Bought a jump pack new from the store because my old one failed, charged it put it in a case, the next week took it out to use because I needed it and it would not work. Stopped back to the store with the item explained the issue and was met with no Received no Help. Autozone keep file on all purchases because of this with a phone number. The place is in the stone age and sold me a broken item I explained I could show the purchase on my card as it was just a few days prior and was told I could not be helped do your self a favor shop else where. All I wanted was a new jump pack not money back.......

Went in to the store looking for what I needed and couldn t find it on the shelves. Stood at the counter for help and was completely ignored, until another customer came up behind me with arms full of stuff and then the person behind the counter asked if they needed help. I ended up walking out. Worst customer service.

Napa in kerhonkson N.Y route 209 bought a couple of things and got charged twice on my card went to the store the next day and was told that they couldn't refund my money to call their district manager and maybe get store credit don't want credit because will never shop there again so i have other options had to give 1 star to rigt a review never shop there auto

I called prior to going to the store. Staff wasn't able to find what I was looking for, so I brought the damaged item with me. Staff took the time to search similar item and lo and behold; my car AC was back in action right in their parking lot.

I went in looking for a possible tool for my rear diff fill plug. They told me what I need and were very helpful with advice. Great service, great place.

Great knowledgeable staff had a problem with my truck they pointed me in the right direction on where the problem might be in that was right on what they said they could have sold me another piece that I didn't need but they said wait and try fixing it the easy way great place

I have seen the same employees working at this NAPA for many years. They seem very knowledgeable about their work though I don't know any of them.

I like this NAPA Auto parts store . Compared to other stores staff know their stuff plus they have what I need and I like the hours they are open compared to other locations
