This review is in reference to a gentleman by the name of, James, that works in the Kingston NY location. After receiving eight wrong parts for my vehicle, (which was my fault), I was stranded several towns away, while the mechanic had my vehicle on the lift, and attempting to make all repairs necessary. I placed a call to the store, and James absolutely went above and beyond to get me the correct parts for my vehicle. Not only did James get the correct parts for my vehicle but, he arranged to have them delivered to the mechanic at no cost, and also pick up the wrong parts and exchange them. Because of this employees attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond his duties and, give special attention to my problem, I was able to have my car repaired on time and back to me by the end of the day while I was out working myself. James and, this particular location will always have my business, and I will forever speak highly of this employee and his courteous and prompt attention to help me with my problem.

I always had good service at this store but this last transaction they really went above and beyond what any other local store has done in the past for me. I can't say enough other than THANK YOU to the entire staff!

Went to two different stores for a jeep washer nozzle. At the second they said they can order one for me, but not to my door. I ordered on Amazon before leaving the store.

Absolute horrible service. The place is run by trashy people that the minute they know theyve done wrong they become irrate and start making personal comments about the person who caught them in their error. I was told to leave the store after I demanded these people to correct an issue. The chick literally said, i just chose a part and wished it the best. Like are we serious? The task was simple... pull a warranty from a part i bought not even 3 months ago and refund me the money i spent on it... well no, this chick just decided to click a part bought in November of last year! So now my money is completely lost because i no longer use the card they sent it to. She even made a comment "not everyone that comes in here uses so many cards.. i wish i had lost control.. i really do. These people are the worst and i would NEVER recommend them to anyone..

This store needs to train and work with the employees to help them understand what the customers need or are looking for. Sheryl was the only person who understood what we needed and where the product was on the shelf. There was a funky smell in the store unsure what it was.

Needed a spark plug, computer said they had 3, I only needed 1. They had none and the 3/8 drive 13/16" socket I needed there weren't any. They had the 7/8" sockets hanging from thereEdit- 1/1/2024 had the Motorcraft spark plugs I needed

This store has been consistently good for a typical auto parts retail chain. It offers everything you would expect from that kind of store including knowledgeable staff who are willing to be helpful.You can access the store's parking by turning at the traffic light onto Home Depot's access road. Then use the first right to turn into the small shopping center's parking lot, which is where this Auto Zone is located.

Great & there when we needed them! My car's battery died very late in the evening. We got there 8 minutes to closing and staff were friendly, helpful, and got us back on the road.

Terrible customer service. Bought defective Bosch wiper blade. Was told it had to be old because rubber fell off. Brought in next day. Then was told nothing they could do because receipt had hole in bar code. Really. Awful. Never again

Not great but not horrible. Staff was all behind the counter so had to get someone's attention to get assistance. Got what I needed. This is tye first auto zone experience I had where nobody offered to help me put the item on my car.

Taft J. was awesome! He changed the battery in my key fob and was super in answering my questions and giving solid advice about spark plugs and wratchet sets.

I wanna give a big shout out to Joe from autozone thank you so much for replacing my wiper blades out for me when another one of your associates would not come out and change them for me. We were in the middle of an ice storm and my wiper blades were not up to part because of all the ice. And one associate told me no they would not help me help me and that they were not doing wiper blades. Joe came out and changed my wiper blades without him I would not have made it home safely. Without him my kids would be After mother and their father because I could not see to drive home. Thank you Joe so much. He deserves more than 5 stars and that is why I am giving a 5 star rating is because of Joe Bonelli.

I had not been in this store before, I usually go to a different auto parts place down the road, but decided to try them, my mistake, I had to stand at counter quite a while before someone decided they wanted to help me, there were employees walking around, and there were a few people waiting behind me also. Asked if they had item, he didn't understand, he was not very pleasant, then said probably in aisle 5, like I was bothering him, some assistance would have been nice... I looked myself, had trouble finding them..... Will not go to any AutoZone store again....

I was looking for headlights for my car. They were out of stock and check their other stores, but they were also out of stock. They even suggested I check with their competition and gave me the address. That's great service!

There is a big sign that says "masks must be worn to enter" I think okay they are going to enforce the masks cool. The second I walk in every single employee has their mask down WHILE HELPING CUSTOMERS I immediately walked out

These guys are fast, they know what they're talking about, and can get almost any part you need. I come in here a lot to get oil, filters, various shop tools, and they always hook me up. Plus, they recognize first responders... 5/5 stars, they totally deserve it.

Walked up to the counter, there were 5 guys standing around talking in the back, one made eye contact with me and proceeded to talk with the other employees. I had to wait 15 minutes till someone decided to stop talking and help me. I will not be back.
