The gentlemen who run this shop are my heroes. They helped me immensely when I was having "one of those days" where everything just seemed to go wrong. They are fast, courteous, and really go out of their way to help. I cannot say enough good things. I will always be a loyal customer.

Very good experience. It's rare lately to feel like you get what you've paying for, but I was totally satisfied with the service. I would recommend Warren tire to anyone

Sadly, I wish they could ve fixed my car. It needed an alignment. They aligned it and then the tires were funny within the first two weeks going back. I was told sorry nothing we can do. Maybe you should go somewhere else. So I paid to have the car partially aligned and to be told to go somewhere else and spend more money because they can t adjust it? Go figure

Warren Tire in Johnstown, New York 12095. 1) I was leaking antifreeze. They wanted to put in a new radiator. I took my car someplace else. Found out from that mechanic, that it was a broke hose clamp. 2) Took my Jeep had a broke velve stem. They replaced it with the wrong one which my tire light, & check engine light came on. And it seems pretty coincidencidental that the catalytic converter went bad right then and there too. 3) I know someone who ended up with a huge dent in their rear bumper when they went back to pick up their car. 4) I spoke with some other folks at a different time who had nothing good to say about them, except stay away from them. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars.

Top Notch Place! I was 2.5hrs away from my home when I saw a nail in my tire. I didn t know where to go. Most places were closed early Saturday afternoon when I looked online.I saw this business with almost 5 stars and good reviews.I called and explained to Bart my problem and he said they can help me. He explained how they would fix it. Plug from the inside, which is what I would want (I have Jeep Wrangler Mud Tires)I immediately drove the 30 minutes to get there. George took my vehicle in right away. George was Professional, Knowledgeable, and Courteous- He explained everything to me. I can t thank him enough! 5 + Stars!!!!

Needed a RV tire put on for my upcoming trip. Left the rim and old tire for them to finish by the end of the week. Got a call the next day that it was done. Quick and professional. Mr. Figueroa was super friendly as well as helpful with loading the tire into my truck. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs tires. Well done Warren Tires!

I've always had an excellent experience here. These guys have always been so friendly and courteous and have really gone above and beyond for me. My parents live in Albany, and they actually leave their cars with me here in Johnstown so they can use this shop rather than a place out their way, that's how happy we all are with this shop. Special shout out to George, he's fantastic although honestly they all are. Lifetime customer!

Beware!!! They tell you that the lug nuts are bad and they cant put them back on the vehicle. They said had to buy there lug nuts at almost 400.00 yes 400.00.. Hahahaha what a bunch of crooks!!!! Beware!! If there was a negative star rating they would get the worst!!!

Very friendly and it is nice that they are open to 5 on Saturdays...I was able to leave my car and have them call me when it was done. I was worried that one tire had a slow leak. Theychecked them and everything was fine...just needed air. No charge.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very very disappointed in these guys. Brought my car in to just get checked for a noise it was making in the back and they take it in and come back with a 700$ fix. Saying it was my back breaks and I shouldn t drive it. I bring it to my mechanic who is family and he said my breaks are beautiful!!!! Talk about scam artists! I recommend NEVER going here! I know I will NEVER AGAIN!

Went there to get a tire fixed, had a nail in it. Turned out it was too close to the sidewall, and they were high performance winter tires. Since winter is over (hopefully!), we ended up swapping my winter tires out for my all-seasons. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and service was pretty quick. So refreshing to see that in a service center. I'll be be back when it's time for service or tires, and wholeheartedly recommend Warren Tire and Mr. Figueroa!

Just rolled in no appointment with my daughters car I borrowed and noticed her tire was low asked for help and then I noticed all her tires were pretty worn they had a schedule but noticed my urgency and helped me right on the spot thank you Nate for helping me out and making my daughters car safe and not even pushing a sale that was the best part

WOW! What a great tire shop. I was two hours away from home and got a flat tire with some beef cows. Found them online and called them as I was on my way. Very professional on the phone and told me to get there slow and they would help me anyway they can. The all went above and beyond. Very friendly workers! So please with the in and out service to get me on my way to home. Can t thank you enough! If you are in the Johnstown area and need tire service this is the place. Thank you again

Very unfriendly and had an attitude when we got tires recently. Sadly, we are good customers, having spent $1600 on tires in the past 8 months. Not anymore! My husband had to wait an hour past scheduled time and remind them that we had a $50 rebate on our Goodyear tires. The only good is that it is close to home but we will make the drive further for better customer service. If you re going to be annoyed at customers, don t go in that business. To boot, alignment is way off too! If I were there, they would have gotten an ear full. You re lucky it was my husband and not me. Js :)

I can't say enough good things about this place! I have been a customer for almost 15 years now and always been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and courtesy. I would never hesitate to refer anyone to them. Brain is the best!

Went in expecting to need a front-end alignment, was given a complimentary inspection and it was determined that an alignment wasn't necessary! Made my day!

We purchased four tires from here in December and two of them developed bubbles a few months later. We did not purchase the road hazard protection on them (darn potholes!) so I was scared at what it would cost to replace them so soon. I called and spoke with George and he was able to help us get new tires at minimal cost and get us back on the road. Both the initial tire purchase and the replacement were so easy, George and team did their best to get us in and out with no hassle. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment to have an alignment done on my car with 4 brand new tires put on. I was called stating they couldn't do the alignment since due to the c arms. And instead of just putting back on the old tires they put on the new tires and stated the tires would bald on the inside. My old tires were fine. They wanted to charge me close to 600 dollars to do the c arms. Now wouldn't you think they would have just left my old tires on? My car has acted up as well with ABS since having it there.

Brought my wan with hole in hose running coolant. Was 200 miles from home so i left car there. They called me later and told me that heatcore got to be change. Got car back after 2 weeks because their mechanic wasn't showing up. coffe creamers i left in drower were chewed and spilled from rodents. They said I was getting $200 discount and they loosing money on this because I had to wait so long. I picked the car just before they were closing. Got around the shop pick up the car and it had flat tire. Came back they were closed. A month later I found out that a heatcore wasn't changed..

Pretty pissed off. My girlfriend took her car In and said she needed brakes and an oil change and they end up changing out a bunch of parts without asking first and then proceeds to charge us 450$
