Dave was the mechanic who picked up and worked on our 19 year old Cub Cadet. Bill made the contact calls and explained the services needed and Bill Jr was helpful when I called to followup. Very personable, very informative. I didn't feel the markup on parts was extravangant when I checked on line and the the labor costs were fair. Highly recommend Arroway Tractor Katonah for your lawnmower/garden equipment/tractor needs! Excellent and timely service, helpful and informative staff and prices more than fair.

Thank you Dave & Arroway Tractor for coming out to the house to see why our portable generator was leaking! We hadn't used it in over a year and when we turned it on it leaked gasoline. Apparently the problem was not using it for a year - Dave made sure it was working properly & safely and didn't charge us for the house call since they had previously repaired the generator. Now that's great customer service!!

The owner was super helpful when I needed to track down a power cable for my external generator. I had called earlier and he said he d hold the last one he had for me. I rushed right over! Would definitely recommend them.

I dropped off my hedge trimmer for a warranty inspection. when I called 2 weeks later, they said everything had been fixed and was ready to pick up. so I drove one hour, but suddenly the guy said the warranty didn't cover it, and they asked me $65.I argued with him, I dropped off my tool for warranty inspection(or warranty repair), not the maintenance. I did not receive any phone call/email regarding paid maintenance but he threatened me he will put my hedge trimmer back if I did not pay him.It may not be a lot of money, but I felt really bad for not even making an apology. by writing this review, I hope that there are no other victims than me.

Refused to take back a faulty product they sold me, stubborn. I'm very hurt and disappointed with them. No more shopping at mom & pop stores for me. They are too expensive, not as understanding and don't offer the great return policies places like Home Depot, Walmart or Amazon offers.

I won t be using any other place than Arroway. This place is amazing! Bill and the staff are always helpful and they are very knowledgeable, you can trust this place for sales and service! I highly recommend it, I bought a couple machines from them and had my ride on mower worked on a couple times as well.

I recently had my snowblower serviced at Arroway. The price was reasonable, but the reason for my review was what happened when I showed up to pick it up with my three kids in tow (all under 5 at the time). I gave my last name and my boys started climbing on the RTVs and playing around in the store. After about 5 minutes I started wondering where the man was. Next thing you know I looked outside and he had just finished loading my snow blower into the bed of my pickup. Now realize that he never asked which truck was mine and I didn't even realize he saw me pull in. I went out to thank him and he responded with "you had your hands full with the kids so I thought I would load it up for you". I guess my takeaway is there are numerous places that can service a machine, but that extra effort & service go a long way in my opinion. Wish I had the gentleman's name to personally give him the credit he is due. Highly recommend!

Bill Wood and the staff at Arroway are great. Whether sharpening a saw blade or seeking a new Kubota, they are attentive and looking out for the customer's best interests.

Nice shop good inventory good service went there about 30 years ago with a Kubota tractor for a clutch job since then it's changed hands very nice group of people very happy
