The experience I have had at Treiber has been nothing but the best. Every employee at Treiber I have dealt within Al has been nothing less than amazing. From Sales to parts and mostly service. Jack and Steve in the service dept always get me in in a timely manner, Rob from parts is always courteous and helpful. Burt from sales was a very understanding and amazing person to work with to purchase my very first ever new vehicle!!! I will recommend Treiber to everyone. Love this place

Always have a quality experience getting my vehicle serviced at Treiber. Work gets done in a timely manner and no shady upsell/sales tactics from the service department. I always feel confident bringing my vehicle to them for routine maintenance and service. The gentleman Steve I believe his name is that works the counter is always polite and welcoming!

Great place, bought a car from here while in AZ. It was my first new car buying experience and the guy I went through, Richie Baez was as patient as a saint with me. Always responsive, gave me a great deal, shipped the car out to AZ and made the experience very comforting from NY to AZ! Honest, straight up, and an all around pleasure! Highly recommend buying a vehicle here! Thanks Richie and Treiber Nissan! You guys are awesome!

ATTENTION: BEWARE OF MALPRACTICELast year, I brought my Frontier to this business to have a single evap code fixed. They serviced the vehicle and gave it back. The code came back on within a day. I brought the vehicle back to them the next day. They did not charge a diagnostic fee and inspected the vehicle. The code came back on in the following week. (over 1500 in charges)Next year they do the same thing. 3 separate services for one problem code.(1st SERVICE FOR MISFIRE) Fast forward a year, I get a code indicating a misfire on cylinder 5. I bring it to them, they tell me the injector needs to be replaced. I authorize this, and they replace the injector and give the vehicle back to me. The vehicle shows 1 mile on the trip, indicating they drove the vehicle that far after the trip was cleared. I drove the vehicle for about a mile and the misfire came back, worse than before. Multiple cylinder misfire code.(2nd SERVICE FOR SAME MISFIRE) I bring it back in immediately. They tell me my ECU is bad and needs to be replaced. The service advisor advised me to buy a used ECU to save money, and gave me a website and part number to buy. I went to the website, and bought the part. 2 weeks go by, and the website emails me, saying the part I ordered does not match my VIN. I had to find the correct part myself. Another week goes by, and the part shows up. I brought the correct part in. After they installed it they told me I was good to go. Again, 1 mile on the trip. After 5 minutes of driving, the misfire came back.(3rd SERVICE FOR SAME MISFIRE) I had to bring the vehicle in again. A week goes by, no call. I had to call them. After a week, they did a single wiring test on the vehicle. At this point, my Frontier has been with these guys from late January to late March. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the service department, and told them they still need to fix the vehicle. After this call, 3 business days went by and they said it was ready.They finally fixed the vehicle, replacing the coil, and the spark plug again. They inspected the vehicle for free, but they only did that because they banned me from returning.After reading this, it should be clear to see a pattern of malpractice by this business. Check your odometer before and after they service your vehicle for a problem code. Stay safe, choose another mechanic.

Your salesman Richard was the most arrogant person I ever met. I went with my brother because he like this car. He did buy this car but I would never have bought from Richard. He told me more than once. What you see is what you get. No dealing, no dickering. If you don t like it you can leave. He also informed me that he owns a Rogue and it s 3 years old and he has only put in 3 transmissions. I told him that I wouldn t be telling people about that. 3 years old and 3 transmissions. That vehicle to me is not worth it. As of right now I will NEVER buy from Treiber. If that is your policy to treat your buyers like that then I will buy somewhere else. My opinion should not be a salesman. I hope he doesn t treat all of his buyers like he did me.

I found a car that I liked, served my purpose and was affordable for me. Bert took good care of us as well as the financial fella who did our paperwork. We have probably purchased 20 or more cars over the years from this dealership. That says something for it. Bert is always great, with a smile always, while no pressure sales tactics at all. It s like home to us! Thank you very much.

Went to Treiber Nissan for an oil change as I have in the past. Always a pleasant experience. The work on my vehicle, whether it be for an oil change or other type of maintenance is always performed quickly and efficiently.

Even though I didn't purchase my titan from this dealer. Their service department is the best. They've handled all the issues with my titan on top of general service. Prices are reasonable and the work performed is top tier. I wouldn't take my titan any place else.

Not dealership fault but unacceptable correction for defective key fobs. This is on Nissan Corporation. Took the cheap way out instead of replacing defective parts

I shopped here in 2019, I'm not sure why I never left a review but better late than never. It was the first time I bought a car, and the staff couldn't have been better. This is the only dealership I've ever been to that I 100% trust. I was a young woman coming here alone, and I was always treated very well by all the staff and never once felt like I was getting a bad deal. No one ever tried to pressure me into buying warrantees or service that I didn't actually need, and the service on my Sentra was always speedy. I would highly highly highly recommend Treiber if you're in the market for a Nissan.If Treiber ever expands to include Honda, I'll be a loyal customer for life!

Superior service, awesome customer service. I arrived half hour early for the appointment and they took my vehicle right in and got to work. The only thing I would improve is the waiting room, add a mini refrigerator and offer bottled water and a television to watch. Definitely love Treiber Nissan

If impeccable customer service is what you are looking for when you buy a car, then you need to go down and see Rich Kellerhouse or Joe Dicarmine down at Treiber Nissan. There is a lot of stigma when buying a car and no one wants to get taken for a ride, so to speak. I was in the market for another car not because I wanted to be, but because I had to be. My vehicle was totally unsafe and the inspection was due for September. I talked with Rich at Treiber, explained to him my situation, and I truly believed that I would only be able to get into a hunk of junk for a lot of money, even if I was approved at all. Not the case. After a couple of cars that were a no go for me and the bank, Rich messaged me about a little blue Sentra he had, nervous and over the phone, I gave him the go ahead with the bank, to see if I even stood a chance. Rich and Joe worked hard and were able to get me approved!!! They were patient and understanding and didn't sugar coat things. I now have a safe reliable car, one that is better on gas and had 20 something thousand miles rather than 235 thousand!I needed a vehicle. The folks at Treiber Nissan didn't just sell me a car, they gave me a fresh start, a second chance and assisted me in getting a tool that opens a whole world of opportunities!

I have gone back and forth to this place MULTIPLE times for MULTIPLE different issues. I have only owned the vehicle for a little over a year. Every time I call or bring my car in they make it seem as though they have an issue with me (constant attitude). The service department lied directly to my fathers face this time we brought my car saying I didn t want a part quoted when I had the PAPER PROOF of the quote from two days prior. Wish I never stepped foot in that building, thankful Toyota is next door.

Worse experience with the service manager ever . Bold face lied about everything . Then proceeded to tell my daughter ( I bought the car for her ) that his house burned down and her father did nothing for him because i did construction . Mind you I don't know this man and I am retired now .sorry for your house did he want me to buy him a house ? Nothing against sales but service ruined it for me .Ihopetowntakes action

This was the last dealership I was going to try after my engine died. I was put through the typical nonsense by a few *huge* dealerships and was ready to give up and just get a cheap used car because I was getting nowhere fast with the other guys.I was surprised when the opportunity to get a new car was a reality. And yet I was fully prepared to show up and be told "oh that car is sold already" and all the usual responses. I was very surprised by the small, more personable approach that this dealership had.Rich was, without a doubt, the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. No games, no lies, no gimmicks. Very straight forward and patient. His honesty was greatly appreciated.

I trust Treiber to service my Vehicle right the first time. The work is done fast and to my satisfaction. On this trip, they put 2 guys on it and despite the work load, it was done very quickly and I was able to get on with my day. I will always go back to Treiber for my maintenance needs and problems.
