These guys are the guys you want to tow your car if it s lowered, modified, or expensive car you d want taken care of the way you would on the way to the shop. I was denied by cars plus as they said it would be a loss of money for them, but these awesome guys came to the rescue and took amazing care of my vehicle as if it was his own brought all the right tool for the job and everything. Not to mention how professional, helpful and careful he was with my vehicle. Even called me when he got to the shop because it was closed an wanted to make sure it was okay to leave it where he did. Amazing service thank you dukes would ve been stranded if it wasn t for you guys.

Best place to get any repairs done my buddy had his exhaust done n had no issues so I had mine as well n other stuff they told me when to drop it off n called when it was done very professional id go back n refer all friends n family.

Very nice people, great atmosphere, figured out possibilities for what is wrong with my car and give me instructions for what to do next. 10 out of 10 would use as my primary mechanic.

Woah amazing job. My car was fully stuck jammed between 2 rocks. One wheel dangling in the air. Anthony took the time to maneuver it for the least amount of damage possible. He was patient, but speedy, listened to feedback and explained what he was doing. Couldn't ask for a better tow service. 100% recommend.

Had to get my car towed all of a sudden almost twenty miles from home. Anthony arrived asap and immediately knew exactly what was wrong. He was friendly and courteous. A consummate professional!

This is literally the worst shop ever to exist. They charged me $121 to do an oil change and I watched them look at my car for a half hour and on top of that was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place to any one unless you want to be overcharged for work that cost less from a dealership.

These guys know bmws. I have a 09 BMW 335i great car but very needy of a first rate mechanic and dukes provides that. Great guys great service.

Charged me a lot of money to not fix my car. When instead should have told me over the phone to take it to someone who CAN work on it in the first place.Big waste of my time and money.Do not recommend.

They bent over backwards to accommodate my car needs. It was an expensive repair so I had to wait to save the money but what a relief when it was done.
