The kid is nice and super helpful, however if you are a women, I would not go here alone. They charge you $25 if someone pulls it for you. It is never $25 because you are escorted to the car with the part as you have no idea where it is on the property and you don t want to be there for too long. They touch the part it s automatically another $25.They do not update their inventory. Other than that I guess I was able to find something that worked for now and I shouldn t have had them take the light that did not fit and does not work in when the kid said it was $20 for the inconvenience and being that it will definitely fall out, he went to get change for a $50 ant the woman asked why? I said because I have a $50 and she came up with excuses for it to be $50. I guess they might have your part but expect to pay 27 for each part which isn t bad but if they touch the part, at all add an additional $25

After going to a pull it place for the first time, I ve got to say I was a little impressed. I did not find what I wanted and their car-finding system/database seemed well out of date. But I searched through the whole lot (probably ~200 cars/trucks or more) to find what I needed and found that they do have a lot of parts to offer. You only pay $1 to look around and find what you need. They also have tools that you can use to take the parts out. I came on a rainy day so it was humid, bugs were amuck, and grasshoppers, even frogs were all over the place. But overall it s like a thrift store for auto parts, you might find something you like in there. I would bring boots and cleaning wipes for the untamed grass and grease next time.

It was horrible. The people there sent me in three different directions. Then some of the cars were missing the part I needed. This is very unprofessional. Their supposed to know what their facility has or least look and see if they even have the parts. Plus, they gave me three different prices for the part. And one of them had the audacity to give attitude and tell me check yourself. I'm a professional too. I deal with children on a daily basis and he was the worst child I ever dealt with.

I picked up some used parts for my Toyota there a week ago and it was easy and convenient. The prices are great and you can look for parts yourself. In the case of my part I was able to remove it, myself, from the same make/model so that I knew it would fit.I'm going back there to get my annual inspection done.

Fair pricing, good selection of older cars. Had the vintage bus parts that I needed and much more. One of the few old-fashioned pick-it-yourself yards remaining in NY.

They don't really help u plus the junk yards is on dirt so how u supposed to get a part out when you can't even lift up the car so u ask for help or how much and they look at u like u have two heads like I said y don't u take some old rim weld them together then place the car on top of them it make it easier to get stuff out from the bottom if u need to

Very expensive, $125 for a door. Vince's in Marcy charges $42. No wheel barrows available. I definitely won't be going back.

Great prices but super rude and racist coworkers. Yard was a mess, I had to basically shovel my own path to walk and get what I was looking for.

Went there the other day looking for a used battery and the kid was very rude to me wouldn't even take the time to look or allow me to go look myself and that's too bad because I'm going to need to buy multiple parts in the future and I was going to go through you guys looks like I'll just have to find somebody else this place is really going downhill and it's sad because this is where I used to go as a child
