlled during winter. Some of the older customers looked not ok. If it is expected that the public will be inside, it should be expected that the temperature be livable.

Fellas ,at last hour , kindly put on my new plates and registration stickers. After oil change and inspection. They didn t have to. I wish I had more to tip. Did a fast and excellent job, after the headache dmv just cost me an extra $80 to mail another state a request for a title from the state I just left . Then another $88.00 and change to register it here !! Kingston DMV IS HORRIBLE!! Hoffman is awesome. Thank you guys!!

I've only been here once, but Eli (Ely? I'm not sure how to spell his name) was handed the phone when I asked if they'd put a new "pan saver" universal plug in my 2001 Accord since the aluminum oil pan plug stripped out years ago and the "pan saver" plugs only last about a year. He advised me to get an "eco plug" from Auto-Zone and said he'd install it for me. He did, and they didn't even charge me extra for it. It was great advice and Eli seemed to honestly do it out of wanting to give good advice and being knowledgeable. They need to give him a raise or promotion.

I needed an oil change and the guy asked if I wanted my tire s rotated and I said yeah. So they finally get my truck going nd the guy is playing with one lug nut and guessing a stud problem! They see me watching and wondering what they doing and the manager I guess come over and tells me the lug nut was all burgered up so they had to rethread the stud and put new lug nut on. I tell the manager I never touched the rims or lug nuts only one beside the dealer in the beginning so I wasn t paying for this and he go no I just wanted to let you know what happen. So if I have any trouble with a lugnut on front driver side in furture rotations. As I only have 19,000 almost on truck. So not beat up truck. Anyway 2 1/2 hours later it s done and I had a coupon for $15.00 off oil change and the price was almost $170. 00 for tire rotation and oil change. That is highway robbery! You can buy 5 quarts of oil and a filter for $25.00 so so it was $145. For labor? I will never come back for an oil change unless these prices drop a lot. Plus 2 1/2 hours for that little work of the guy who did last rotation there or guy changing this time messed up lug nut and manger agreed it was one of them. Hope to hear back from some one who is gonna help with this. Thank you.

I have been coming to jiffy lube to have my oil changed for years. I like how they ask you if you want this and that done before they do it. For example changing your air filter. Other places just do it and charge you double, then what jiffy lube does. because they did not have the headlight bulb I needed they sent me across the street to AutoZone where I bought a bulb. then they installed it for me = NO Charge - SO I will continue to return to Jiffy Lube for my usual oil changes, windshield wipers and other services

It was very happy they were able to do the inspection without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Initially they said it would take one hour and it took two hours so that was disappointing

I was sold Rain Ex windshield wipers and Service Champ were installed. The installed wipers are faulty and do not wipe. I went back to the shop and the manager did not have the Rain Ex in stock. He said my wiper arm was bent. He asked if I wanted him to bend it back. I informed him that if the wiper arm was bent, his employee bent it. He said that was impossible, he couldn't bend it. I responded, "Your employee could not bend it but you can bend it back." He looked at the passenger wiper and it fell off. We exchanged a few heated words. I left. I am not paying for wipers I did not specify and that do not work. I'll let my credit card deal with it. The wiper arm is not bent; it is the same shape as every late model Forester and Outback. I spoke to Floyd he could not refund my credit card for some unexplainable reason. More Jiffy Lube nonsense.

The checking in girl was so helpful to me I can tell she really went above and beyond. The guy who worked in my car was also helpful quick and made sure I understood everything.He recommended a few things but was not pushy at all.Service: Oil change

Here s my experience from earlier today receiving a state inspection at Jiffy Lube: I brought my car in, waited for about 30 to 45 minutes, was then called to the front desk, the person behind the desk told me that my car was ok and had passed all the tests, I go pick up my car and drive home, I read my provided copy of the results of the inspection, the document informs me that the car actually failed multiple important tests and that at least one test could not be performed due to lack of readiness of my vehicle. Long story short: I WAS TOLD BY JIFFY LUBE EMPLOYEE THAT MY CAR WAS FINE AFTER INSPECTION, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS!!! Jiffy Lube, I understand that you pride yourself on performing car maintenance jobs quickly and efficiently; but you ultimately fail as a state inspection provider if you lie to customers when they ask if their vehicle passed the inspection.

This place is amazing. I always feel well informed, well cared for and my car always drives and operates better after a visit here. I m a single person and I ve had each person working g here take the time to explain things about keeping my car for the long haul and how to care for it properly. The work is always done expeditiously and I feel great about getting my car serviced at jiffy lube in Kingston. Keep up the great work! Went here for a NYS safety inspection when other places wanted me to make an appointment they were able to take me on a first come first serve basis. Fast efficient and a comfortable waiting area. Technicians and clerks were friendly. I had a positive experience.
