Staff lied about tires being under state limit in an attempt to scam me out of 2 new tires. I m an industrial inspector by profession, understanding standards is my thing. My tires were well above the minimum, they lied to my face and will lie to yours. Technician did not check to see if parking brake was engaged before moving my vehicle, and the staff was hostile at best. Avoid at all costs, they will do anything to get money.

I ve had only good experiences using this shop for inspections, tire changeovers, and brakes. They have a great location and extended hours. Special shout out Shawn. He knew what had to be done based on my description, and from initial drop off to communicating by phone to pick up, he was great! I ll definitely use this shop again in the future.

Pulled in to have them check out a low pressure tire. They went above and beyond and checked all of them in addition. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.Thanks for the great service!

I was just leaving the GYM when I noticed a flat tire on my 2018 RAM 1500 pickup truck. Mr. Trie is located just across the street from the GYM. The truck was towed to Mr. Tire at the Reynolds Rd. shop. The Mechanic was able to get me back on the road in no time. The service provided by the mechanic was world class. He was very polite and professional. I really appreciate his efforts. Note: This was on a Sunday Morning just before noon. So lucky to have such a class business open on a Sunday that got me safely on the way.

I just have to say Sean and Melvin are an amazing team. I schedule to get my car inspected tomorrow, but I called back to see if they could switch it for today. Sean was able adjust my schedule for today. They are very polite and courteous. Being a women you kind of get nervous thinking these kind of places take women for lots of money. But they were the opposite. For any women who sees this post I want you to feel comfortable going there because I did. Great team!!

You can easily make appointments online and they always have good time frames when you could bring in your car. You have the option to drop it off or stay and wait, either way the service is always fast. Everyone who works there are friendly and you get good pricing, they always try to get you the best deal.

Took my car over after a different oil change place in Elmira didn t put the top cap back on. Mr. Tire was very personable and great to work with. They saw I was a quart low on oil, added a quart, cleaned off oil stains off the engine and pipes, and even filled my tires up after seeing a low tire pressure light. Very happy with their service and I d very highly recommend them for any future service. Thank you!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experiences at Mr. Tire Auto.I was originally apprehensive about bringing my Audi S5 to a franchise location for custom tire size mounting on aftermarket wheels, but Scott took absolute car of it and his staff did a fantastic job.Following that experience, I had them do my brake pads and rotors, and a synthetic oil change. Scott was totally fine with me bringing my own parts and oil, and the price was very fair.Scott is an absolute professional, and he has ensured that Mr Tire in Johnson City will be my go-to for any issues that I have while I am in Binghamton.I have a plethora of experience with well-known custom auto shops in the NYC metro area, and dealing with Scott at Mr. Tire is up there with the best experiences I've had anywhere.Thank you so much Scott!

I cannot say enough about Shawn and his crew. They really know how to help out a stranded driver. My experience with this crew was outstanding! #1 For customer service. On New Years Day to boot. Thank God they were open and able to help me out! They are the best! Thank you Shawn and your crew.

Had 2 nails in my tires having driven up from Canada. They not only took out the nails, they'll not even charge me one cent for fixing the problem.Real stand-up guys. Highly recommended.

Came to the shop mid morning 7/1 with spare tire on. They were able to fix the flat for me right then and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes ! No charge either!! Recommend them highly

I got all new tires here recently. Cody helped me decide on the best tires for my needs and I was happy with the service as well as the tires.Months later I went back because I heard weird noise after getting my car serviced at a dealership. I went back because I felt comfortable based on my previous experience. He and his staff immediately helped me , found the source of the noise, fixed it and off I went.Very polite. I recommend this place highly .

I noticed there was a few mechanics when I went in yesterday. But there is only one person who would truly actually go above and beyond more than he had to and his name was Kobe. He is hands down one of the best mechanics that mr. Tire has and sadly enough he's leaving soon. So it looks like the only mechanic just actually doing work is going to be not there anymore soon. That's a shame, because that young man needs to be a manager of the entire place because he made me feel so comfortable!

Poor service and I will never go there at all the one person who works there does not know how to fix cars and rips them off I will never bring my car here I found a great place to bring my car and the other place does a great job plus I went there again to see if they can do it right but no same thing I will never go back there ever again

I was quite Pleased with the Customer Service as they were all very Friendly (especially Dennis). They were up front from the beginning as to what my car needed and accomplished the issues quickly as we waited in they're comfortable waiting room. I comparative shopped and found they had the Best Values for my repairs. Will Definitely be Back in the Future.

My car was making a squeaking noise, so I stopped by on a Sunday because I thought my brake pads might need to be replaced. The staff was so nice and kind about checking them and said that they wanted me to feel safe driving my car. They didn't find anything wrong with them and didn't do unnecessary replacements. I needed to replace my windshield wipers also, and they gave me a good discount. I've had my vehicle inspection done twice there, and I trust this Mr. Tire with my car.

Needed to get some new tires and the man working offered great, realistic advice for me. I appreciated his honest opinion and the time he took to print different quotes for me. I ended up buying four new tires with road hazard coverage. I was happy with my experience and my tires. Scheduled appointment online the same day and was able to drop off and pick up a few hours later. Will use again!

I feel so blessed to have found such a great place to work on my vehicle! The guys always do whatever they can do to help me out. They definitely aren't one of the mechanics that you leave wondering why the bill was so high or if you really needed all that work done. They always call to discuss things with me before they go ahead and do anything. I highly recommend them! Scott and Ben you and the rest of your team are amazing! Thank you so very much!

Amazing staff, the manager Scott went above and beyond my expectations for purchasing tires. I received excellent customer service, great workmanship from the technician, and all for a good price. Scott explained everything to me in detail including all of my options. The extra bonus was everything was done efficiently and fast. I highly recommend Mr Tire, in Johnson City.

I first discovered this location because the Mr. Tire store I usually go to did not have an inspector available on the day I went there and they sent me here. I didn't even know this store existed. My experience was so good that I returned a few months later to get a light repaired and they went the extra mile to help me with an ongoing gas cap issue. The store manager, Scott, is personable and helpful as are the other service people I've encountered here. I feel they are trustworthy and it seems the other customers that are here when I am have a good opinion of this store.So I am back today for an oil change. And I will keep coming back. I guess I should share this secret location with others......

Friendly knowledgeable staff , very helpful purchasing appropriate tires, without the usual pressure to get more expensive type. Brakes needed work and I was shown the worn parts necessitating replacement. Completely happy and confident with the work done. Highly recommend!

Like Ive stated, Cody, is a great employee that you guys have. I have had run ins with Dennis, who is very short with his answers, rude, and makes you feel less than. Cody has made sure my experience with them every time is good, even when Ive spoke to Dennis prior. Dennis has a very poor attitude and is NOT friendly. Ive not only been treated poorly by him, but then watched him treat others poorly right in front of me.

If I could give them 10 I would. My husband had always used them and would come home and say how great they were. Now since his passing it's up to me to get cars services. They were absolutely amazing. The counter man (Scott) explained everything to me. He was very accommodating and polite.

A special thank you to the team here for patching my tire after it popped on the highway. I was stranded in an unfamiliar area and they were extremely kind and helpful.
