I feel absolutely blessed to have found Alex and Affordable Cars, after my college-age daughter had spent three fruitless months searching online for a reliable used car within her budget. Alex worked diligently, patiently, and with bottomless kindness and flexibility to put my daughter in a safe car (with a new radio!) that she could afford. He even handled all the DMV and title paperwork for her, while she was swamped with finals. It's absolutely true that the outside of a used car matters less than the inside of the person from whom you buy it -- and Alex is solid gold.

I was looking to sell my car and buy a little bit newer, used car and came across Alex online and read his great reviews. I can t even describe how helpful he was to me. He explain step-by-step, how to sell my car privately . Because I hadn t done it in about 30 years and I didn t know what to do. So far I have not bought a car from him . But I would in a second if he had the exact car I wanted. He said I was particular, and he is right. I am very particular about certain things like the upholstery things like that that don t matter to other people- maybe. Anyway, all the reviews are true. He s an amazing person so helpful, I would absolutely trust him to buy a car there. And absolutely no Hard sell at all. He just wants what s best for everybody and I m so glad I met him. Plus, he has great cars. A++

This place is awesome! To start, staff was kind and helpful. It was nice to feel comfortable, at what can be such a stressful and overwhelming time. Alex was completely committed to getting my family into the right vehicle, the best budgeted plan, and in a timely matter. It was a great experience. Very prompt clear communication. Drove 3 hours. Vehicle was exactly as described. Alex was very kind and friendly. We were able to take plenty of time looking at the vehicle and took a test run. Alex was very laid back with zero pressure or fast talk selling. Ultimately decided vehicle was not quite what we wanted and after giving us a good deal of his time despite not making the sale Alex told us to go have lunch at this great little spot and he called ahead and picked up the tab. Great experience with a really sweet guy. Highly recommend

Alex is not like your usual car dealer, he takes his time to make sure you get a vehicle that fits you. He's thorough and professional. And works hard to fit your budget. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to deal with a pushy, money hungry dealer looking for a commission. Buy from Affordable Cars Alex will not disappoint you!

I came here a few weeks ago in search of an suv for my family. Came upon a great Nissan Rogue & an absolute great deal. It had a minor issue that was addressed & fixed immediately. Alex isn't one of those money hungry dealers, he cares about every single person that comes to him. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the market for buying a car.

We drove out from NYC, so worth the drive! Alex was so friendly and helpful. When he found a minor issue, he refused to let us have th we car until it was perfect. He bought us lunch and paid $$ make things right. We came back and my daughter he's the perfect car.

I bought several cars for myself and my children from Alex at Affordable Cars. I always had a good experience before I purchased and afterwards. He was always professional, curtious, honest and fair. Not like other used car dealerships. If I had a concern or a problem he would take care of it. I would highly recommend buying from here!

They told me because I had an emergency with my epileptic son and couldn t come in to do paper work that they wouldn t sell me a car. Sounds like shady business to me.Edit to add: I never specified which car I was interested in cause I never saw any cars. Applied for a loan to see if I d be approve before seeing any car!

I called to inquire about one of their cars and the man hung up on me. How are they running a business like this? I would never buy a car from this dealership. Affordable cars, yeah right.

Learned the hard way about the pitfalls buying off a used lot. I thought I did the proper research and history check but in the end I was sold a rebuilt car that had seen multiple accidents. The car broke down on me the day i drove it off the lot, had it towed & repaired before i could even get home. They were less than sympathetic once they had my money; avoiding calls, they would do or say nothing in writing/email(shady). What followed was month after month of new problems that ultimately cost me about half the value of what I paid for the car. They'll try to sell you a "warranty" from a third party in an attempt to ad more value, but not once was the warranty honored or applicable. In the end I sold it off at a huge loss just to get it out of my life. Buyer beware. This was 2 years ago, I'm only sharing now because the trauma of the experience has finally subsided. Avoid the nightmare and buy from a trusted/certified re-seller.

I got a used 12 Hyundai, the car drives excellent, Alex helped me with the papers, I didn t have to go to DMV to get registration.Very happy the the purchase. I recommend this place.

Alex went out of his way to get me my 2005 GMC pickup I went to other dealerships and they didn't even try to help me not only is he a great person but a great business man I would recommend any body to buy a vehicle from him

This place takes advantage of people and rips them off. I highly suggest you find an honest dealership and not fall into the trap, that is affordable cars . The owner dishonest and lies, he will be taken to court very soon.

My car died and needed a car right away. They got me the financing I needed and got me into a car right away. This is the second car I purchased from them. They re great! I ll be getting my 3rd car from them soon!
