Honestly if I could give negative stars I would!!! Hands down the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. My vehicle was looked at towards the end of June with an estimate given in about 15 minutes. I scheduled the appointment that day for mid July because that's when the part's would arrive, which was fine because I completely understood that things were delayed due to shipping/availability. When I arrived for my appointment another review of the vehicle was done by the supervisor Lenny and I was told no problem this should be an easy job, We should have it done within a week. I was told that I would be updated by texts and phone calls with progress updates, along with when I would be able to pickup the vehicle. During this time I was driving a rental that I was paying 20 percent of because my insurance only covers 80 and only covers for 28 days. I booked the rental for the end of the following week thinking that would be enough time but soon I would realize that this process would be much longer then a week. Over the next 18 days I got multiple texts daily saying your car is on track to be completed on time, we should be done by end of the week, you car is scheduled to be completed by July 31st ( not end of the week by the way ) in fact it was not until august that picked the car up. Every time I called it was the same thing Lenny is on brake you will get a call back, we need a few more days etc. Finally after getting quite upset on the phone stating that I had a rental car and a full time job and could not wait until 4pm on the day of to extend the length of my rental each time the pickup date got extended. Finally I had enough I called, I was angry and probably a little rude to someone that had no control over the situation. I wanted answers of when I could expect my car and miraculously I got a call back saying it would be ready that day after previously being told that it was still in pieces in the shop. Well guess what...... it wasn't ready!!!!! I was given a new estimate with new charges for things that were never done, parts were put on that were incorrect for my style vehicle, paint had runs and chips, the car was filled with dust and dirt. I was furious but I'm a female so I was brushed off. It was not until I went to another shop and had them list everything that was not fixed/still wrong and have my fiance call them back that it was fixed. Oh and the shop I took it to used to manage that location so he knew the managers and workers there as well. When I brought the car back I was given a courtesy rental while the repairs took place, however it was the same situation again. We had to call to get updates on when it would be finished after a week went by with no updates. Once again it was miraculously finished the day we called so we went the next day to get it and still it had scuff marks and was filthy in the inside. We asked for the manager who proceeded to brush us off and argue that the car was fine with no issues and stated that they don't clean card there!! She then rolled her eyes said they will wipe it down and buff the scratch and never came back out. Please please please do not give them any buisness!!!! You will regret it, I promise you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber did a great job on a pretty bad car accident (2 doors basically couldn t open due to being hit). They communicated throughout with updates, the people at the front desk were always nice, the people who did the work did a bang up job (pun intended). Highly recommend.

Kingston NY location. But i would never use any of their locations again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this repair shop. The photos reflect how they tried to give my vehicle back to me and were satisfied with their work. They could not provide old parts as requested upon drop off. They kept my vehicle another 2 weeks and miraculously came up with the parts. They had my vehicle a total of 1 month for a simple bumper paint job. The bumper still isn't installed correctly as I can see the tabs. They had to transport it to another location for paint. Should have told me that from the beginning that was your only job. The first 2 weeks I got updates every few days then dead silence. Didn't even respond to text messages, I had to call. This was not quality work at all.

My vehicle was plowed into by another vehicle and both doors on the passenger side were dented & mangled.From the initial interaction with Ivy the receptionist to meeting my tech, John, for the estimate, I am more than satisfied at my entire experience with Caliber Collision.John sent text updates throughout the duration of the repair schedule and him & his crew even finished the repairs five days ahead of schedule!When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed, thoroughly cleaned & sanitized & smelled wonderful!I am amazed at the efficiency, professionalism & accomodations Caliber Collision put forth to make my very stressful situation, tolerable.Thank you to the technicians & staff at this location. I was completely satisfied with the whole process of restoring my 2006 to new again. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Brandon put me at ease right at the start. I got updates throughout the whole process and my vehicle was completed on the day promised. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless operation.

I got work done on my car here through an insurance claim from the other drivers insurance. I was very nervous about this being a super difficult process, but they made it so easy. They dealt with insurance, dealt with the car rental place, always kept me informed and were always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using them again if needed!

They turned an awful experience into a great experience. This winter I was hit by another car while I was stopped at a stop sign. My bumper and grill were destroyed in the accident. Having never been in an accident before, my insurance company suggested I call Caliber Collision and i m so glad I did. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the service crew are extremely friendly and very helpful. When I dropped my vehicle off I was offered snacks and drinks, and the man that would be working on my car actually walked me next door to Enterprise to make sure they had a rental car for me. That was very impressive. I got almost daily updates (which is fabulous). They kept me up to date all along the way. When I got my car back it looked brand new! I m so happy. In summary it has been a very frustrating experience working with this company, and they still have my vehicle btw. My vehicle has been with them since about January 3 (over 1.5 months). There was a lot of front end damage which they fixed within about 3 weeks and had to send to the local dealership for a computer issue. Got it back just about at 30 days, however the car wouldn t accelerate. So we brought it back where this issue was fixed in about a week. My wife pointed out that there was a fresh scratch that Caliber apparently missed during their inspection so that had to get repaired. They have had the vehicle for about 2 weeks now from the dealer and I still have to call to get updates. Meanwhile my inspection is due at the end of February while they have sat on my vehicle this long. I call to get an update and wait online for over 30 minutes. Brian, the guy who is handling my vehicle repair says he will call and update and never does and frankly sound like he hates his job and doesn t care about his customers. He keeps moving the goalpost of when my vehicle will be ready. It s a good thing I have a company car that I can use while my car is in the shop or I would be out of luck. The staff at Caliber are great. The intake process is fast and smooth. The technicians inspect your car right away and any damage is recorded.They give you a detailed itemized estimate that is fair and let's you know how effort it will take to fix the damage. Good, fast customer service and fair market prices. Overall, a good find.

My honda crv was brought here for body work after a recent collision. Bryan was my service advisor and was great. The work was spot on, in fact my car looked better after the repairs then prior to the accident. I was extremely happy with their service and on time estimate. Caliber Collison was wonderful. Ivey, Courtney and John went above and beyond to help me navigate the claims processes with both my insurance company and my warranty company, even when it got aggravating. Very grateful for their help! My car looked and ran like new when I got it back. I had no expreience dealing with auto shops before this. All I know is that: They were very booked, so I waited a fews weeks to bring in the car; they were efficient when I checked in, arranged for the insurance coverage and for the rental car next door; the repair was done well, on time, and at the price they told me and the insurance co. The customer rep, Brian, was funny and nice. What more could you ask?Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to the Kingston caliber location. Chris the manger did a great job keeping me updated. Shortage in availability of parts kept delaying repair. But he covered my rental when it went past the insurance coverage. With everything I have gone through with this location I would NEVER use Caliber again. My vehicle was hit while parked and the other drivers insurance company sent me here. Every single thing has taken longer than they said it would now it's been over 6 months since the accident almost and they are finally installing the windshield on my truck, I was scheduled today for an 11am appointment only to still be here at 4pm waiting for my truck to be ready, 5 hours for a windshield is ridiculous. I grew up in a local mom and pop mechanic shop and know that windshields only take 1.5 hours with wait time for setting. Here to find out the glass place wasn't even scheduled to come put my window in until 1pm and then didn't show up until after 3pm and the only response is sorry. If you need your vehicle repaired in a timely manner absolutely go somewhere else, your time doesn't matter to Caliber.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of immediately with professional customer service firstly from Courtney then from Brian my assigned mechanic. They were thorough in explaining the repair work to be informed and I was kept updated with text messages the entire time. Very impressed with the end result and all the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Kingston, NYService: Body & Trim
