I was extremely pleased with Zack, the young man who helped me at the service department. The car that I just purchased had a computer panel fry before I even hit 5000 miles and Zack was able to get me a rental car for no cost to me in order to get it in to get it repaired. The repair was quicker than we originally thought it would be by many days. The part was supposed to take a week to be delivered and was delivered in only a couple of days. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the people that I dealt with and the speed in which they repaired my vehicle

I had the best experience at Brown's Ford in Johnstown. My sales rep,Tom Gati was so helpful,Brittany was a super help for me and Larry was great at helping me close the deal on my new car. They are all kind,caring,helpful and will do there best to make sure you have and get what u want.I truly recommend everyone who looking for there first or just wanting another to give them a stop in. I'm sure you will walk away as happy as I did.ill definitely will be returning in a couple years to them again.Thank u all much for everything

This was my best experience I have had at a Ford dealership by far. Completely worth the hour drive. I have purchased/leased vehicles from 4 other Ford Dealerships in the Capital District and I can say that I will not be going anywhere else for my vehicles in the future. Brittany was professional, got back to me immediately with my questions and made the entire process seamless. From my first email inquiry on a Friday morning, all of my questions were answered quickly and completely. By Saturday afternoon I was driving away in my new vehicle. While at the dealership, Tom assisted with the transaction and went out of his way to make my family comfortable. No upselling, no pressure, great experience overall.

I was able to leave my car and go to Florida for vacation. Easy process with great clear communication from service team throughout the day. Got the work done and bonus they offered to deliver my car home so it was easier when I returned from vacation! - thank you again!!!

Brown's Ford always does a great job for us and gets us in and out quickly. That being said, we will not be buying another Ford as they just haven't been very reliable compared to our Dodge units.

I love My new Bronco! I loved the 2021 Bronco we traded in, but the New one is Fully loaded!! They always give us such a great deal!! Nobody around here can beat them!! I would recommend going to this location and NOT Amsterdam!! The finance manager is AMAZING!!! She'll go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want!!

Did an alignment on our Yukon and found a small repair it needed. They never even complained that it was 20yrs old or even tried to sell us a new vehicle. Honest service department.

My father came in to buy a ford maverick long story short they were going to give him 6k for his car he's trading in owed, 3k of that was going to pay the car off and the rest go towards the maverick. He came back after the maverick was ready signed the paper work and left after a week later or so the appear work came in the mail something didn't look right he calls them back and they lie right thru there teeth they never gave him the other 3k for his trade in like we discussed. Moral is never trust them alway look at your paper work thoroughly.place is a joke

Service is always good to me and my vehical. There honest with you and will do what they can to help the vehical. There the only garage i let touch my vehical. My jeep is running so much better now.

Had 4 travel trailer tires replaced due to age and miles traveled on them. Access into Browns was easy. Price was fair and the job was well done. I delivered the trailer in the early morning and it was ready by late afternoon. Very happy with the whole process.

Thorough, friendly, and accommodating I went there for a brake check and they found some other issues that needed immediate attention. I was able to use a loaner car until the next day when my car was done. Unfortunately, I had to return due to a defective part and had to leave the car again. They didn t have a loaner available for me that day. I had a ride home already there, but no way to get back to pick up the car. The service manager offered to come and pick me up later that day. Unfortunately, the new part had not arrived in time for pick up that day. I explained that I had to work that night, so they delivered a loaner car right to my house. Early the next morning my car was ready and all was good with my car, with no additional charge including the loaner. They have definitely earned a repeat customer!

Steve is a consummate professional with great customer service skills. After brutal treatment at the commercial Ford dealership in Saratoga I took my RV dealers advice and contacted Brown. We were on a time crunch, not being residents in the area and would need to rent a hotel room if it took more than a day.Steve made no guarantees but was able to get a tech to look at it early enough in the morning to get the job done same day. They even had someone turn around to go back to Albany to get the parts they needed.Steve also worked directly with our service contract provider and got the payment approved. We have been across the country to South Dakota and back and the engine has run perfectly.If you need a large vehicle repaired or serviced and you are anywhere near Amsterdam, don't go anywhere else!!!

Incredible service staff. Service adviser Zak really goes the distance to take care of the customers. The automotive team takes extra care of your vehicle and do a complete job with detailing any issues they find with your vehicle.

I know many say taking your car to the dealer can be really expensive but I see it as a hospital for cars and I want the best care for my car. We have so far always been happy with the service, price and outcome of taking our car to this dealership. I think we have gotten good service at a good price. We have also had body work done and it's always been a very good price and job. We have no complaints and I hope it remains that way. They seem to be honest, fair and well trained mechanics. Three things that are extremely important when shopping for a repair shop. My family and I recommend them and we hope that all new customers will have just as pleasant an experience as we have had since 2019, when we started taking our car to Brown's Ford Johnstown.

This is the fourth car I have bought from Browns Ford in Johnstown. The service, no pressure sales employees, and excellent deals are more than worth the drive. Peter is an excellent. Salesman. I definitely will be back for a fifth vehicle when it s time. Thank you Browns Ford for my beautiful 2023 Ford Escape which I named Sapphire!!!

The team at Brown's Ford went above and beyond to help me get my Ford Bronco. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Everyone worked as a team to help me get a bank to accept me. They explained everything and more. They were so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I don't know who was more excited me or them. I can't thank them enough. Thank you!

I have no complaints. My Uncle lived in Burnt Hills and he went to Brown's for years. Great experience buying my new 2022 Ford F250 XL. Haven't been to the service dept yet but I'm hoping that I'm pleased with it.

Steve in service is awesome, he helped me get our car done fast and professionally. Not only did he communicate with me every step of the way, he found recalls that we didn't know about and took care of them without us having to ask. More than satisfied!

We bought a new 2023 Ford Bronco from Brown s. Our salesperson was Pete and the process was fantastic from beginning to end. Pete answered all of our questions, gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and communicated clearly. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was a quick process and we were back on the road with our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Brown s Ford for your next vehicle.

Great work by this group. Make an appointment drop your vehicle off the night prior and done promptly the next day. Open honest service will let you know what needs replacing and it's up to you to decide. Always first class with me I take all my vehicles to this service center.
