If you live near here you probably already know Dan his crew are top-notch but if you don't it's worth traveling to them. The work is excellent and they stand behind everything. I'm glad i have them to count on for great prices and reliable work. Can not recommend them enough

Went to Ron s with a problem getting my hood open. They diagnosed the problem, and told me they could fix it with the right parts, just needed to be ordered and they would get back to me. Never called. Finally, after 3 weeks, I called them. They said they would find out what was going on and get back to me. That was over a week ago, and still haven t heard back. If they were unable to fix my car for whatever reason, they should ve told me. Very unprofessional.

My family and I are vacationing in NY and our truck gave us a lot of trouble hundreds of miles away from home (NH). The folks at Ron's Auto were very kind, and started diagnostic work right away on our truck knowing what kind of bind we were in. Went above and beyond to help us quickly get back to enjoying our vacation. I just brought my Chevy Silverado 1500 to Ron s to have an oil leak fixed they told me the valve cover, the power steering line, and a radiator line was to blame. This was a $990 dollar fix. As it was just oil leaking from my car and all other fluid levels had remained the same for a year I was skeptical. I asked them to please make sure that something was actually leaking before they made the fix. The owner assured me they had found the problem. So I had the work done. This took them over to weeks to diagnose and 4 days to fix. I drove the truck for a day then went on vacation, when I returned a week later the truck was still leaking just as much oil as it had been decode I brought it to Ron s. I brought the truck back to them so that they could find the problem. They had the truck underbody thoroughly cleaned and injected an oil due to find the leak. After 2 days of it sitting there, they have told me that it is coming from their intake manifold and that it would be another $460 to fix. Upon explaining that I had just paid $1000 to have this exact problem fixed and that it doesn t seem right that I would have to pay to fix it again, they told me there was nothing they could do for me on the price. This shop does very slow work and clearly has trouble identifying vehicle problems, and worst of all they do not stand behind their work. I do not recommend this shop.

Did not use their service. Stopped by and asked about our RV that was down the road with an issue. Took the time to at least try and send us in the right direction for a possible fix. Much appreciated. They are very professional.

My wife and I have had occasion to use Ron's on a couple of occasions. They've always been very easy to schedule, very efficient, and cost less than many other garages in the area, even when (as on one occasion) they were doing a repair that another garage had said couldn't be done except by a dealership. Can't recommend more highly--best of the locals by far.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

The clutch went in my 2013 Jeep. Everyone at Ron's went out of their way to get it back to me fast. He also changed fluids in my transmission and fixed my tire pressure sensors. Dan and they guys are amazing. THANK YOU. I will definitely be back with new issues that arise .

GO HERE!! Don't go anywhere else! They're fantastic, through and through. Professional and personable, extremely knowledgeable, timely and patient, with great communication to boot!! This garage is awesome. They've worked with my car from h*ll figuring out and repairing everything to get it running smoothly. Absolutely amazing service. Before I moved out of Accord this was the only shop I used for many years . EVER since I moved from out of the area then out of the country I miss going in for repairs or just to bs with Ron and the crew that worked there ....great prices good info good people would highly recommend ....hell Ron only charged me $150 to tow my car from Berkshire Mass to AccordServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake replacement

I had a brake failure pulling my 40 trailer. These guys took care of it with a good price. They accommodate me and my family to park our trailer in their property and provide electricity for us free of charge. These guys are great!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I broke down just before dark on route 209 in Kerhonkson, which is about an hour from where I live. Ron's was the nearest auto service to where I was, so I called them for a tow. They dispatched a tow truck immediately and had my truck in their shop within minutes. They fixed my truck the next day and also did my NY State Inspection while it was there. They were more than fair with their prices on my repair and everyone was friendly and professional. I cannot say how pleased I was with the service I received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of service on their car or truck. Thank you Ron, Adam and Matt.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We are not from the area and we came upon Ron's Auto Repair. After an attempted adventure on a rocky road leading to a trail opening leading to Vernooykill Falls, a bear crossing our path, and bottoming out our Corolla, we were in need of help with a gas tank shield hanging from the bottom of our car. We had a 2 hour drive back to Long Island and Ron's Auto Repair quickly accommodated us. They were honest, friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. They gave us peace of mind for our trip back home. Thank you so much for your help!

A true small town repair shop like the ones I remember from back when. Glad to have them in my area. Anyone else would have found a way to charge me out the Yen-Yang for helping me with my little, foreign sport coupe. Ron and company are just honest, skilled mechanics. Two thumbs up!

Great work, great people, and well knowledgable. Got my 99 cherokee some fresh a/c, finally figured my a/c issue out, and now there's nice cool air. I Recommend these guys

Fly bye night mechanics..payed for work that was never done had my SUV for a month..and the work was not done right..had to pay another mechanic to do it right..NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!
