First time camping at Keuka Lake State Park. We got a Rv site and it was nice big and private and most sites in our loop appear similar. Lots of trees surrounding the sites. Campground is very quiet, we didn't notice many kids....just ours and maybe a few others. Lots of dogs, very dog friendly. I recommend it, I thought it was a great little campground.Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly? Even had dogs on beach and playing in water

We chose this area for our weekend away and it was definitely worth it. Very respectful staff. Well maintained park and grounds. A great amount of wildlife in the area and the lake is beautiful!Playground: Age-friendly equipment and easily accessible. The field allowed for good photo ops.Restrooms: Very clean restrooms on site.

We had an awesome time camping here. It made an excellent jumping off point for everything we wanted to see. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. A word of caution though. We were in site number 61. This camp site has an oak tree that apparently caterpillars love to eat. I don't know what it would be like at other times of the year, but in the beginning of June there were so many caterpillars in our site that it looked like the ground was moving. My tent & all our belongings were covered in caterpillars & their droppings. Other sites were fine as they were more open or had different types of trees.

We spent 10 days here in our trailer and it was really nice. The campsites are large, flat and not on top of each other. Some sites have electricity but ours didn't, which was OK because our site, like most of them, was nice and sunny so we were able to quickly recharge our batteries using solar. The park is very well maintained and the bathrooms are new and clean. There is a nice little beach, boat launch and picnic area, but it is a mile down a steep hill from the campground so it's a good walk. The clientele is good; people were quiet and everyone was courteous. The only complaint was that there should be paths from the campsites to the bathroom. We were behind the bathroom but the woods were between us and it so it was a 1/4 mile walk around the campground loop to get there. The campsite next to us had a mowed path directly to the bathroom, but alas, people were camping there. Getting to the bathroom, especially at night, was a drag.

We were camping for the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised with our visit Keuka Lake State Park. It was clean and not overly busy. The grounds were better kept than most of the other state campgrounds I've been at.There is a boat dock and launch area, playground, trails, and three camping loops. Some sites have electric and some don't. They do have good separation with plants or trees between most sites which was great. Gives you a little more privacy. We will certainly return. Close to the wine trail and not too from town. There is a small grocery store and restaurant just up the road. Esperanza Mansion is located right across the street.

Great Campground. Beautiful views nice trails. Nice boat launch but we couldn't find a place to launch kayaks so we went towards Branchport launched at the fishing access in Sugar Creek and paddled up to the lake. Very enjoyable. Campground restroom/showers are very nice but a long hike from most sites. Sites are nicely situated for privacy.

So glad we found this place when searching for places to camp in the Finger Lakes area! Really nice campgrounds! And the price can't be beat either. The area is beautiful, nice playground and beach area for the entire family. Access to the lake for kayaking is easy too. We'll be back often, even though we're from Cheektowaga. Love it!

We are tent campers and this campground is definitely geared more towards the RV and Boat crowd, but despite that, we found the campground quiet with large sites. We took a nice little hike down to the beach and back via the trail that had a small little cemetery. The playgrounds are great if you have kids (or the young at heart) and it is conveniently located close to wineries and lovely small towns.

We were very impressed with this park! Went in early October, so the beach was closed, but the whole beach area was very nice with lots of room for picnicing, etc. We were happy with our campsite in Twin Fawn loop, and were thinking as we walked around and checked out the other loops that if we had ended up with any of the other sites, we didn't see one we would have been too disappointed in (we did it "blind" via Reserve America and had never been here). All good sized, lots of greenery, and none that had too wet spots that we saw.The bathrooms in the loops were nice, clean and conveniently located. We didn't have any littles with us this time, but the playgrounds looked very cool! A few of the newer style playgrounds, with some old school adult-size swings, too! The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly, tooWe also had someone bring a boat for the day, and the slips that are available down at the boat launch would be very convenient for anyone camping for a weekend or longer with a boat. The lake itself is beautiful to tool around, as well. We didn't get a chance to check out the trails people mentioned, but we did see where two of them headed down towards the lake from Twin Fawn loop. Next time! :)Overall, a neat little park that I can't believe we had never been to. $19 per night is a steal as far as I'm concerned! We'll be back!

Very clean facilities, beautiful sites with trees between for maximum privacy, friendly workers, gorgeous lakeside area for everyone to enjoy. Such a treat! We stayed in the Esperanza loop and enjoyed petting all the puppy dogs staying there!

I have been a couple times now to the beach/playground area. Its very clean and my kids love the playground. Very pretty view. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the beach area. Its like tiny gravel not sand like most NY park beaches. And while walking in the water it is rough bc of the rocks. I feel like the swimming area should be bigger too. I will definitely be back but just wish they could change that so kids could actually play on the beach..

We enjoyed the park & beach a lot. Beautiful little spot, not too crowded, lots of wide open space, picnic tables & grills, benches, bathrooms, well kept/very clean, great playground, & a decent lil chunk of beach with lifeguard/s. Fyi- No floaties/flotation devices allowed in the swimming area unless they're coast guard approved (which it would say on it, if it is), & no diving masks that cover the nose. Goggles are ok. Also, the "sand" is like microgravel, not real sand. & I'd recommend wearing water shoes or Crocs. Once you get to the water line it's all rocks on the bottom of the swim area, that do not feel very good on the feet, making it a bit painful to enter or exit the water. There is a roped in shallow section & a deeper section behind it, also. Dog friendly. $7 entry fee (state park). Definitely a great spot, that's not overcrowded or touristy.

Love this park. We camped in the twin fawns loop. The site numbering system is screwy. You need a passenger to read the numbers on the ground if you are camping on the passenger side of the campgrounds. But the sites are great, tons of room. They were out mowing and making everything look great.

Great private sites and a very nice bathroom facility. By far the best kept and most private state park camp site our family has stayed at.

Beautiful park with a nice beach/shore line and plenty of picnic areas. Restrooms were very clean as were the grounds. They have a sectioned off area for swimming with a lifeguard stand (not sure if it's in service with COVID currently).

Beautiful walking and hiking trails. On the lake. We walked our dogs there every day that we stayed in the area. There is also camping, a boat launch, picnic areas and a lake beach. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoorsy people.

We camp often and I'd say our campsite was one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed in. Wildflowers, a big willow tree, a nice, level grassy site for pitching your tent, with some bushes and trees in between sites to maintain privacy. Walking trails right from the camping loop to the lake. The lake beach area is great with beautiful views, bathrooms, a huge, new playground for the kids, grills, lifeguards. Fantastic state park to camp in!

Beautiful place. Our site was nice only issue was it was a lil rutted up but not major. Not full hook up but our site had electricity. We filled up prior to coming but there were spigots around not any close to our site but the map is detailed so you can see. The dump station had only 2 spots so with a park like this where everyone has to dump they should consider putting in at least 2 more making it less painful and stressful for people. Didn t use the restrooms but the outside appearance seemed nice..Playground: Playground in camping area was nice if you have kids at the beach it was outlined with boulders which kids climb and run I see a accident happening on them but my opinion only.Dog-friendliness: Dogs allowed with a leash and updated rabies.Picnic area: Went to the beach area to check it out great picnic spots and family friendly

While the grounds are very nice and the facilities are good, the people staying in the campground while we were there were outrageously thoughtless and rude with their dogs. Having stayed in dozens of campgrounds across America, no other campground has been anywhere near as blighted with barking dogs. We were amazed at how irresponsible folks in this campground were.

We used the upper part of the pavilion for a family reunion. The building was great. It had a refrigerator and lots of picnic tables. The fireplace and balcony were especially nice features. The playground was right near the pavilion and all our kids from 4 to 11 all had a good time on the slides and other apparatus.

I love this beach. I just wish the people who went would respect the peace and relaxation of others but that's anywhere I suppose
