Bob s is great. I ve had them work on a couple of vehicles over the last 4 years and the prices are fair and they take good care of the cars. Make sure to call and make an appointment, they are busy these days, and deservedly.

Very bad experience here. They replaced my transmission and all seemed okay but then it leaked. I took it back and said the repair should be covered as they did the work but they said no and charged me to fix their mistake. And it still leaked after I paid them to fix it! Took to the dealer who said they did an awful job, the whole gasket was missing and there s was a free bolt that had come loose. Showed the dealer paperwork to Bob s son and demanded a refund for their fees to fix at least and he never made any effort to make it right; only denied they ever made any mistake. They also charged me for a $1000+ job that I didn t agree to do so in the end they cost me maybe $2000s of wasted money and a ton of stress. Finally I sent a woman there early on who said she was also treated poorly and had a similar experience with their work and shady way of operating. BEWARE! I would file a BBB complaint but don t want to keep thinking about this fiasco. I know there are a lot of good reviews here and don t know why some people would get good service when other people get such bad service, but that was my experience awful. I will never get the money back.

I have been with Bob for years never cheated myself,or anyone I sent to him they are still on the road, and haven't complain yet!! His team is the best!!!!!!! ,you won't go wrong if they can't repair it he will let you know, l thank you BOb's for EXCELLENT IN SERVICE,

The owner is a fantastic person had my daughter's car in and out very fair on price my car just recently broke down as well had it towed to him he took care of everything runs fantastic now hands down very nice gentleman

My first experience with Bob's and he was very quick to respond. I called to have my ac compressor replaced, very honest, reasonable price. They made my appointment the very next day. Great customer service. Trustworthy place to bring your car! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

John is an absolute top notch mechanic with years of experience. I took my classic car in for a tune up and he absolutely transformed it. They do great work for a fair price. His shop is clean and he tells you exactly how it is, no BS! Anything from modern imports to classic domestics, these guys got it.

The Guys at Bob's Automotive are good at what they do and charge what i think is very fair for there years of experience and talent. I bring my personal Vehicles and my Work Vehicles to them. They Understand that My Vans and Trucks are my livelihood and make sure that they will not break down on me in the field. This guy is REALLY GOOD. I had an estimate for 1300 from another shop for Power Steering rack that couldnt do the work for at least a month. I took my car to Bobs and he only charged me 697!! Im a customer for life now.

Bobs is a great shop he does great work...he is very fair and professional.....I was out of town qhen I had a eater pump fail and I dropped it on Tuesday picked up Friday in time to head home....thank you Bob I would use them again

I was in Kingston today for a work meeting when my car suddenly started making an awful sound. I asked some locals in the meeting for a recommendation to a local and trustworthy repair shop and three people immediately recommend Bob's. While the work took a bit of time (hey, I kind of randomly showed up) they kept in touch, explained the issue, and got the work done at a very fair price. Nobody likes emergency car repairs, but I'm glad I ended up at the right place.

Reliable and reasonable. Bob takes real great care of his clients. He garuntees his work, takes his time, and does right by people. If you are in hurry go else where. If you are patient and the type of person that maintains a good relationship with your mechanic than I recommend trying him out. Bob is very down to earth, and always willing to meet you in the middle. He won't waste your time or your money, which is a rare thing these days.

When I brought my car to Bob's with battery issues, I expected it to get fixed. After spending hundreds on a new alternator, I brought it home, problem seemingly solved. Unfortunately, two days later, the car would once again not start, and after getting a jump, was clearly undrivable with the power to the lights, engine, steering and breaks, pulsing and inconsistent. I called to report the issue and ask for a tow, I mean how could they have sent me home with an even worse problem than I had before? A few days later, I was told it was likely a battery issue and upon settlement of the bill, I was charged for the tow. Of course I protested, why is it my responsibility to pay for a tow after they sent me home with a broken vehicle? His response: "How could I have known you had battery issues when we gave it back to you?" HELLO?! That's why I brought it in to begin with. I won't be returning and I urge you to AVOID this money pit at all costs!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Everytime I've gone to Bob he has either not fixed the problem I came in with and I'm out hundreds of dollars or actually caused more problems to my car. He is not friendly and unwilling to explain things to the customer if you have any questions. Will never return.

Gaslights customers into thinking they made a mistake when it s actually the fault of the mechanic s rushed and faulty service. Rude and inconsiderate of peoples schedules. Makes promises they can t keep.

Honest fair and affordable, after dealing with nightmares at meineke and monro-bob was a dream come true! Im not scared to bring my car to the shop anymore...he always fixes it right the first time and gives me a great price.

Awesome. Had a screw in my tire and Bob told me to come right over. Put a plug in it and charged me 10.00.in and out in 20 minutes.

Dropped the car off for inspection he said it would take time then get a phone call saying car did not pass inspection and he wants 170$ for labor.. I do not recommend this place for anyone.. I would never take my car there again..
