I can't say enough about Main Motorcar. All the way from the ownership to the parts department. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the entire experience was awesome!!! The price was right, the Jeep is beautiful and everything was ready when they said it would be. The Jeep was detailed and spotless when I showed up and got through the paperwork in no time. Thank you Main Motorcar for great customer service!!!

Everything is done on time and at a fair price. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. We are within walking distance to a service department that could work on our jeep, but we drive to Johnstwn because Main can be trusted.

If I could give negative stars I would. Got stuck with a flat on the side of the highway. Go to change the flat tire and a lug nut was stripped onto the stud and tightened all the way down. Couldn t get it off at all and had to get a tow. The shop had to torch the stud and nut off. Cost me a ton of money to fix a simple mistake of not paying attention.

A friendly place to visit. The sales staff is friendly but do not jump down your back as you enter. They have a good rep for great service.

Fantastic service. My car went there because of an emergency mechanical issue. Everything got taken care of and my daily driver car drives almost as smooth as the day I got it. They even went above and beyond and took care of the recalls while it was there. The only bad part is they are over an hour away from my house or I'd keep taking my vehicles there to get fixed. Thanks for being great!

Called to schedule a service for a recall. The response received was we don't have enough techs for that now . I was seeking an immediate resolution, just a simple appointment. Terrible customer service from service end of things. Sales end of decent.

Bad customer service when trying to buy a vehicle. Both salesmen had a weird attitude about them guy 1 seemed like he didn t wanna let me test drive the truck. (Or really seem interested in the deal at all for that matter) Let me test drive after the second time asking, saying, I guess I can let you test drive it . When I said no to their awful trade in price offer I said no and was sent to guy 2 to talk about a payment plan didn t ask me what I thought or even let me know what the price was. After asking. He looked it up online. I asked to negotiate on the price and he said, well I don t know what you are trying to accomplish here called over guy 1 to ask if he could negotiate and guy 1 said no.Would not negotiate. Even with the price being higher than KBB recommended. Guy 2 Called me 40 minutes after I left saying he could take off $500 which was a joke. When I said no I m going to keep looking he got mad and hung up on me when I tried to thank him for his time just pretty much a joke of an experience.Before this had happened I had brought one of my cars in for a airbag recall they said they had to wait for the part and would call me when it came in. After 3 weeks I called them back and asked if the part had come in oh yeah it s here sorry no one called you will never be visiting again and wouldn t recommend anyone else either.

Been dealing with Alex since 1997 (back in the H&P days), always a pleasure. Great service team, very customer oriented. Have purchased about 12 vehicles from them over the years. Nice local dealership.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to the big man Rick amazing service, great advice and amazing hospitalityHe diddnt sell me a product he sold me an amazing service and I was able to walk away with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee within my budget. I highly highly highly recommend this dealer ship and Rick to any first buyers and anyone looking for a great experience! Thank a lot Rick on helping me out on my very first vehicle. I was super nervous but you made this experience a breeze!

They seemed okay but I couldn't make a deal with them. We just couldn't agree on price and I get annoyed with the salesman saying we have a deal and then going back to the manager. Typical car dealer ship nonsense.

This place sucks for service. Every time it takes hours longer than they say. It's going on 5 hours to change a simple thermostat. Are they just lazy or dumb? Can they not organize themselves enough to be efficient and get people in and out? Don't do what I ask, take forever, done with this place.

I recently purchased a 2006 V8 Dodge Dakota from Main Motorcar. I had been in the market for nearly a year looking for a truck and had sworn off of dealerships because of multiple previous bad experiences (I generally find them dishonest and eager to take advantage of people who don't know cars). When I found the Dakota online at a dealership I was dubious to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The person I spoke with was respectful (even though I'm not truck-savvy), gave me accurate information on the vehicle (it had some cigarette burns), did not exaggerate, and didn't push me to make a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. In addition, the dealership was asking a fair amount (I checked per it's Kelley Blue Book value).I've now owned the truck for a month, have not had any unpleasant surprises, and am very happy. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

Incredibly BAD .DO NOT Trust these people with your Jeep.these good ol' boys just want to rip you off. They know nothing about jeeps period.My trust in these people was totally misplaced. again, I cannot emphasize this enough, DO NOT TRUST these people with your Jeep. One star is overrating this place. Over and out.

Do not buy a vehicle from these people.They sold us a vehicle and the rear end was bad.They told us that we left the lot with it so we are on our own.Being I have to travel a 100 miles to take my kid to his cancer treatments and they knew this and sold us junk anyways.It is gonna cost me 2000 dollars to have it fixed.These people will rip you off at any chance they get.Paid 3000 dollars for warranty and now they won't cover it.

Took my truck in for a ticking noise in the engine,got a quote for a rocker arm and parts,got a call when it went in said it was a manifold leak,well it still makes the same noise,was told they didn't hear it until after they fixed the manifold and it still makes the same noise so I feel as though I wasted over $600 for nothing,not happy!!!
