They called saturday to let me know i could pick up the car monday. Never told me they closed early monday. Wasting my time and money trying to pick up my car when theyre closed. A simple phone call was all that was needed. Aparently thats too much to ask for.Update: got the car back. Told mechanic before work was performed that it was most likely the alternator. They replaced a completely different part and never checked the alternator. Now my car is stranded on the side of the road again. When i called to complain the person i talked to told me to fix it myself after i asked why they never checked the part i called about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME DEALING WITH THEM

These are genuine good people, from the moment I met them I could see that. They really go above and beyond and are honest. There were some small hurdles and they hopped over them like Champs. They did not make me feel like an inconvenience when I had questions, even a week later when I popped back in with more.I would definitely recommend and come back when it's time for another one!

This team was very quick to respond and sent extra photos. They were easy to speak with and were flexible with my schedule. James was my salesman and he was excellent to work with. They took the extra mile to complete a great delivery. A great family run business.

This dealership is so pleasant and welcoming. They have the nicest cars around and in great condition. What I like is they don't mislead you with anything, including the loan, the car or their care, they are upfront and honest. I love that they are a great team and it really shows!We purchased our Land Rover from there got an amazing deal, warranty, low mileage , excellent payments with extremely quick service and clearly explained paperwork.The car feels brand new and though we only just got it, we are very confident in its long life and couldn't be happier.They are very responsive with any questions or follow up and it makes us feel confident that we have been well taken care of as customers.Highly recommended dealer. August 21, 2018I just completed the purchase of a 1987 Land Rover Defender from East Chester Auto Sales. I live in Tn. and found this unit online. I contacted the dealership and asked if I could put a deposit/hold on the unit for one week until my son could go and inspect and drive the Defender? Without hesitation they granted my wish, held the vehicle and even offered to meet my son afterhours if needed.The Defender was as advertised and we purchased it that day. They worked with me to close the sale and arrange to have it transported to Tn.I have over 50 e-mail, requesting additional photo's, maintenance records and setting appointments. All e-mails were answered the same day, in a caring and professional manner. It was a pleasure to work with Suzanne. I highly recommend this dealershipHoward Johnson

I recently bought a car from here, and not only once but twice I had to go back to have them fix my car. As soon as I bought the car and I drove it I noticed that there was a light on, I asked them why the light was on and they said it was nothing and they turned it off. A few hours after I left the light came back on. I took it to a mechanic and he said the reason why the light is on is because the car is broken. The day I drove it off the lot, both of my front tires were creating clouds of smoke. I brought it back the next day and they said there was nothing wrong with it. When I took it to my personal mechanic they told me that my calibers and roaders are broken. The people at this place told me there was nothing wrong with my car.

My 2010 BMW started having transmission problems, Haider got the work done quickly and for a much more reasonable cost than a BMW service center. 2 weeks later and it's running great. Only advice is to call ahead if you can, they're a small family business and can get busy.

I brought in my 2008 Land Rover for service and repairs. There are not many shops in the area that will work on foreign cars. East Chester did great work at a reasonable and honest price. Which is hard to find. If I need any work done in the future, I know who to call. Thanks guys!

This is the most honest used car dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought our Jetta from them. There was an issue with it and they fixed it immediately, even though it was an expensive repair. Ron and Haider are very professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. The car runs great now and I would buy from them again. We will also be using them for any repairs.

They have a mechanic called Marco who is very nice . But they took a $650 as a DEPOSIT from me to rebuild my transmission because it would not go into reverse. I rented a car because they said it would take 4 days to complete the job. I returned the rental car after a week and it took 3 more weeks for him to fix my car. He was also suppose to take out the carpet and find a water leak. I bought special products to wash it. I was without a car for 4 weeks. When I got it , it still would not go into reverse the car was still leaking water and the carpet was wet. And it did not smell clean. He did not even steam clear or wash the carpet after all that work. When Marco took out the carpet he cut it instead of taking it our correctly. And he did not even wash the carpet with a steam cleaner to get the mold out. He knew my daughter was allergic to the mold and was getting sick from it. Marco is not a licensed mechanic and the owners of East Chester Auto Sales took my money , wrote the receipt and they let him work our of their garage. They claim no responsibility. Beware of the sweet family that screws you . I am 53 my car was a 2105 VW Passat Wagon and have never come across this type of incompetency ever. I will be contacting the Attorney General. I could not come get my car because the transmission was pulled out of it. I had a $250 rental bill, lost $250.00 of my deposit and 3 weeks without a car. I had to plead with the owner of Chester Automotive to have his mechanic to put my car together and give me my car. Do not take the risk

May 15 2018 I bought a 2013 Range Rover Evoque. I am 70 and bought many foreign cars in the past. We had the most professional and pleasant experience, they bend backwards to help and accommodate my requests with insurance, DMV ,etc.BUT the owner mentioned that his garage is often mistaken for another place when I told him I couldn t find his place at first. I am not related or a friend of this place.

People! Do not bring your car here ever! This place has ripped me off. In the past 3 weeks they have had my car, gave it back to me 3 different occasions and it was not fixed every single time I got it back. The guy tried to blame me, saying it was a new problem that just happened to go wrong each time! He has made about $1,000 dollars off me. Last week he gave me my car back and it still had the same exact problem it did 3 weeks ago, so I brought it back here. He told me it would be $20 dollars. Today he called me, said the total is $83 dollars. He said the part was $20, labor $25 plus tax, and is charging me $35 dollars for anti freeze when it's been leaking anti freeze since the day he got it.He is a rip off, a liar, and he fixes everything half ass. Last week he told me he was to busy to get to my car, I went there to get my belongings out of my car and he was putting a shed together not fixing any cars at all. Mind you I have not had a car for 3 weeks. Save your money, time and trouble. Do not use this "mechanic shop". The owner Haider was very rude and awful to deal with as well.In response to the the comment from this shop.I NEVER ONCE said I bought the car from here. I bought the car from MINNOW MOTORS IN POUGHKEEPSIE. They towed my car TO THIS SHOP, SAID HOW GREAT THIS SHOP WAS AND HOW ITS THE BEST MECHANIC AROUND. THE CAR WAS NOT DRIVING WITH AN ANTIFREEZE LEAK I AM NOT THAT DUMB. Anytime it leaked antifreeze it was towed back to YOUR shop. And in all actuality it's not that I can't afford a BMW it's the fact that I was scammed, robbed, taken advantage of and given a car back 3 separate times when It was ultimately NOT fixed. And it's not good business at all to tell a customer a price one day then that price turns into 4 times the amount of what was originally told when it's time to get the car. No I did not buy the car from here but it should have never been given back to me when it was CLEARLY not fixed. A normal mechanic would do everything all at once. And I was NOT informed every step of the way. Especially being charged $30 dollars for anti freeze that is sitting in the trunk of my car.

When it comes to BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, East Chester Street, sits all alone on the Top of the Shelf. Hader, who is the Owner, is incredible when it comes to the Diagnostic Process. Hader tells you like it is, he gets straight to the point, definitely does not lie, and gets the Job done right, the first time ! Hader, is not a person, for a lot of small talk, but is the Master, at repairing European Automobiles....Tell him, Scott Denny, sent you !

i have had nothing but excellent reviews for this shop, they deeply care about their cars and customers (the'll pick you up and drop you off) , they go out of their way, i have bought 5 cars from eastchester all in excellent condition, (personal and business cars) , they are the only ones that i will allow to work on my cars, bmw, lexus, benz 350 truck do i need to say any more. As of a matter of fact their searching right now for me for another work van, benz. On another note i was present that day when the dissatisfied customer came in, she came in with several issues with her car and they asked her which one did she want to fix first. They didn't cause other problems with her bmw. He specializes in foreign cars and there is NO BODY better, 2 sides to every story. YOU GUYS ROCK FAMILY OWNED Business!!!!!!!! 10 stars in book

I have never bought anything from East Chester but what I really like is the fact that they defend themselves against all negative reviews without being offensive or defensive. In other words they take ownership of their product and reputation. Shoot I've been paying 343.71 for 6 years now for a 2014 Nissan versa and health issues and irresponsible cc debt put me down for awhile and so now the good credit I once had is by the wayside. May have to go see E.C.A.S in the future.

First, I would like to give many THANKS to Suzanne and Haider : ) for being helpful, tactful, speedy, knowledgeable,We have purchased 3 cars from Eastchester auto my first car from them 2001 BMW 325i had it for while never had a problem , end it up selling it for more then i paid for it, my second car was Land rover LR3, i know they say knowledge is the best tool for good purches i was nervous about buying a Land Rover i didn't know nothing about them, Thanks to Haider it took me an hour to know every thing about the LandRovers he is very knowledgeable when it come to foreign cars specially Land Rovers,i did my search after couple days got the car i had that car for 3 years now never had a problem with it beside a suspension pomp which is a common problem with that truck, the last car i got was BMW X3 just recently and I'm Very pleased with my purchase.
