The two guys who came to fix our washer were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. They found the problem immediately and was able to correct it quickly. Very nice guys.

Our technician (Tad) is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He has always shown up on time, diagnosed any issues ordered correct parts and came back to install quickly I cannot say enough about Sears.

Repairman was unable to fix my dryer due to age and part needed was not available. (dryer is 13 yrs. old) Satisfied with his attempt to make repairs and diagnose the problem.

He checked everything but was not as thorough as men other years. Others pulled out the refrig, he did not. Others take the dryer apart, he did not. The noise in the washer, noted but no suggestions. I signed nothing.
